Ordered a pair of in stock size and color hiking/hunting shoes for great price, get an email 3 days…read morelater that color and size are actually not in stock, so would I like a different color or refund. Nope would have ordered different color if that's what I wanted. Opted for refund, customer service was great but a pending refund of money is not showing up in my account transactions even after receiving email saying it was refunded. I always get a pending transaction notification from bank within 15 minutes of a refund. Talked to my bank they see nothing coming from Mountain Archery so had to file a dispute. I'd expect money to be refunded as fast as they took it (within minutes) for something said to be in stock that wasn't. Very disappointed in whole experience from not getting what I ordered, to now the hassle of trying to get my money back.

The employees are SO sweet and welcoming. They aren't overbearing (which I appreciate), they are friendly and help you out but know not to overcrowd you. I was very jealous as I could not find any in my size. She was tiny tiny! I also picked up a couple of 3/4 sleeve v-neck tops as I have not had as much luck finding them at my home store. The girl ringing me up was working on a project but she was very friendly and talked with me as she rang me up. I would return!
