I wanted to see it physically before purchasing so instead of making the order online, I drove here to check it out first. This is a nice store. It'sneat and well organized and there are a lot of employees working. I spoke with four different employees but unfortunately they were unable to find the item even though I showed them that it was listed as in stock in the store. They explained that sometimes the inventories are not correct and did seem to make a good effort to locate the item for me. I'm disappointed that I couldn't find the item that I wanted, but this store is nice and I would definitely come back here. The employees are some of the most friendly and helpful I've encountered recently.

I purchased a camp chef table and when I finally got to go camping to use it there were no legs and no windscreen. This was a birthday present I never got to use until last weekend so it was never opened. My fault. However, I'm told that there is nothing they can do. It's been more than 30 days. No swapping it out. No replacing of the missing legs and windscreen, nothing. I essentially paid full price and got 1/3 the item. Totally useless! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT A SPORTSMAN'S WAREHOUSE AGAIN. I will also add that this is not the first issue I have had with ordering something online and not getting what I paid for with them. NEVER AGAIN!

They have a solid sale section as well and clothing for women, men and children. As most gear shops, the prices reflect quality and lean towards the moderate to expensive side, but that's less IMT and more the general gear, but again solid sale sections and not above normal market cost. Though we have a pretty solid collection of gear we have accumulated over the years, we will get a few small items when we visit, as we always seem to find some cool pieces, including my favorite fleece coal baseball cap! The team is always friendly and offers assistance and greeting upon entering. Will continue to enjoy out periodic visits!

I'm sorry that Rip T. had a bad experience, but let me assure you that it must've been a rarity. Every time I set foot in Cabela's, I'm met with professionalism, and great customer service. They've got EVERYTHING you could possibly want, need, or dream of to make your outdoor adventure complete - whether you're going hunting, camping, hiking, fishing, bird watching, kayaking...you name it! They've also got licensing for fishing/hunting and concealed carry classes. I've purchased several items from Cabela's, including some clothing items, holsters for concealed carry, ammunition, and a 9mm semi-automatic pistol. BTW - their firearms selection is GREAT and so is the knowledge & expertise of their firearm sales staff. They've got a couple of rewards program options as well - free membership card with reward points & a rewards Visa. I keep forgetting my membership card at home, so I can't speak with much of a perspective on how the whole reward system works just yet. Don't let the one bad review keep you away. We had two guides on a four day fishing tour and each day was a different experience. We were pairs with a new guide every day and they all really knew their stuff. The area, weather wise made each day different but each guide made the best of it. I would say, overall the pro shop was well kept and clean and full of different items for purchase but getting down to the nitty gritty for fishing, exploring the areas best spots and each guide knowing their way around the area and really giving us the gold standard for treatment, I really felt it was a place I would want to return time and time again. Even if you just want to get a1-2 or4-5 day trip in, you can't beat Henry's Fork Anglers guided tour.

Our Guide, Pierce was the BEST guide we have had at Henry's Fork…read more He worked hard to help us "hunt" for risers and then took it to striking distance by walking the boat. Even with wild winds, we were able to get close to big fish and see a lot of action because our guide knew what he was doing. The first question he asked us was how long we had been fly fishing and what we wanted to do. Then he delivered. He was very enthusiastic and knew how to fish in the conditions that we were dealt. I have been fly fishing for 20 years. With what I learned from Pierce, the next day on the ranch I was able to get seven (7) large fish in one hour. That is the best I have ever done on Herriman Ranch. Next year when we come back, I will ask for Pierce. The attached photo is one that I took of my fishing partner and Pierce. I was in the high 40s with wild winds when we caught that trout.
