I've used this store a couple of times but will not anymore. The last two times I've been, a young man "helped" me, although he seemed genuinely annoyed that I was even there. Most recently, I asked if he would finish packing and taping two boxes of electronic equipment that I was shipping. He nodded, and when I mentioned it again at the end of our transaction, due to the fragile nature of the articles, he said, "I already said yes." Lo and behold, two clients received packages today in OPEN BOXES -- not taped nor with extra packing. Unreal. Waiting to hear if the equipment actually works or if I'm going to be out a ton of money. I use this store because of its location, but every time I've been there either no one comes out to help until there is a long line of people, or the person behind the desk is simply rude and unhelpful. I've even had to fix a jam on their printer on my own because no one would come help me. read more

Pretty good overall, although service here can be a bit spotty. Location for me is great, as it is located right at the front of my neighborhood. It's usually very easy to pop in and out for things like Amazon returns, but I've seen the line 3-4 deep and if there's only one person on staff (there are usually 2) it can take a while. I can understand a few of the low ratings for this location, because most of it is simply timing-based, but overall I have been lucky the vast majority of my visits. I've used printing services and notary services as well. One time the online portal was down through UPS, but... Pro-tip: you can email the store directly using the address listed on the website and send files that way too. read more

DO NOT USE THIS UPS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGES STOLEN AND/OR DESTROYED. Aside from them destroying a stereo system I had them box up they have stolen our returns to Zappos and Amazon many times. Oh and Brooke...you have no idea what you are talking about. I would be more than happy to walk you through how they packaged a stereo system in a box twice as big as it needed so it arrived broken into pieces and then refused to take responsibility. I would be happy to walk you through the eight times (that we know of) that we shipped out amazon and Zappos returns that mysteriously never arrived. This is a horribly run operation and anyone needing to ship anything should go elsewhere. read more

The people who work there (except for one new person) seem unhappy and are not friendly. Everytime I go in, I feel like I'm bothering them. They don't give receipts for USPS packages even though they are supposed to. Recently, a USPS package I sent to a customer never made it to them. But since they wouldn't give me a receipt, I couldn't prove it. I don't go here anymore. I drive a farther distance to avoid this bad experience. read more

This location is close to my home so I thought I would take a simple copy and laminate job to them. I spoke to the woman behind the desk and told her what I needed done on Saturday morning, she said she would try to have it done by end of day. I told her that it would be fine if I pick up on Sunday. I noticed she wrote the information for the job and my information on a random paper, not a work order. I should have known better. My husband went to pick it up today and it was not done still!!! She said it was up to 48 hours that they require, which was today in the AM. She was not helpful and gave us our originals back and told us to go somewhere else because they are too busy. Unbelievable!!! All she had to do is call me and let me know that she was not able to make the deadline or reply to my email following up on the job but she did neither. Very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend them for any printing or laminating business. read more

Keep a close eye on what they're charging you for. I went in there with a 14"x14"x10" box that weighed 7lbs and they upsized every dimension and the weight. Nightmare @ this location. Went to this location instead of driving to Dripping Post office. Waited 15 min while the female employee filled in the blanks in the computer for shipping label for a small package that I was mailing. She had to ask fellow employee a few times for help. Paid and left. After arriving home, got a phone call from employee stating she had to give me a New receipt and tracking number because she made a mistake on how the item was shipped. She made a label for 'media mail' vs 'non media mail'. She asked at the store what I was shipping and I replied, camera. She said she would email me the new receipt and tracking number after I spelled out my email to her. Waited an hour, no email, so I called. She said she would send it again. Waited another hour, no email. Called again and spoke to another employee who checked my email address. Employee misspelled my email address and this time I waited on phone to receive email. After reviewing email, RECEIPT had an incorrect shipping address and incorrect spelling of last name. Called again to get this corrected. WOW! How hard is it to take information from a package and put in computer and make a label? read more
