This location is very convenient! The service is so fast and easy that we never go to the usps for anything. This service is friendly, consistent, and reliable. We receive our mail here because it is safe and secure. We get packages from online websites delivered here because they come at various times during the day and we like the way they receive and organize our packages for us to pick up at our convenience. There are many places that we could go to for shipping, but after three years of top notch customer service we happily drive past the competitors to get the service we can count on every time. I've been coming to this Postal Annex location for over 5+ years. I've always been assisted by Manager, Dhiran. He is one of the most helpful and kindest persons I know. Always very courteous and attentive. Whenever I overnight a package, he asks me to double check the address to ensure that it's going to the correct location. He never tries to "up-sell" me on anything; he always makes sure to tell me which carrier has the best shipping price. I've been very happy with the great service that I've received. Found this place when I wanted to mail a package on a Saturday afternoon and all the post offices were closed. The owner Dhiren and another young man behind the counter were very friendly and helpful. They gave me several options on ways to ship my package via UPS, FedEx, and USPS, and even offered me a discount on one of the pricier options.
