We had a great experience with Power! Every worker that came to the house had a mask on and wore it all day long! We put new siding on our whole house. They were so easy to work with, every person we talked with thru the process was super professional. The house turned out beautiful! We couldn't be any happier! They were always on time and came when they said they would! The entire process couldn't have been easier! read more

Dear husband talked to a salesman from Sam's Club and got someone to come get a free siding and roofing estimate. The rep was nice and knowledgeable but talked way too long. I didn't expect it to last 3+ hours. Rep also kept trying to offer more stuff when my husband and I kept telling her it was wayyyy over our budget. We agreed at the end of the meet that they would call us after 6 months to discuss further estimation rates because of our financial issue at the moment. But they've been calling everyday since and it's only been 2 months since they came out for the free estimation. I just called and told them not to call anymore. Let's see if they'll call again. We haven't actually had any work done but I was blown away (not in a good way) by their rates. Unless you're loaded with money, don't go with this company. Rates were extremely high. Roofing rate was about 2/3 of the cost of my home. And my home is not that big. 1500sq ft. I don't think I'll ever do business with this company. read more

Absolutely wonderful experience with Power Home Remodeling. They were very efficient when replacing our roof. The sales person was very detailed, friendly, and professional. Everyone from the company has been a joy to work with. read more

We have been working with Power since someone came around and offered a free estimate. I know some people don't like this marketing approach, and I honestly might not have answered the door, but my husband did and we are glad to have been connected to Power. Brett came over one Saturday to accommodate our schedule and went over the estimate with us. We bought our house a few months ago and there was some disagreement about the age of the roof, and by the time we met with Brett, we figured out it was at least 20+ years old and the shingles were pretty brittle. He explained everything and was so nice, it was like having a friend in our home by the end. We were scheduled for the Tuesday following Labor Day weekend and they were in communication in the weeks leading up. Unfortunately, they had a positive COVID test on the team, so we were pushed back a week, but we were so happy they were being responsible and on top of everything. They delivered materials a day before the crews started. The crews were at our home between 6:30-7am and got started at 7 on Friday and waited til 9 on Saturday to respect our neighbors (while quietly prepping materials for a couple hours before). The gutters and trim were finished in less than one day the following Monday. Everything looks great! About halfway through the process, Adam, the quality assurance rep, came out and met with us for a couple of hours and reviewed everything again. We had been advised to asked him about another project we had in mind and he walked us through that as well and gave us a great estimate and discounts because it was our second project. Everything with Power has been professional, they clean up after their projects, and all of the crew have been friendly and respectful. Replacing a roof and other things around the home are expensive and not desired projects, but they are necessary, and working with Power make them slightly less painful! read more

I agreed to have this company provide an estimate to install a new patio door after being approached while shopping at Sam's Club. This has proven to be a high mistake. Over the past few weeks, I have been called at least twice daily from (240) 542-0185. Horrible sales practices. Beware. read more

Nothing but helpful and professional. Even during the weird period we are in, despite manufacturing issues, their communication made everything easy for me. Plus you can't beat a lifetime warranty. They installed new windows in my house and they made sure everything worked great and that I knew the ins and outs of it all. Five stars! read more

Sales pitch. Sales pitch. Sales pitch. The salesman showed up right on time and was nice at first. But then even after we told him we just wanted him to measure our windows and give us an estimate, and that we were tired after a long day at work, he gave us the whole hour plus powerpoint. It included the company's charities and that it was a good workplace and somehow what other companies would charge. How does he know what other companies would charge. At one point, I told him he could just email us the estimate. He replied that is not how it works. So, he is telling me how it works in my own house. Then he tried the price for this day only pressure tactic. The worst part is the prices quoted, both the year long one and the this day only were higher than the other six estimates we got. I would never, ever do business with this company. And unless you want a timeshare style presentation in your own house, I would advise not asking them for an estimate. read more

We initially had another window company come out to give us an estimate. When Power came knocking on our door, the individuals were extremely nice and professional and we decided to give them a shot. Brett came out the next day. We were extremely impressed with his honesty, he was very thorough, and had great people skills. We felt like Power was a company we could trust and he felt like part of the family. We decided to move forward with the front 5 windows that fit our budget. We also recommended Power to our next door neighbor after our great experience who is also getting their windows done with them. The installer was amazing. Cleaned up after finishing. Everything went as expected. Highly recommend Power! read more

