How can in a store with at least 4 employees two are on the phone, one has left four people in line for over 20 minutes without any indication of where or for how long, and the remaining ones have zero sense of urgency. Picking up a missed UPS package at an "authorized UPS pickup spot" took over 30 minutes. This was not a trip to a business establishment, it felt more like a humiliation ritual.

She basically just took it from there, all with a decent attitude, a couple chuckles, and a cute face. All I had to do was address some labels and pay. I only paid like $13 to ship 2 hats and a little box. Fine with me. Looked like they have EVERYTHING you could need for any kind of shipping task. There's all kind of knick-knacks and stuff to buy. Boxes, labels, pens/markers, this, that, the other. If you're clueless like me and have no idea what you need in order to ship something, I'm quite sure they got you covered. I was the only customer at the time, so I don't know how smoothly things go at hectic times there...and all I had to ship were two little things, so I can't speak on the extent of knowledge the staff might have. But what I had to do went quick and easy, so I'm a fan.

I did not expect the rudeness I received from him. Yes, I had a whole lot of boxes and then he proceeded to tell me that I needed to take them over to the kiosk and run them through myself. The kiosk was full. There was no way I could put anything in there and they said oh yeah we'll fit fix it later. Just leave the stuff on the top. I'm not leaving my stuff on top of there for somebody else to pick up and steal. I'm 71 years old. I don't have the skill set to do this. He did all the other boxes in a matter of minutes and he wants me to do everything else which would probably take me over an hour to do because I'm not very quick on my feet. I don't see very well and he was so rude about it. I will take my business somewhere else and I will not be back here, especially if Ronan is working. He should be ashamed of himself if he treats me like this and I've known him since he was a baby I can't imagine what he does to other people. I'm sure April and Craig would be very disappointed in him.

One was a seasoned Lady and the other was a youthful fella! Both humans were fantastic!!! I didn't get their names because we were so busy chatting it up as they were helping with printing. I've stopped in here before, but didn't really have a good experience but this time customer service was amazing!!! Kuddos to these 2!!! Please give them raises for having the best customer service ever!!! Receiving a fax, and printing cost isn't as bad as I thought it would be...I needed a color copy of something emailed over. I spent less than $2.50 for the email to be sent here, them to print it and to do it in color! Granted it is alot for 1 copy but I was in and out, in which, that in itself, was worth it!!! Out of the way location however, I was in the area visiting someone so it was the prefect location, as far as, timing goes! Make eye contact several times with an older employee who eventually motions me over. He feels it's necessary to berate me with a rant on why my package isn't taped and I must be in "the 90% of people group who don't tape their packages." It's not a requirement to tape packages before drop-off... If you hate your job, don't take it out on customers. Find somewhere else to work and stop being a Scrooge. In…read moreyears prior, when the store was located just around the corner in the same strip mall, service was often hit or miss. These past few months especially the service has been stellar. Even with a wait to return my Amazon packages, they workers have been courteous. They had enough staff to move the lines quickly. As of December of this 2024 year, I can say that this location has greatly improved!

I told her I am a UPS driver, my return was setup with all correct information, and that this box was 100% fine to return in because it was the manufacturers box still.
