Took them to his home / repair shop and he took them out of my truck and set them on two trash cans out side the garage. Talk about a total lack of respect. 3. Got them back months later they still did not work. When I called him he tried to tell me how to fix them over the phone. I did not pay $750 for this. 4. When I finally got him to look at them, I met him at the pre arranged time at his home/ clock repair shop. I waited for an hour and a half for him in his drive way. Finally a nice lady drove up. She went and got him he was cutting grass in the back. I did not know that. "Nice for him to meet me at the designated time". 5. One of my 100 year old pendulium clocks still does not work properly. When it chimes it sounds like at "Thud" 6. I have tried my best to work with this guy, but it is like he is doing you a favor giving him bussiness. 7. I could go on, but I think you get the message. I'll chalk up the $750 as an expensive learning experience

I explained the music wasn't playing and the cuckoo bird was stuck outside it's 'home' and therefore the dancers would not come out and dance. Mr. Grover said he might have to keep it for six months, which I understood and accepted that. In November we finally called and Mr. Grover said it might be a few more weeks.. Mr. Grover called January 2026 and he said the clock was ready and was repaired and ready for pick-up. I went to his in-home business and he presented my clock to me in a fruit box from the grocery store and said, the cost was $450.00. I wanted to pay with a debit or credit card and he told me he didn't have a store front and could only accept a personal check or cash. I was hesitant but with a one year warranty I reluctantly paid by check. I wondered why he didn't want to show me that it was working properly by having it on a wall. I again should have insisted but he said that he was in a hurry? When I started the clock, in our home the bird came out and stuck, the gears were sounding like they were grating on one another. The inside workings/gears are still dirty. The clock is still doing exactly what I had taken the clock to Grover for repair! I called Mr. Grover and reported it was just working like when I dropped it off, i.e. bird stuck, no music, no dancers. Mr. Grover replied, "Oh it sounds like it needs some small adjustments, however I'm closed let's get together on Monday and I'll take care of it. Just give me a call and we'll set up a time." Everything was very pleasant with no anger or disappointment in my demeanor or his. When I attempted to call on Monday I received a message that the mailbox was not set up to accept messages. Calls made during his 'business' hours. I texted Grover received no reply via text. I attempted on Tuesday same message on phone, and no reply to text messages. The entire week I attempted calling and texting realized he had blocked my telephone number and never replied to my text messages. Of course because I paid by check it had/has already cleared with no recourse available to me. I believe he never touched my clock but readily took my money and will never refund my hard earned money. Nor honor his 1 year warranty. He is NOT trustworthy in my experience with him and also in my experience he stole $450.00 for services Not rendered.

As someone who knows a lot about retail and its many environments (it's part of my job), I was super impressed with the selection, presentation and quality of the products here. I loved how patient and helpful associates were as I tried on many items--from dresses to skirts to lingerie. When I asked about jean suggestions for my body type, they handed me six or seven pairs, and without even knowing my size, EVERY PAIR FIT. All I had to do is decide which to purchase! My favorite items were from the skirt rack--two classy pieces I will enjoy for years. I will stop here every time I am in Burley, Idaho...and I may also make Lulu Bella my excuse to return. What a gem!

All the clothes in this store were adorable and they had a great range of sizes…read more My 2 comes from, they recently gave them self the title of "Sister Bella" claiming that they had all the clothes a sister missionary could need. Which is the reason I went it. I was really excited because in the front the had leather coats and military jackets. Which is just my style, so I figured their missionary styles must be similar. After looking around the entire store I found one dress with sleeves but it was made of leather, and there was a very limited amount of skirts to completely cover the knee that werent maxis, all of which came in wretched colors like blind-me-yellow and is-this-coral?, all of which I cant where on a mission or do not want to wear ever. All of the sweaters and shirts were over sized and way too expensive on a college budget, which seems to be their target audience. I ended up leaving with one pair of tights, which I had to stand in line for 30 minutes to buy, They politely apologized for the long wait, and I figured the wait was just a fluke thing because it didnt seem like they got much outside traffic. Over all, If you're not going on a mission, buy the whole store. But do NOT trust their psudo name "Sister Bella"

I will never go to anywhere but iSource for anything Apple related again!…read more The most phenomenal and efficient service of any company that have dealt with in the last decade. In the midst of my last semester of grad school, smack dab in middle of exams, i cracked my MacBook screen. Total nightmare. They had my part in less than 12 hours from the time I called and took less than hour to repair. And did so without any data loss! Well worth the 400+ miles i traveled to get there! I so appreciate the extra mile these guys went for me- Remington confirmed the part delivery, & followed up with me every step of the way. Had I not found iSource, i would stilll be waiting on the screen I ordered from another company and seriously looking at failing the term. Every other authorized apple service center in the state of Montana told me at least a week before the part would come in, that they would need to erase my data, and keep my computer for the repair for multiple days. Even Apple estimated a minimum of 10 days for the repair process if i had mailed in. Thank you ISource for saving my semester, my sanity, and my computer !!!