A salesperson knocked on my door offering free roofing estimates, and I said sure, since it's something I've been meaning to do anyway. The company sounded familiar, and I figured it was no risk. But, like others here, the salesperson asked multiple times if my husband would be home for the appointment. I said I thought so. "We need both homeowners home for the appointment." "Yes, I'm the homeowner." "But he'll be home, right?" "... yes?" I went ahead and scheduled the appointment, but it was odd. My husband's name isn't on the mortgage and I make all home maintenance decisions, since I'm paying for it. I came on Yelp and remembered why the name sounded familiar. Also, I'd had this company call me SO MANY TIMES before for other home projects, I'd blocked their number in my phone. Between the weird misogyny and spamming, plus the reviews saying the estimate lasts 2-3 HOURS and takes place INSIDE the house (why? the roof is outside!), I decided to call immediately and cancel. I'm not doing business with a company that requires my husband present, wtf. They get one extra star because calling to cancel was very easy. It must happen a lot! read more

One day, someone stopped by saying they were doing windows for another house in our neighborhood and offered to come back to give us a free quote at 6pm. My better half made sure to be home by 6pm and he recalls they came later than that. It was Forest and Lauren. We had great rapport with them. Very down to earth and easy to talk to. Felt like having friends in our home. I wasn't home yet till closer to 7:30/8pm and they wanted both of us there. While that was inconvenient, I can see why that is important to them--to have both homeowners present. They did try to sell us on things we weren't ready to do; however, they weren't pushy about it. Part of that is we stood our ground and they respected it. They described their products, showed examples, and such. Their sales pitch is very detailed. They were there till a little past 10pm on a weekday. Not ideal, but that didn't bother us so much because they seemed genuine and got along well with us. This rating is based on how sincere they were and how great the product is. I think too many reviews are getting caught up in the long consultation, which admittedly is very long. Or we lucked out and got great people. When they asked what our decision was, we said very upfront, we are not ready to redo all the windows in our house. She worked with us and we ended up getting 1 sliding glass door. The sliding glass door is great! The installers came 15 mins earlier and finished within 60-90 minutes. It has made a huge difference! The dining room is not freezing cold anymore. She said she stood by their products and customers always come back. When we are ready, we are definitely getting more Power products. read more

So far so good. I agree with some of the other reviewers that the sales presentation is way too long....the company may say that it is for educational purposes but what it really does is build suspense, frustration, and tension toward the final sales pitch and presentation of the estimate. A high pressure technique that is very subtle. I do think their actual work is good and they do not pretend that they are selling the lowest price product or service. After the work gets done, we will update this review. read more

Fake reviews, look at the accounts properly and they only have one posted review. Aggressive and bad restive sales tactics, we had to call the cops on a kid, even though he ignore our no trespassing sign and no soliciting. Horrible company and experience. Did anyone forget to mention the prices, compared to a general contractor with proper reputation. Look at the warranty lots of loop holes. Please avoid, i know I would. read more

Free Estimate = High pressure sales gimmick and a couple hours of wasted time. They go through the whole dog and pony show to make you feel like you've invested so much time into this, you should agree to the work for that reason alone. But be willing to say 'yes' to the work the day of getting the quote if you want a *somewhat* reasonable price. Otherwise, expect to pay WAY more. Also, for reference, we had quotes from a few companies. These guys ended up being one of the most costly (even with their BS 'discount' for signing right this moment). Would not recommend read more

This started off as a pleasant experience, and quickly turned into an outraging one. We agreed to a free estimate, and we're looking forward to it, as this was a company we planning on contacting to replace approximately 20 windows in our home. When the scheduler called the day of the estimate to confirm the time, he was adamant that my husband be home. While I understand the like to "Sell" to both home owners, I repeatedly explained that there was no way I could guarantee a time my husband was home due to his work, and that I had full authority to pick style, share our budget, etc. the scheduler just kept telling me we both HAD to be home. I wanted to work with him, and he was not hearing what I had to say. Finally, after my last attempt to explain how our family dynamics worked, and my husband's schedule was unpredictable, I was met with a "fine, have a nice day" and was promptly hung up on. Obviously this company worries more about getting money up front, than working with a customer to please them. Don't work with his joke of a company unless you want to be bullied, offended, or hung up on. read more

