Online it said they were open till 7. The store looked so dark and the open sign wasn't on. But I walked up to the door to see if maybe they closed early. I was happy to know they were open! I was instantly greeted by a sweet employee behind the counter. He asked me what he could do for me. I told him I needed copies made. I pointed to the copy machines and told me to take my time. I thought that was really nice of him. I got my debit card squared away on the machine and purchased 10 dollars worth of copies. I didn't quite know how to work the copier so I asked the nice gentleman for help. He came over, guided me and helped me with my first set of tax papers. He also informed me about the paper clips, staple and other office supplies that were available for me if I needed them. I worked my way down to the last 2 stacks of taxes, got them paper clipped and into my trusty manilla envelope. It was a lot faster than I imagined, getting my task completed. It was great having everything I needed all in one area. I thanked the nice man for his help and made my way out of the door. I appreciate this employee's kindness and patience. He was great and my work area was perfect!

The very young girl that I got to engage with was really annoyed with me, even proceeded to roll her eyes and be put out. I am an extremely easy and kind person to engage with so this was a bit perplexing. She proceeded to look at my problem scan from another location (blurry as all get out) and she says, looks fine to me. So... I had to find my own path forward on how to resolve my issue. Thankfully after some fumbling around with their copiers/scanners I got what I needed. Even though she said I would get the same outcome there too. The other two people working that day seemed to be helpful with others, the girl I got definitely hates her job. I am hopeful the other people working are more helpful. If there is a next time, I will ask for someone else. To end on a good note, they have excellent scanners/printers for high quality scans, just change the dpi. They have a common routine of leaving 10-15 minutes early and in todays situation, saw us walking up with packages and still walked to their car over 10 minutes before they were meant to leave. We drive 20 minutes each way to get there, so their inconsistencies can be really frustrating. When you do get inside, prepare for them to voice their frustration with needing to scan items and/or give receipts of drop off. If there were other options, I'd use them. In the meantime, plan on arriving later than their stated start time and we'll before their posted close time.
