Super cute store. It's a little pricey, but they definitely have one of a kind items :)

Hello! Second review, me and my wife came back from Phoenix to visit family and decided to inquire…read moreabout a wedding banned since we bought our Wedding rings here. It went great! Ben helped us out, was very helpful and sociable! Great deal on the band! Second time was a great experience again. Thank you guys keep it up!

We recently went into this jewelry store to look for a wedding band for my fiancé, and…read moreunfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. When we first walked in, the owner, immediately asked if we had purchased my engagement ring there. When we politely said no and explained that we were only there to look for a wedding band, he repeatedly questioned why we had gone somewhere else, asked to see my engagement ring, and told us that he could make a better ring than the one I was wearing. We tried multiple times to redirect the conversation because we were there specifically to find a wedding band for my fiancé. He already knew exactly what style he wanted and pointed out a ring he liked, simply asking if it could be made slightly smaller and if the metal could be a little brighter. Instead of helping us find an option, the worker told him he was being "too particular" and made comments implying that his preferences were feminine. We found those comments extremely unnecessary and disrespectful. The engagement ring was brought up several more times. We explained that we chose to purchase it from a family friend because we were offered a better price and a higher-quality diamond and gold for our budget. Rather than respecting our decision, he continued to challenge it and explain why he would have done things differently. At one point, he also began talking about how he has never lost a sale and how he does "millions and millions" of dollars in sales across different areas of the country. While we have no issue with someone being successful, it felt very out of place and unnecessary in a conversation where we were simply trying to find a wedding band. Ultimately, we decided not to purchase from the store. It wasn't because we were expecting anything unreasonable, we simply wanted a specific style and were looking for someone who would listen to what we wanted and help us find the best option. We absolutely love my engagement ring, and we were excited to find my fiancé's wedding band. Unfortunately, the repeated comments about our engagement ring, the questioning of our choices, and especially the comments toward my fiancé made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. A jewelry purchase is supposed to be an exciting experience, especially when you're shopping for something as meaningful as a wedding band. We left feeling frustrated rather than excited, and unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Thank you to everybody at Woody's Smith Ford , Rexburg Id. Last Oct 2025 while going on a trip to…read moresee Old Faithful and Yellowstone Park our 2015 AWD FORD Taurus quit at Last Chance Texaco (Island Park) at about 10:00 PM from electrical problems. We had it shipped to Woody's (about $800)because they were so highly rated on the internet. We then rented a rig at Idaho Falls airport and continued on our trip. After a couple of weeks they started to work on the car and guess what the intermittent electrical problem fixed itself with no apparent reason why. I asked them to keep driving it till it quit again because it was no good to us the way it was. Finley after a couple of months it acted up again with the same half dozen fault codes it had shown me. Woody's kept working on it checking pins ,computers ,wiring ect. They narrowed it down to a problem with the wiring to one of the computers in the dash. They rewired a bunch of connections in the dash and whalla it's fixed. I'll bet most dealers would of quit after a few tries, but Woody's didn't quit and they fixed it ,we've driven it a year now and no problems. I told them to keep the car until it was fixed because it was no good us the way it was. But after Months of them working on our car I thought there would be a huge bill (like I'd just sign over the title) but that was not the case. Woody's fixed our car for a more then fair price ( I mean really a fair price). They treated us great and If I ever lived in Idaho again, I would be their customer.

Drove down from Island Park to make the appointment, showed up, the service department had no record of the new appointment, and could not squeeze me in. Get serious. Totally incompetent. Employees are listless, slackers, sitting around bored surfing their cell phone. 100 mile round trip from IP to the closest Ford Dealer. This place sucks.
