I love coming to this place for all my "business" type needs. When I first started coming here I was pregnant and they helped me with printing, faxing, copying and even mailing all my invitations and announcements. Now, I just received my passport for both me and my son and the photos were done without a hitch and had no problems with them when I sent in our application. While getting the photos done I also found out they do Canadian passport photos, Mexican passport photos and told me when my passport expires they can do my renewal right there. Our company needed a vinyl banner printed in a matter of a couple days. PostNet (ONLY this particular location) made it possible when all other printers in Las Vegas could not. 1. Fast friendly and curteous service! They even help me with packing. Which is one less stress for me since im not the most skilled in that area haha... Also, their copy machine produces much better results than the one I have at the office so if I have documents to send, I'll usually just pop over with my thumb drive and print and send on the spot. read more

I visited PostNet this afternoon to send an overnight letter to Alabama. They were very kind and helpful to get the letter completed so that it made the 430 pick up by FedEx. I've been coming to this location for the past 5 - 6 years now and can honestly say that this is the best / honest most humble place you'll find in town! I would always have problems going into the USPS or UPS alone but decided to give them a try one day while I was in the store. They do everything from packages to even making house keys! This Post Net on Jones Blvd is the friendlist, most helpful Mom and Pop's store in Las Vegas. We have been using their services for many years now and every time we go in to that Post Net we are greeted with warm smiles no matter how busy they are. For all my faxing or shipping needs plus a lot more office type services this Post Net is the only one I go to, it's not often you get this great and friendly service in Las Vegas and year after year they are simply the best! The service provided by PostNet is nothing short of exceptional. I was traveling to Vegas from the UK for the CES conference and needed some business cards printing urgently after being let down by a UK/London supplier. I contacted PostNet and they said they could get them done for me in time for less than half the price that the UK supplier had charged (and messed up the order). I arrived at my hotel in Vegas late at night to discover that the business cards were already waiting for me, having been personally dropped off by Aru at about 10pm to make sure I would have them for the first day of the conference! They were brilliant quality and met the brief/requirements exactly. I can't praise PostNet enough, their service, price and quality are truly outstanding. So much so that I will consider using their printing services again instead of a UK supplier. It will probably still work out cheaper even with shipping from the US to the UK - with the added bonus of using a supplier that can be trusted and won't let you down. read more

This is as friendly as a shop gets. I came to Vegas for a major Ophthalmology conference and was caught in between shipping problems in Virginia so I did not get my business cards on time. First order of business when I landed from my plane was to stop by a shop that does quick business card printing and this was the shop I found in Yelp for friendly and prompt services. Unfortunately when I arrived, it was already too late at night and needing full color business cards with back and front content required much more time than a few hours. However instead of sending the customer away like what most would do, the couple called up multiple sites to see if anyone else could do same day printing. Then they were able to give me directions and also informed me of things to watch out for and possible routes to take for the convention tomorrow. The owner also offered to drive me to the printing location and on the way we chatted up. What really struck me as heartwarming was when the owner said "It makes us very happy when the customer is happy". They really went out of their way to help me and I am sure they would do the same for any that walks into their store. In the end I was able to get my business card printed in a few hours with the help of this lovely couple. If I am ever back in Vegas and had to do shipping or printing related business, I would definitely come here again. read more

I started using PostNet here inside Smiths a few months ago, as my husband uses them all the time. I needed to have British passport photo's taken and they helped me with all the paperwork to re-new my British passport. The photo sizes for the UK are different than in the USA. Altogether from the time I sent my old passport back including photo's & paperwork, I received my new Passport back in 15 days. This small friendly company are smart, considerate, and very helpful. I have been to PostalNet many times over the past few years for all sorts of different services, and I recommend them highly! Every experience that I have had with them has been positive; both of the owners (husband & wife I believe), are so helpful and friendly. So far, I have used them for passport photos and passport services (mailing, application, etc), usps shipping services, having a spare key made, money orders, and their notary services (I am a public notary myself, and can't notarize my own documents, so I can vouch for how thorough they are in this dept. especially!). I used to go to UPS Store right by my house for all my faxing, then I discovered POSTNET!!
