So another story for UPS. I Order shirts from Pennsylvania. It takes 7 days total to get her on a good week. Here is my complaint, it only takes 3 days to arrive in Boise. For some stupid reason it takes four days to get from Boise to Kuna. So according to my tracking system provided by UPS, for some reason it goes to Nampa then delivered to Kuna. Oh wait UPS turns it over to the local post office for delivery. Oh but if they don't get it to the Kuna post office before they all load up for their routes it sits another day. In conclusion who ever is running the UPS system in the valley needs to be educated on good service. You still can't convince me it takes four days in the valley to deliver a 1 lb package. this place needs new management badly they don't answer they lie about delivery went down to pick up my package they said it was stuck on a truck in the yard and would have delivered the next day by noon it is now 3 days later and still no delivery the place wont answer the phone they are running around like they don't know what they are doing please Ups get some people in there that know what they are doing and will at least answer the phone it is a joke to see what is going on over there. read more

UPS posted on their Tracking that my delivery was supposed to be made by today (Friday 1/8/2021) by 9 pm. I called customer service to find out why its not here at 9315 pm. Their excuse was it wasn't received at a certain location in time. They say it won't be here until Tuesday (1/12/2021). This makes no sense because if their story was true it would be here tomorrow. I believe the driver stole my package and the company is covering it up. But either way this is still false advertisement and horrible customer service read more

I had ordered a perishable delivery to my Kuna home, in the past the very same sender/vendor had always done a great job with prepping my perishable delivery. This week UPS had confirmed my delivery for delivery on the 23rd before end of day .. then crickets. No drop, no follow up, no notification to say otherwise leaving me waiting .. and waiting .. and wondering. Late on the 24th, when I logged into the automated tool, a new notice popped up saying the package had been damaged and destroyed .. go figure. Here it is the 26th and no contact to my sender from UPS (as they state they will do on their site), opted to do their (UPS) job and alerted my sender who is working hard to make it right. Still no contact from UPS .. thinking we may want to tag UPS as Unsatisfactory People Service. read more

Delivered an instant pot to my house and said they left it at the "front door". No, they did not. They left it under my carport literally in the middle of the carport where I couldn't even pull my car in when I got home from work. It was in the original packaging so anyone driving buy could see what it was and steal it if they wanted. That's almost $100 and you are going to irresponsibly place it in plain view of anyone going by my home. Give me a break UPS. I guess I have to put signage out front now so you can be directed to do your job with the care you are supposed to be doing it with. read more

I live in Garden Valley, 50 miles north of Boise. My UPS distributor almost always sends my packages to McCall which is 100 miles north of Boise. Yes, they pass Garden Valley on Rte. 55 and deliver my packages to McCall. Then McCall sends me a notice that it was mis-sorted and it gets delivered in a day or two. I sometimes pay extra for 2 day delivery of my orders and then it ends up in McCall taking an extra day or 2. Please put someone in the sorting department who knows where the ZIP codes are in Idaho. Similar to another reviewer, I'm disappointed in UPS delivery dates. I ordered something on a Monday, which had an original delivery date of Thursday of the same week. On Wednesday that delivery date changed to the following Monday. It arrived in Boise Friday evening and was supposedly on a truck Saturday morning "out for delivery", but never showed up. Around 9pm the tracking status changed to "in transit" and the "out for delivery" status disappeared from the tracker. I have been taking snapshots of these changes as they happen in case I need documentation for some reason. This is not the first time package delivery dates have changed/been delayed or been mia for a couple days. I have also had packages arrive that look like they were thrown around because they were dirty and smashed in. Not sure if that is from the local ups distribution center or another one. read more

So on Tuesday I was supposed to receive my #UPS delivery and when I got home there was no packages. I then checked the tracking and was told it was at the nampa facility. So today is Wednesday and still no #UPS package when I called the 1800 number I was told my package was at the nampa facility and I told the rep I already knew that but I was then informed that my package was damaged and it had to be re-wrapped that was done at 9:11 on Tuesday and the package should have went out for Wednesday delivery. So the rep sent a msg to to the nampa facility to call me. Guess what when the nampa facility call me they informed me that they had lost my package and don't where it is. When I started to get upset and asked the so called supervisor how she was going to fix there screwup. I was told I needed to step back a moment or she would hand up the phone. REALLY!!! You screw up and lose a customers packages and when the customer gets upset and demands this to be fixed i get told to step back or she was going to end the call. REALLY!!! Oh here's the best part I HAVE to call the shipping company and let them know that #UPS lost my package. When speaking with a so called supervisor she told me that they were looking for the package and she would call me back tonight and i asked her YOU will be calling me TONIGHT and she said yes well its 8:00pm and still no call and IF they found it then it would be delivered Thursday. 3 days after it was supposed to be delivered. So in short #UPS screws up my package with there sorter has to re-wrap it and then they lose it and I'm the one that has to contact the vendor and fix the problem. Oh did I mention 2 of the item are none re-orderable from the company so I'm screwed again thanks to #UPS. I would suggest if you want your package to show up and not be damaged at #UPS sorting facility pick a more dependable shipping company. There mistake and the customer who pay dearly for the package to be shipped has to suffer. so update at 9:09 Megan from the Nampa sorting facility called to inform me she had spent the last 2 hours searching for package that they LOST and couldn't find it and maybe it would show up in the next 2 days REALLY and if not then I would have to file a claim. I asked MEGAN how I was to explain to the person I was giving this gift to that oh sorry UPS lost your present and maybe you would get it in 2 day or maybe not.
