AMAZING COSTUMER SERVICE! I was late night online shopping yesterday and accidently checked out before typing in the Black Friday coupon code. I felt like I just threw $15 in the trash can. I wrote a short email and explaining everything and went to bed. I figured they wouldn't get back to me soon enough so I'd have to call them in the morning MAYBE they'd refund the $15. They responded that morning with the nicest email and I was refunded the $15 before noon! This review is based on an online purchase. I have never had the pleasure of visiting the physical boutique. I found a fashionable pair of shoes on Olive Ave website that was very well priced. I will admit that I was a bit apprehensive about the quality of the product based on the price. However, all of my reservations were shattered by my experience with Olive Ave. The shoes shipped the very next day and they look and feel fabulous. This store is WAY overpriced. I compared a lot of Utah boutiques to it and the utah boutiques had the same shirts for way cheaper. I would look around before just shopping here because you can get the same clothes somewhere else for way cheaper and free shipping. read more

Small and simple, but carrying really cute and affordable inventory. This is a perfect little shop for the fashionistas in Rexburg, where they don't have the greatest selection of places to get cute things. It's in a good location, just a couple blocks north of campus, so even for girls without a car, they can get here fine, making it one of about two cute shops within walking distance of the campus. The girl working here was really friendly, helpful and showed genuine interest in each person who walked in. They have a great selection of CC beanie caps and snap cardigans-basically the rainbow in both, along with plenty of other great staples like flannels, jeggings, skirts, etc. They are really good about keeping up with the trends and seasons. My sister loves this place, and can expect a gift card from me for them for Christmas! read more

Really cute clothes but extremely limited options for plus size women. Anyone over a size 12/14 will have a hard time. I'm a 14 and only found one dress that could fit me (I tried on 7). There blouses were easier but still a little difficult as a bustier (d cup) girl. Definitely not a place for anyone larger than me, which is really disappointing. Most of the people I've encountered there were friendly enough (when purchasing my items) but I have never been greeted or asked if I needed help or anything. One time an older lady working was giving me the stink eye the whole time I was shopping, even after I gave her a big smile and said "Hello!" Today was their tent sale and I brought my 1 1/2 year old son and he was a total monster but they were so sweet, offered him stickers and made sure they did everything to make it easier for this overwhelmed mama. They are a little pricier but they're a boutique, the pricing for such is reasonable and what others charge. I've read a lot of the other reviews, good and bad. A lot have to do with the return policy. I just want to say before I checked out the girl explained it to me & it seemed to be something of a routine for checking out. It may be inconvenient for some but they are a small boutique trying to make money & I do appreciate that being explained to me before checking out. I also want to say I've never been to a clothing store where I have found so many pieces of clothes in one visit. I spent more money in one visit that I have over months of shopping for clothes. The customer service was amazing as well! They were friendly & helpful but not pushy & did not hoover while I shopped. I felt comfortable shopping by myself but they did a good job making me feel welcome & comfortable enough to ask questions. HIGHLY recommend visiting this cute shop! read more

After telling them I would not be shopping at their store again they gave me a 20% off coupon for my next purchase. Are you serious? This store is overpriced and the clothes always fit awkwardly, and the girls that work here are so RUDE. I'm 5'3 and a size 4/6, it's almost like the dresses and jumpers are a one size fits all, only made for tall, extremely skinny women.
