The pecans were supposed to be "candied", which really elevates the flavors of a strawberry salad. There were very few, and they were not candied, but just regular salted tiny pieces. Overall the combination of all the flavors just didn't work, and made for a boring tastebud experience. IF I ever go back I'll try something else. As far as the service, that was disappointing too. We waited approximately 15 minutes before I finally just went in to ask about our food. The employee promptly informed me they no longer have the screen that notifies them when someone arrives and checks in as she motioned towards my order that was just sitting in the middle of the counter. If they no longer have the ability to provide curbside service then they should communicate that to the customers in some capacity. Whether it is notes over the curbside parking signage or disabling the option in app. But it should not be standard practice to let the customer wait, their order just sitting getting cold, and an attitude of indifference.

The chips are crisp and the bags are not 70% air like Schlotskys or Which Wich (I am a big fan of both by the way). The location is not super convenient as you have to drive through that incredibly cramped parking lot and deal with the Lakeland traffic merging onto Airport when you leave. It is movie theater adjacent which is nice for a Saturday afternoon with the spouse/kids/friends **updated** All in all I love it!
