By far the best notary public service in the area...No appointment needed and very fast turnaround by efficient staff.

Both Tyler and Marbella were great in helping me get my paperwork off to Michigan and a prepaid envelope back!

The printers are almost always out of service and the staff there is useless, rude, and lacks accountability. I had a printing job submitted and I received a call which required me to come in to help explain to them what I wanted/what their website was telling them to do. The staff recommended i do it another way so I came back the next day and things were missing, tabs weren't labeled, and my double sided document became single sided making it 3-4in thick! The staff blamed me for not correcting them even though they recommended me to XYZ to remedy the issues, then the manager blamed the website saying they weren't even supposed to put tabs in it, and then they went back to blaming me for all the issues. I ended up walking out and told them i'm not paying $100+ for something that is messed up. The manager was upset that I didn't want to pay but I would highly recommend never pay upfront at this location until you see the product. If i paid beforehand i am almost certain they would have told me to deal with ut.

I was told by the woman I spoke with that she is only in on Mondays & that I would be able to pick up the copied print the following Monday. I told her that is not going to work with the time frame I was on and asked if she knew of any other shops that are available more than once a week, she gave me attitude and said "I don't know, you can go to a drug store." Obviously if I wanted drug store quality prints I'd just make the print at home with my PC. REALLY??? That's your definition of customer service??? I'm an independent contractor. A licensed cosmetologist to be exact. And if I have a client calling about something I cannot deliver on or I am unavailable, I will refer them out to someone else that reputable in my industry. And I know that we all know others in our industry. This woman's attitude sounded more like I was bothering her. If you can't accommodate mass customers or if it's just bothersome, then you probably shouldn't have your business listed on yelp. One Star. That's my opinion. Service is EVERYTHING. You could have been a little more kind and I never would have even bothered to yelp this convo....

I am a genealogist and have had them restore numerous photographs that were torn, water damaged, and yellowed with age along with adding color to B&W photos. Their attention to detail is unprecedented; colorizing a b/w photo of my grandfather in WWI and making sure the color of his uniform was historically correct. I recently picked up a digitized and restored photo of my hs graduating class (40 yrs old) and it turned out beautifully. She is always professional, on time, and has great suggestions for my pictures - even to the extent of suggesting a less expensive way to print or restore that would give the same results. Bottom line..I will never go to anyone else for my photo needs. Photo works of Temecula is the best in the I if not So Cal. You'll be very pleased with their work.

I brought my grandparents in for a simple notarization, which should've been quick and easy. While I was having a normal, casual conversation with my grandmother nothing disruptive or related to the document the notary suddenly stopped what she was doing and told me to stop talking. I told her that she might want to work on her customer service skills, and honestly, that could have been the end of it. But instead, she decided to keep arguing with me, as if she couldn't just let it go. What really stood out was how she repeatedly felt the need to remind me that "everyone always compliments her customer service." I'm not sure why that mattered in the moment, because her attitude during this interaction was the complete opposite of what I'd call good customer service. It didn't stop there. She leaned over the counter toward my grandfather in a way that felt condescending almost like she was questioning whether he was of sound mind to understand what he was signing. That was completely unnecessary and honestly insulting, considering he is perfectly healthy and fully aware of everything he does. At that point, my grandparents were so uncomfortable they refused to stay any longer. We went to UPS immediately after, and not only did they notarize the document quickly and politely, but even they found it surprising that someone would act like that over something so small. There was zero issue at UPS with me having a simple conversation, and they treated my grandparents with the respect they deserve. I've always given this location the benefit of the doubt because of past positive experiences, but this visit was disappointing and unprofessional. If you're in customer service, you have to be able to handle simple interactions without turning them into unnecessary conflicts or making customers feel uncomfortable. Hopefully this location addresses this kind of behavior, because it's not at all what I've come to expect here.