Very well put together sales pitch. Overall they are addressing a few more things than most contractors; however, the exclusive nature of their "product" is far from the only means to achieve the same objective. I ask myself how would they have treated my Mother, who has had little dealings with contractors. The attempt at generating a sense of urgency to sign before they leave or the price goes up is enough for me to write a poor review. Estimates from other contractors were between 10k to 20k less and those contracts all listed out specific materials part numbers, options and costs with time to perform due diligence. I will pass and find a company that is both transparent in materials and work to be performed along with a through understanding of financing terms. Getting back to how they would treat my Mom, there is a high likelihood Mom would be taken advantage of by this company in my opinion. Would Mom get a great roof? yes, would Mom have needed a new roof? maybe, would Mom have paid too much? definitely. What sets PHR apart is their persistence, not product. read more

Power Home Remodeling is an amazing company that replaced multiple windows in my home. DO NOT agree to meet with power. Like all the other reviews state. They use high pressure and on the spot sales tactics to try and force you into buying right away after a 2.5 hour..... yes, 2.5 hour sales pitch! F**k education, a window is a window is a window. Show me the models, give me the price so i can make my decision. They must pay their sales people a lot of commission for the time they waste. I don't care if your windows are laced with unicorn hair that keeps out Voldemort. Just give me the price and get out of my house! read more

Shop around they subcontract most of there work. I feel they are a pushy middle man. Roofing guys were animals, might as well been A bunch of sailors. So would I if I had to work on roofs I guess. Windows are some cheap pvc window that don't have a nice indoor Finnish. Go Anderson renewal or go for gold with Marvin. They will give some stupid discount if you sign up after there presentation. SO MAKE SURE THEY ARE THE LAST COMPANY YOU SEE BEFORE YOU CHOOSE YOUR CONTRACTOR. They got 3stars because other than windows they use Quality brand name products. read more

Initially I thought the price was ridiculous but after having several estimates on our gutter job we realized given the amount of work that needed to be done, the timeline proposed, and the warranty provided that Power was the best deal for us. They have sent several representatives to check on the progress and quality of the work and advise us of our next steps. Also, they encouraged to consult with multiple companies to gauge the affordability of their work and what would work for us. Power Home Remodeling - Solicitors from Power, smoking on my front porch. - Windows Installation Near Me - Silver Spring, Maryland

I can't speak to the quality of the work this company does because we never got that far... So a guy walks up to the house out of nowhere and rings the bell, tells me he will give me a free estimate to replace our windows. I'm interested. He then proceeds to ask for every form of contact that I have. He has the address and I give him the home phone number. He shouldn't need any more than that to provide a free estimate. He presses me a bit, but I tell him I'm not giving him email addresses, cell phone numbers, etc. I really don't even know who he is or why he is on my porch. We agree on a date and time for an estimator to visit, but he insists it be when my wife and I are both home, so we take a while to settle on it. My "timeshare sales pitch alarm" is going off now. He then calls someone and hands me his cell phone. The person on the other end then proceeds to ask me for all the same information that I did not want to give the guy at the door. She is even pushier, but I certainly am not going to give her anything. She then tells me that someone has to be home at a certain time before the appointment to receive a call to confirm the appointment. She wants to know what time my wife and I each get home from work (I'm beginning to wonder what the scam is here... find out when the house is empty so they can do something nefarious?). I tell them just to leave a message and I will call them back since my VOIP service immediately transcribes and forwards voice mails to me. I am told they don't leave messages and again she asks for my cell phone number. At this point I tell them I am done and want to cancel the appointment, but guy on the porch says he will give me a number to call to confirm the appointment if I miss the incoming call. We change the time to try to accommodate their call even though this makes it more inconvenient to us. He hands me a brochure with a phone number written on it and finally leaves. Three days later, the day of the appointment, I leave work early so that I am home to receive their call. Of course it never comes. As I am getting ready to call them my wife gets called out for a meeting and will likely not be back in time for the appointment. These things happen, nothing we could do. When I do get through to somebody at Power HRG they want to reschedule so my wife can attend what is surely now going to be not just someone leaving an estimate, but a full on sales pitch. I explain that I will not take off work again and that if they refuse to come as agreed tonight we will not be doing business. After several minutes of haggling I finally am able to get this through to him and we end the conversation by cancelling the appointment. This company has a poor business model that is focused on their convenience, not that of the customer. Their insistence on having every possible form of contact forebodes the possibility of sales call harassment. They have no business asking me what time we get home from work. Just ask if a call at time "x" would be convenient for me or not. Finally, it should be our choice as to whether both of us receive their sales pitch, not theirs. We are fully grown adults and can decide for ourselves how to best manage our time. read more

