We are a custom body piercing studio that offers piercings and jewelry of the highest caliber, all made in the U.S. from high quality implant grade materials. We offer a large selection of Premium and Organic, Small and Large gauge Body Jewelry. We use state of the art sterilization equipment and have the only Experienced, Gentle, Empathetic and Professionally Trained Piercer in the area. Our main focus is and will always be piercing. History
Established in 2009.
Once upon a time we were a record store in Jackson Hole. As iTunes began to take over the world and commercial rents in Jackson skyrocketed, we began to morph the business into an internet, espresso cafe, and boutique along side of a tattoo and piercing studio.
In 2009 we closed our Jackson shop, Mountunes, and made the move to the sunny, snowy, quiet and friendly side of the Tetons. We have the areas only experienced, professional piercer, as well as state of the art sterilization facilities. Be sure to ask if shops have monitored sterilization equipment. You'll be surprised how many don't. Most states have no laws regarding tattooing and piercing so it's up to you. Ask to see proof of education, especially bloodborne pathogens certification, look at a portfolio, and look for some affiliation or training from the Association of Professional Piercers. Meet the Business Owner: Suzi W.
Originally from New York City, I came to Jackson Hole in 1986. I did many things over the years before finding my true calling, Body Piercing! I bartended, co-ran a production company, created my own special events company, became a licensed message therapist, worked as a radio DJ on KMTN, and at a record store, Mountunes. In 1999 I married my best friend and then partner of 7yrs and wound up buying the record store. I ran it for ten years and at the end of my lease, decided to move the eclectic shop it had become, to Victor, where my husband and I live now. I'm now doing what I love with the man I love, in a place I love and can't imagine my life any other way!
