Zero stars! Went to drop off some package that where delivered to my house by accident.. Brady was the employee I spoke and wow was she awful she acted like I dropped off a box of crap. Wasn't Pleasant at all they gave me a hard time and I wanted to ship other things and willing to pay for it and she treated me like I was stupid. Then some other lady start screaming from the other side of store "where not taking this package" very unprofessional! They why they have 2.5 stars.. Take your business else where... read more

If I could give zero or even a negative amount of stars, I most definitely would. I'm sure there are some great employees there, but the lady I encountered today had absolutely TERRIBLE costumer service. I went in completely clueless about how to ship my package and have never felt so belittled. Not only was she completely useless for help, but her only solution was to get frustrated and tell me to go look it over myself because she is not responsible. So Kandi (I believe that was her name) , just a future reference..A little help goes a long way. read more

Cost way to much to ship your items. Never going here again, usps prices are way cheaper..

Let me tell you went in there to get copy's came out making friends. Great customer service I wish there were more places you can walk in like that and com out saying wow I loved that convo. Will be doing business there more often I recommend this business and I never recommend highly unless they deserve it.Happy customer read more

Went there this morning to buy a small box to ship a cell phone to a relative. The box was $2.35 plus tax. I don't carry cash. Went to use my ATM card from my local credit union. I was told I had to buy something else because they don't accept ATM or credit cards for purchases under $5.00. Won't shop at Postal Annex, will use UPS store. read more

People here are extremely nice and I like the customer service but the prices are outrageous. They charge double what the USPS office would charge. I get that they have to make a profit but double is way to much for just a little more wait time at USPS. read more

Went to mail some important paperwork, registered mail. Bought an envelope and paid for postage. Should be a no brainer. 10 days later post office returns it to me saying it doesn't have enough postage. This is what they do, if they can't even get mail sent out right, then I definitely wouldn't recommend this place for anything else. read more

I started using this Postal Annex in 2012 and ended up getting a great deal on a p.o. box there too. I have been so encouraged by this staff by their smiles! and it has been over two years going in and out, using the box, the notary service, buying a candy, just day in and day out stuff and I still get amazed at how nice the staff is... funny thing is that it doesn't matter who is there when I go, they always greet me, and make sure I have all I need before they wish me a great day or evening. I actually like going in there. They make me smile! I am glad I picked such a nice place to have my mail going to and they always take good care of my deliveries! nice to know my stuff won't get stolen off the porch! What ever the boss is doing, hope they keep doing it to keep the staff so awesome. Thanks for all you do, and your sincere plain ol' great attitudes! DCastro read more

So, today I was in postal annex and my kids were looking at the toys. The were standing trying to reach a toy on the shelves and there was glass shelves. The lady goes, "is that your kid, they can't lean on there the glass shelves could fall" I said,"yes" and I got both of them and made them stand next to me. My kids are usually very well behaved, but today they were a little excited over all the toys in this postal annex. So then the lady came back over and told me "maybe I should go sit outside with my kids, at the table" I was like, "absolutely not, it's hot and cars drive way to fast past us in this parking lot." She's like "well she can't stand on the shelves". I said, "she's not anymore, she's standing next to me." She's like "I'm going to have to ask you to leave". I'm like REAALLY! don't you see I'm stressed and trying my hardest to get this finished and get out of here. She's like "don't raise your voice at me I'm being nice to you." I looked at her and laughed and she huffed and walked away and went to gossip to the other rude lady. I even apologized to her and told her I understand her concern and I apologize they were a little crazy considering they are 2 and 3 and she was still snotty and rude. I don't understand how someone can be so rude and disrespectful to a mom who is just trying to take care of something real quick and I was all by myself. I chose to take my business else wear to the Advantage America Cash a few doors down, they were very sweet and said they get a lot of postal annex customers because they are rude. That's pretty sad when that's not the first time she's had someone rant to hear and thank her for the nice greeting and smile on her face when I walked through the door. I will prob NEVER use this postal annex again, and I'll make sure to tell everyone I know about my experience. Oh and by the way, this lady (the one you hired) was texting on her phone while people were in there and she was standing around gossiping about me in front of other customers. Completely unprofessional I'm disgusted. To treat a mother like this is so disgusting. read more

Fast friendly and helpful service. Was able to get a document notarized buy some envelopes and send out my mail by FedEx all at one place

Rude. Went into get an affidavit notarized, for a Court filing. The Notary refused to use my active duty Military ID- said it was 'not a verifiable ID'. Incredibly rude and discourteous. Will not be back. read more

Nice folks... But they didn't know anything about the check in notary services discount on yelp and would not honor it, even when I showed them... But other than that very nice and got the notary service done anyway read more

Usually crowded and yes sometimes I get a rude lady but most of the time they are very helpful and manage to get me out fairly fast. The guy is pretty cool and he is always helpful. The worst part is now they charge for the dimensions and the weight which is a total crock of ...well you get the point. I mean I was ok paying more for the convenience but now I am better off driving the extra few lights to the post office if I am shipping without a prepaid label. Basically I only use this place to fax or send amazon text books. read more