2 hour plus, high pressure slick sales pitch. Roof estimate was over $30k, at least double the going rate. Recently, another sales guy knocked on our door and I had to get rude with him to leave. We had an estimate done with power a couple of months ago. We couldn't afford their services and now they call us nearly every day trying to make a sale. After needing to repair/replace the siding of the house for several years, we ended up receiving a door call from Power Home Remodeling. After hearing their pitch, about the company, their product, it was a no brainer which company we would go with. Brad was awesome, answering every question and helping us work through the financing options. Brook was wonderful when she came to do the pre-installation walk through, making sure that we knew what to anticipate and when. The crews showed up on time, worked consistently from the time they arrived until they left, cleaning up after themselves each day. Matt checked in regularly to make sure that we were happy with the siding, our gutters, the door we had installed. Everything was delivered and installed just as promised, and we couldn't be happier with them. We've already asked for quotes for additional work that we need done. Strongly recommend! read more

Power starts out amazing! We used them for our Windows, roof, gutters, and two doors. They are great with their warranties as well! The problem comes when you have a smaller project. A year ago we had large projects totaling over $50K; however, when we got to our doors (smaller projects - about $3K for each door) the customer service began to dwindle. We had a scheduled appointment for our last door and the technician arrived about 3 hours late and did not bother to call to inform us that he would be late. After about an hour of being late, I called the HQ and they reached out to the technician. The technician told the HQ agent that he was behind but never extended the courtesy to my family. The technician showed up right around dinner time to replace my kitchen door, which prevented me from cooking dinner for my family and costed us additional money to buy my three year old and eight year old pizza. Needless to say, my kids were happy but I was not. To conclude, Power is a great company all around. Their products are well designed and they stand behind their warranties. If you choose to complete a smaller project with Power, please open your expectations. I probably would have rated 4-5 stars if I had prior warning of what to expect in terms of service. read more

Had a roof and Gutters done by Power this week (11/21/14). The initial sales pitch (set up from a visit by the door to door types, who were also very nice) was very detailed and informative (I agreed to an estimate because I knew my roof needed replacing, but wasn't really prepared financially to take on the expense). The price quoted was a little higher than I expected, but not terribly so. We signed up for a roof (1800 square feet) and gutters, knowing I had the 3 day cancellation option. Christian was our sales rep, and did a wonderful thorough job. I did some research over the next three days, and discovered the price wasn't really high when you consider you're getting a 50 year roof. Price a 25 year roof job, then multiply by 2, and that's what you're paying, plus the 50 year guarantee is better. The install manager (Jordan), came out on the pouring rain to size up the job, do some measuring and schedule the work. very pleasant informative guy. He promised the materials would show up the day before (Thursday), which they did, and that the work crew and dumpster would arrive the morning (Friday), around 7:00 am. The crew arrived promptly at 7, and got right to work. my roof was installed in one day as promised. Marco, the crew leader came back the next morning (Saturday) to finish cleaning up. The roof looks awesome, there was minimal mess in my yard, and I'm thrilled with the workmanship and service. The gutter crew arrived around 2:30 on Saturday afternoon, and had all my crappy old gutters and downspouts replaced by 3:30. No mess to clean up, the gutters look great. Throughout the two day project cycle, we (wife and I) must have received 6-10 phone calls from the Project manager and QA department, checking up on things, making sure we were happy with the process and results. I would use Power HRG for any project I could, and in fact I'm trying to figure out how to work a siding project with them. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable, will work with you on financing, and treated me like my project was a million dollar job, not the relatively small job it was. I have every confidence and expectation my roof will last a long time, and that I will remain a very satisfied, and probably repeat customer. read more

