The 4 stars is for the very helpful employees- very nice, polite and helpful- I do want to add this place is quite expensive compared to a post office. I had a post office standard rate box that would have been 9.95 to ship, at this place they wanted $40! Yikes! I was shipping it to Upland which very close to Diamond Bar.....the employee suggested I pull out the stuff I was shipping and put it in a package envelope- I did and they used FEDEX and it cost $18....still higher but better then $40 bucks! Everyone here has always been great here but recently Sarah has been exceptionally awesome! Having a solar panel and real estate business I need fliers, yard signs, post cards, mailers, etc customized and printed out ASAP sometimes and she is always willing to help create content and get my jobs taken care of. When my Mother unexpectedly passed away, my family had so many things to take care of and arrange. When we realized we only had two days left prior to the funeral to make the programs, we panicked. I went in there yesterday to make copies. I made double sided copies, which states $0.05/copy. But I was charged $0.08/copy. I questioned this and the cashier stated that it's only $0.05/copy if I had more copies. Can anyone tell me where it states that in this picture I took of what was posted above the copy machines??? I was very bothered by this bad advertisement and response from the cashier. This is just wrong. It is not about the price but the principle of it. Except for the limited parking at this location this place has pretty great service. Without a local Kinko's for office related functions in the area (for copies, faxing, etc) this is where I go when my in-home office is down and I need to complete some work.
