Took them to his home / repair shop and he took them out of my truck and set them on two trash cans out side the garage. Talk about a total lack of respect. 3. Got them back months later they still did not work. When I called him he tried to tell me how to fix them over the phone. I did not pay $750 for this. 4. When I finally got him to look at them, I met him at the pre arranged time at his home/ clock repair shop. I waited for an hour and a half for him in his drive way. Finally a nice lady drove up. She went and got him he was cutting grass in the back. I did not know that. "Nice for him to meet me at the designated time". 5. One of my 100 year old pendulium clocks still does not work properly. When it chimes it sounds like at "Thud" 6. I have tried my best to work with this guy, but it is like he is doing you a favor giving him bussiness. 7. I could go on, but I think you get the message. I'll chalk up the $750 as an expensive learning experience

I explained the music wasn't playing and the cuckoo bird was stuck outside it's 'home' and therefore the dancers would not come out and dance. Mr. Grover said he might have to keep it for six months, which I understood and accepted that. In November we finally called and Mr. Grover said it might be a few more weeks.. Mr. Grover called January 2026 and he said the clock was ready and was repaired and ready for pick-up. I went to his in-home business and he presented my clock to me in a fruit box from the grocery store and said, the cost was $450.00. I wanted to pay with a debit or credit card and he told me he didn't have a store front and could only accept a personal check or cash. I was hesitant but with a one year warranty I reluctantly paid by check. I wondered why he didn't want to show me that it was working properly by having it on a wall. I again should have insisted but he said that he was in a hurry? When I started the clock, in our home the bird came out and stuck, the gears were sounding like they were grating on one another. The inside workings/gears are still dirty. The clock is still doing exactly what I had taken the clock to Grover for repair! I called Mr. Grover and reported it was just working like when I dropped it off, i.e. bird stuck, no music, no dancers. Mr. Grover replied, "Oh it sounds like it needs some small adjustments, however I'm closed let's get together on Monday and I'll take care of it. Just give me a call and we'll set up a time." Everything was very pleasant with no anger or disappointment in my demeanor or his. When I attempted to call on Monday I received a message that the mailbox was not set up to accept messages. Calls made during his 'business' hours. I texted Grover received no reply via text. I attempted on Tuesday same message on phone, and no reply to text messages. The entire week I attempted calling and texting realized he had blocked my telephone number and never replied to my text messages. Of course because I paid by check it had/has already cleared with no recourse available to me. I believe he never touched my clock but readily took my money and will never refund my hard earned money. Nor honor his 1 year warranty. He is NOT trustworthy in my experience with him and also in my experience he stole $450.00 for services Not rendered.

They couldn't do the repair in house they sent my ring off to some other place.I thought they were supposed to be jewelers. The ring came back and I never seen it. But they told me it wasn't up to their standard. Then it came back a second time and it was the same situation So off it went again. Then a 3rd time my ring came back and the stone was loose so they sent it back again. By this time, my husband got involved he was mad because it was taking too many times to repair this simple request to fix the prongs . So I called the store and told them don't to anymore work on it I'll be in to pick it up. I was sick with the flu and couldn't leave my house for a week. I finally see it and it was a big fat mess. They had taken all the antiquing off and buffed up the gold so deep that there wasn't any color left on it. No green leaves no faint pink tone nothing . It was bla.The assistant manager tried her best to fix it twice more but it's still a messed up ring and very sentimental to me. and they had the gal to want$300. For the mess they did. My ring will be redone at my original jeweler. Please BEWARE to NOT let them ever send your precious ring off for repair. You'll be sorry you ever did. I'm never setting foot in any of their cheap quality stores. And they have tried sitting me down to pick out an expensive chain only $5-6-thousand $$$$ BEWARE

I have been a customer of this establishment for years and have several pieces of fine expensive jewelry purchased here, but after 2 recent experiences where I was treated with such a lack of professionalism, I will be finding another jeweler, and I will never recommend Jensen Jewelers to anyone I like. Years back, this place was THE establishment for personalized, professional customer service. Today, the professionalism, integrity and knowledge is simply lacking, and don't even think about getting personalized service.