We recently had our roof redone by Power, this is a review of the whole experience. tl;dr or overall experience was positive, since we were in the market for a roof anyway and were able to get some discounts. The people we interacted with were knowledgeable and courteous, and the job was done quickly and very well. Longer version - We started the way some of the negative sales reviews started, but we had multiple roofing companies coming by to pitch sales due to the hail storm last spring. They didn't seem that much more pushy to us than any of the other contractors though. We went through the initial spiel (which was admittedly long, but very thorough on their whole approach to roofing, materials used, etc.). We were given the same 2 quotes others mentioned - the "that day" quote and the "in the future" quote. Weren't ready to pull the trigger, so we said no, which the salesperson accepted without any resistance. Meanwhile, we did some research on other roof repairs in the area and some estimates on what it would cost from other roofers. The "that day" quote was $2k-$3k higher than it seemed we could get elsewhere from reputable contractors, and the "in the future" was closer to $10k more. A month or two later they caked back and said they had won some large contact that they were reinvesting into new sales. Another salesperson came by and re-quoted us a figure lower than the earlier "that day" quote. Still a bit higher than others, but the others didn't come with a 50 year (!) warranty, so we said yes. From that point on we were in regular contact with people about getting the job done. We had some hiccups with our HOA so the job was delayed (no fault of Power's) and they were patient while we waited approval. The day before, the materials were dropped off, and the guy made sure to leave enough space on the driveway to get our cars in and out of the garage, which was appreciated. The day of, the workers showed up around 7:30 AM. The foreman came and introduced himself, and let us know we had about half an hour to move any cars out of the garage before the truck with the dumpster came. They immediately set to work tarping anything within about 10 feet of the house, including draping the front porch to prevent any debris from getting in. They Aldi moved all our patio furniture away from the house for us. Around 8:30 the project manager called to see how things were going and answer any questions we might have. Around noon, the project manager arrived to inspect the progress, and walk me around a bit to show what was done and what was remaining, and to answer any questions. Also let us know that they ended up not having to replace any wood, which we were very nervous about because cat eyes had started forming on the plywood inside, and it had started delaminating because the last time the roof was done there was no ridge vent put in. Then around 1:30, the quality assurance person arrived to do a final walk around, and go through the details of our warranty. The job was finished a little after 2:00 PM, at which point we did a final look with the QA person and were very happy with how the job turned out, as well as the job they did cleaning up afterwards. This past summer the temps in our attic were upwards of 150 F (due to no ridge vent), I can post next summer along with any change in our energy bills once we get there (we weren't in the house last winter so don't have a comparison for that). read more

Power Home Remodeling - Windows Installation Near Me - Silver Spring, Maryland

Had windows installed at my previous home and didn't have an issue with the windows. I purchased another home and had Power install new windows in current home. Bad experience this second time around. With the hefty price tag of the windows I expect no imperfections or issues. I got the install in the summer months and I could still feel the sun beaming through with heat (the heat lamp test no way was this the same window they demonstrated with). The sun was still hot on the windows. The installers were less than professional. Two of the installers were smoking cigarettes in front of my home and they smelled bad. The installed went okay they just left a mess behind (didn't clean windows, scuffed up baseboards and window ledges, and left dirt marks on wall around windows). Well fast forward to the winter months, the windows are drafty like really drafty that when I kept a bedroom door closed all day and opened it at night, a cool draft came upon me when I opened the door and it's chilly in the room. All of my bedroom windows are drafty like that. I called for service and they basically gave me some foolish story about window convection and that the draft is normal. And to add 2 of the window sachets developed condensation bubbles in between the panes because of poor insulation. They are ordering new ones to be installed but that should tell them something is wrong with the install but noooo they rather do nothing. Unacceptable! Warranty is a joke! Only good thing I have to say is the sales people were really nice and the windows look good (bad performance) but this is expected they want to make the sale. read more

PHR uses the high-pressure "This Price Is Good Today Only" tactic to create a false sense of urgency using the false impression of a bargain (there is no legitimate reason for a home improvement project to cost $1000's more if I wait a week). It's blatantly manipulative and (in my opinion) dishonest, designed specifically to prevent you from cooling off from their sales pitch and looking at their offer with a clear head. I should've told my sales rep I'm not signing anything that day, but I was off my game, got suckered, and missed my window to rescind my agreement. read more

Beware! Any company that comes to your home and delivers a sales pitch about how great the company is blah, blah, blah and how their customers love them, be on alert on because you will be presented with astronomical prices and unasked for projects. Why would I pay $8000+ for attic insulation? Yes, really! LOL. Oh and they will also do the siding for $7,000, but only if I sign on the dotted line now. What kind of sense does that make? Refuse the service and miraculously the price starts going down thousands of dollars, so now you know the prices are grossly overstated. I find that insulting. If I had signed I would have overpaid by several thousand dollars and they would have gladly taken my money and been on their way. Another thing I learned, that radiant insulation that they offer doesn't work in every home and may cause condensation to form which will then lead to mold. Some companies don't install it anymore. At any rate I do not recommend this company because they have shady sales tactics. That in itself speaks volumes. So if you see these folks in Sam's Club or BJ's, say no or just ignore them. Bunch of hosers! I had Home Depot install the insulation for $2,100 and got a $500 off coupon. read more

