AVOID THIS BUSINESS! This business is expensive, cramped and the owner is simply horrible! I have shipped a few times and bought stamps there and every time I have been disappointed. There is religious stuff strewn throughout the store...I personally don't like anyone's religion pushed down my throat...but if the business is satisfactory, thEn I can get beyond that. However, in this case the owner is the most horrible and such a genuinly Nasty person, and so unlike the religious values he is trying to display. I recently witnessed the Postmark'd owner----screaming, cursing and completely losing it one morning. He was screaming loud and strong at a group people on the sidewalk near his business ....then escalated his screaming with cursing at them! He needs some psychochosis medicine or a good old fashioned lobotomy. At the time, (Sunday) his business was clearly closed, lights out... and the sign on the door said "closed" yet, an expensive bicycle was leaning against his window--- when he unlocked the door, came waddling out, screamed at near by people on the sidewalk and pushed the expensive bike over, again cursing and screaming! I will never, ...ever set foot in this so called business. I think supporting this person goes against everything people in Austin live for. To be honest with all of you....yes they lie about prices most of the time or will mislead you into paying for the more expensive shipping service. They are a small business and need to make their living somehow. I shipped Fedex express a couple weeks ago and turns out I paid more than double the price. The clerk seemed a little odd when presenting me the price as I'm sitting there scratching my head thinking "that can't be right." But I was in hurry and needed to send some forms to a client asap. I have made some drop offs here occasionally but never have I paid for their services....and boy never again. Not to mention the clerk, a young blonde woman by the name of Kate I think, who was....well....a huge b*tch! Please excuse my french but avoid her at all costs. Just moved to the area and was incredibly impressed with the customer service at this specific shipping store. The man (working on Thursday 11/06/19 around 3pm) at the counter was packaging some gift items for a couple of men while his coworker was also helping someone. I walked in behind a guy trying to return something and the man was SUPER efficient and made sure everyone in line (3 more people walked in behind me) was greeted and felt taken care of. It definitely held our patience well with how he handled the big service he was focusing on, a line that continued to grow and a phone that was ringing! He even directed his coworker in all the right directions to make sure efficiency was on par. They were both friendly and happy! Will use this location from here on. Thank you! read more

This postal store is awesome! I have consistently professional and prompt service from these guys every time I go in. Yesterday they were even able to give me an approximate cost for shipping my overseas package on the phone before I headed over there. They packed my goods flawlessly and you can't beat the convenience of not waiting in enormous lines at the Oak Hill Post Office! It's very kid friendly as well which makes all the difference - highly recommended! read more

They are very careful with the packing service and will make sure it gets where it's going. They have a lot of other services that includes copying , laminating, flash drive transfers, scanning, and mailbox's. Can't beat that all in one service. read more

My choice of coming here to have my package returned was a great one because my refund came in much faster than I had expected.
