As someone who knows a lot about retail and its many environments (it's part of my job), I was super impressed with the selection, presentation and quality of the products here. I loved how patient and helpful associates were as I tried on many items--from dresses to skirts to lingerie. When I asked about jean suggestions for my body type, they handed me six or seven pairs, and without even knowing my size, EVERY PAIR FIT. All I had to do is decide which to purchase! My favorite items were from the skirt rack--two classy pieces I will enjoy for years. I will stop here every time I am in Burley, Idaho...and I may also make Lulu Bella my excuse to return. What a gem!

All the clothes in this store were adorable and they had a great range of sizes…read more My 2 comes from, they recently gave them self the title of "Sister Bella" claiming that they had all the clothes a sister missionary could need. Which is the reason I went it. I was really excited because in the front the had leather coats and military jackets. Which is just my style, so I figured their missionary styles must be similar. After looking around the entire store I found one dress with sleeves but it was made of leather, and there was a very limited amount of skirts to completely cover the knee that werent maxis, all of which came in wretched colors like blind-me-yellow and is-this-coral?, all of which I cant where on a mission or do not want to wear ever. All of the sweaters and shirts were over sized and way too expensive on a college budget, which seems to be their target audience. I ended up leaving with one pair of tights, which I had to stand in line for 30 minutes to buy, They politely apologized for the long wait, and I figured the wait was just a fluke thing because it didnt seem like they got much outside traffic. Over all, If you're not going on a mission, buy the whole store. But do NOT trust their psudo name "Sister Bella"

Zack In Rexburg was the most amazing associate. I had an issue with my alternator wire nut and bolt…read moreconnected to the wiring harness. it was arcing and melted the bolt and nut. Zack found the issue doing a test on it and replaced the entire alternator under the warranty of it and swapped it in the parking Lot. This was absolutely above and beyond excellent customer service. Nice. Kind. Professional and did it super fast. I'll never go any where else for my car paths now. Most amazing person I ever dealt with in and auto shop store or any other store and I work for Walmart. Zack really should get recognition for this.

I have done business with O'Reillys for years, for my personal farm repairs and for my job, but the…read morecustomer service is getting worse and worse. I went in there today to get some tools and it was for work which would be tax exempt. My specific department does not require PO because we use purchase cards. The manager lost his cool, became extremely arrogant and demanded that I was wrong. I didn't have a choice but to leave the tools there and take my business elsewhere because I needed the tax exemptions and the manager made it a point to make a huge scene in front of all the other customers. He proceeded to allow his temper to flare, completely unprofessional and he followed me out of the store with his camera taking pictures of me and my work truck. I will never step foot in that store again for my farm repairs or my professional job. This manager is a joke.

TL:DR; exceptional service, great people, normal price for car repair. Free 50 point inspection…read more 10/10 would recommend. Right before leaving Utah for Rexburg, my car wouldn't do anything when I hit the gas. It was like the pedal was disconnected. It threw 3 codes and it was stalling out as I tried to accelerate. Luckily we got back, so I brought it here to see if they could figure out what it was. I know how to repair things, but felt like there was an underlying issue causing these three codes and that if I repaired the three parts, it wouldn't fix the issue. Their fantastic technicians figured it out within the day, and I got the car back by the end of the 3rd business day of getting it to them. Price was consistent with what I would expect for a through diagnosis and repair, though if I could have gotten and replaced the bad part myself I would have, since I do repairs often and it would have been cheaper. Opted not to since I'd have to wait to get the part, hope the car would start for me to drive home, and then if something else ended up being the issue I'd have to take it back lol. Their free 50 point inspection and the issues it brought up were awesome since it helps me keep up the cars maintenance.

Came in for a tire rotation and somehow ended up with a bill for "quantum alignment recalibration"…read moreand a "left-handed screwdriver adjustment." My car doesn't drive better, but I think it's now transmitting signals to the moon. The mechanics spoke in riddles, the waiting room smelled like regret, and I'm 90% sure I saw someone summon a wrench from thin air. Either I walked into a repair shop or the headquarters of the Illuminati. Anyway, my check engine light is still on--but at least now it blinks in Morse code. Probably spelling out "RUN."
