Prior to moving to Gilbert I used the UPS Store on Alma School & Germann in Chandler and they have a normal door you have to open, which can be a huge pain when you're carrying a package and whatnot. The automatic door at this location is super convenient when you're carrying large/heavy packages.

Parking 3/5 Challenging at best as these store front in the shopping center share parking and the lot is hectic. Service Requested 5/5 Great service at this location dispite its smaller lobby size. I needed to ship Amazon returns and was greeted by a helpful employee! Value 5/5 Returns are generally free if you use prime and preferred suppliers. Today I was in that category and my big box return was free. Fortunate to have stumbled into this store while my wife was getting a hair color rescue. Simple as retrieving a few boxes from the vehicle nearby. Ship well my friends-SYOY!

When it had been more than that, we were told to resend the email (and wait another 10 minutes), or email the store which would also take 10-15 minutes. I think there could have been better customer service and more efficient options, so I'll be printing elsewhere from now on.
