They have a common routine of leaving 10-15 minutes early and in todays situation, saw us walking up with packages and still walked to their car over 10 minutes before they were meant to leave. We drive 20 minutes each way to get there, so their inconsistencies can be really frustrating. When you do get inside, prepare for them to voice their frustration with needing to scan items and/or give receipts of drop off. If there were other options, I'd use them. In the meantime, plan on arriving later than their stated start time and we'll before their posted close time.

The very young girl that I got to engage with was really annoyed with me, even proceeded to roll her eyes and be put out. I am an extremely easy and kind person to engage with so this was a bit perplexing. She proceeded to look at my problem scan from another location (blurry as all get out) and she says, looks fine to me. So... I had to find my own path forward on how to resolve my issue. Thankfully after some fumbling around with their copiers/scanners I got what I needed. Even though she said I would get the same outcome there too. The other two people working that day seemed to be helpful with others, the girl I got definitely hates her job. I am hopeful the other people working are more helpful. If there is a next time, I will ask for someone else. To end on a good note, they have excellent scanners/printers for high quality scans, just change the dpi. And you get to review the scan before paying, unlike the original office scanning place I went. Score!

Oh wait UPS turns it over to the local post office for delivery. Oh but if they don't get it to the Kuna post office before they all load up for their routes it sits another day. In conclusion who ever is running the UPS system in the valley needs to be educated on good service. You still can't convince me it takes four days in the valley to deliver a 1 lb package. They sat it on a wood platform then they picked it up and set it on the platform. It knocked off the bottom support board of the China cabinet which created the glass to slide from the wood.
