My husband bought me a full day tattoo gift certificate for Christmas (with Scotty) but I should mention apparently his wife Dre handles everything, as I have never talked to Scotty and everything has been through text with Dre. I filled out their appointment form online and Dre texted me with my appointment date. I waited 2 months for my appointment (as expected with any tattoo artist) my husband took off work to take care of the children and 30 minutes before my appointment she texted me asking if we could push the appointment out til noon as scotty had stuff come up that he needed to take care of, I of course agreed. 1130am comes around and she texts me saying we need to reschedule. I immediately texted her back, she never responded. Had I of not seen another post from someone else of them doing the same exact thing to her, I wouldn't have known to reschedule I had to fill out a form on their website because she has never said another word to me. I filled out the reschedule form. I still have not heard a word from either of them. NOW, being a business owner and mother, I absolutely understand shit comes up and you have to take care of it but when you inconvenience someone and waste their time, I'd think you would communicate with them and get them in ASAP when you're the one who cancelled the appointment. My husband has requested the money back numerous times.. (ill add the gift certificates do state nonrefundable which I would totally understand had I of cancelled on them and ghosted them) I have texted them and have been ignored every time. They already got the full amount of money for the gift certificate so why do they care to reschedule the appointment! I have now heard numerous stories of them doing this same exact shit to people. They're thieves! My only hope in posting this is to warn other people.

I got pierced with not nearly enough bar in my navel, and when I asked the artist if it was going to be okay and I asked if we had a longer bar, she stated it would "probably be fine". I didn't mind the piercing experience, she was very polite and nice. but I am super upset due to how much physical pain I am in because of the shorter bar. when I brought up the idea of a floating navel instead, she stated "the normal would be fine". now I'm in a very good deal of pain and having to remove my piercing.

He helped swap out the crappy jewelry that was originally used for something much better quality. He made sure it was properly sterilized and was incredibly gentle removing the old jewelry and placing the new post.
