When I saw him picking it up I realized it was mine and he gave it back to me. In all the stores in West Yellowstone, I have never seen anyone take the time to keep the floor clean. While I was in the store the owner and his employees were very kind to me and my dog, tucked away in her dog sling; they offered her water. The employees are very friendly and welcoming; considering the multitude of international tourists. I purchased several items in the Clearance section of the store as well as the main section. All the items I purchased were reasonably priced. The store has an extensive selection of souvenirs for everyone's taste. Spend sometime looking around and sit at the old fashion soda bar and enjoy the best ice cream in West Yellowstone. I highly recommend to visit this store.

I took a picture of the grandkids in front of the ice cream counter and was rudely confronted by a middle aged male worker for not asking his permission to take the photo. Then he wanted to keep arguing about it. Very poor customer service to say the least and a lack of caring that our little grandkids were with us. We'll get a scoop of ice cream somewhere else next time.

They do have a wide variety and I was able to find several that would fit (very tall and skinny) because of this I give two stars. I went to the store twice, once to buy, second to pick up after alterations. During my first visit they were out of dress shirts that would fit me well. I was told they would have them in when I returned to pick up my suits, and most importantly they would honor the sale price that they were having. When I returned, Teigan, the same salesman as the first time who had promised me the sales price, refused to honor it and insisted that he never promised me that price. If it weren't for the selection it would have been a one star review.