I signed a contract for a job to be completed last Friday to have Power replace my roof. Jullian, the sales person, was professional and had excellent customer service skills. He gave a thorough presentation. I was impressed although it was long. I woke up on Saturday morning feeling like I didn't want the roof due to the cost and not wanting my credit pulled for financing. I wanted to check with my insurance and shop around some more for a roof. I placed the call and someone named Brian said he would like to send someone out to sign that I was canceling. The person they sent out was horrible (aggressive and not professional) and repeatedly said my sales person didn't do his job. He blamed Jullian for me changing my mind. They had a guy walking around door to door and I answered the door. They mentioned we had Power windows and since we had just bought the home I figured it was from the previous owners, so I allowed them to take a look. We set up a time for them to take a look at our siding only and the guy came at 6:30pm but didn't leave our house until 10:30pm. We thought he'd take the measurements, give us an estimate, then leave. He told us our siding was "eh" but our roof was rotting. Mind you, we just bought the home and the previous owners replaced the roof 2 years prior. He gave us a super long sales pitch, and after we told him we couldn't afford the 36k "Today Only" deal, he then proceeded to talk about more discounts. He then said that he didn't need our business, he just wanted our business because he cared. Our answer was still no. He then said, "Your roof is a mess. It's terrible. You need a new damn roof. Why would you wait? Just pay for it now." (He had been swearing the whole night and normally that doesn't make me uncomfortable, but in that moment, I felt extremely uncomfortable). Then he told us he would allow us to get new gutters for just 16k and offered us a payment plan. At this point it was 10:00 and I just wanted him out of our house. Every offer, my fiancé just kept telling him we couldn't afford it. He then said, "If you can't afford $62 a month, then sir you shouldn't have bought a house." I then stepped in and said we couldn't make any big financial decisions without taking some time to think about it and do our research. He began to pack up his stuff, and just when we thought it was over he turned and looked at me and said, "We have a partnership with Sam's club, do you really think that you're going to do more research than Sam's Club?" He was unprofessional, and if he was a reflection of the company, we will never do business with them. read more

Representatives were in the neighborhood doing sales walks. I was busy when they 1st came by, but the rep was available later on so he came back and we discussed estimates for roof replacement. I explained to him that 1) we have a child under 12 that cannot be vaxxed so we'd of course let the estimator in the house to inspect the roof from the attic, but any sales discussions would have to be outside. Rep said that would not be a problem. I told the rep that I work from home, but if for some reason I get called away during the sales pitch my wife is here as well. Rep said that would be fine. When the dispatcher called me in the morning I could tell within the 1st minute that he was looking for an excuse to cancel the call. "You work from home? That NEVER works. We need 90 minutes!" well that's all fine and well, but my line of work I can get called away at any time no matter what time you come out. That's why my wife will sit in as well in the unlikely event that I get called away. "well, we HAVE to be allowed in your home for the full 90 minutes of our pitch". That is not what the rep told me, and is quite frankly ridiculous. It says in the pamphlet the sales rep gives to you how flexible your company is supposed to be about comfort of being inside our homes. We went around a few times. I really wanted to try this company so I attempted to explain logic for a few minutes (he tried to hang up after twisting my words twice. He said I wouldn't let him in the house at all & I made it clear that only the sales portion would need to be outside) to him before blowing my top at the end of the call (if you're going to waste my time might as well provide a little therapy) read more

We knew we needed a new roof because our shingles were 25 years old. Power Home Remodeling gave us a quote to replace our roof. I checked their references and they checked out. They removed the old shingles, replaced some plywood and installed the new roof in one day. I would have given them 5 stars except they accidentally stepped through my ceiling. They repaired it the same day including painting at no additional cost. We rewarded them by hiring them to do additional work (covering the soffits and replacing the gutters). They installed the soffits and gutters on a different day since we didn't hire them to do that until we'd decided we were happy with the roof installation. read more
