Come back today after a while, I'm studying for the Medical Field rn so I cant get long/fake nails. Mandy never makes me upset
Not going to lie, but one of the worst jobs ever done to me, as there were multiple cuts on both hands and the nail tech did not care what's so ever.. poor handling and care. - L.N
I've been seeing Tina over 2 years now (I followed her from another salon) and she nails it (ha-ha) every single time. She is fastidious, works fast, has a great attitude, and is patient with me when I don't know what color I want. In fact, I usually let her make the final decision because she has a great eye for what fits me. She cares about the health of my nails and has kept my natural nails flourishing (see pics). The salon is in a great location with a wax place next door and a nice HEB in the same plaza. Getting a mani pedi and then grabbing groceries is a ritual to me now. Inside, it's clean, bright, relaxing, and all the massage chairs are in great condition. I don't have a specific person for pedis but all the ladies are great - very sweet and they do an awesome job. Considering the area and the quality of the salon, the prices are extremely fair.
This plc was my first time recommend by my manager near the area I work. Prices are high but the quality and service is amazing I forgot the ladies name but she was helping Tom do my nails and it made the process go quicker which I really appreciate not tht I was in a rush but my nails turned out so good so thank you guys, I'm just now making this review but I got them done 9.21.23 and they're still in pretty good shape for getting dip powder for the first time too. Will definitely go back when I can tho I just work in the area I don't live in dt.
Great place overall. I don't go to anyone in particular but feel like I still feel consistent service. The location is conveniently located right next to H-E-B. The massage chairs are definitely a plus and more comfortable than most. They have a total of 7 televisions, 6 of which were working during my last visit. Most of the time I drop in as opposed to making an appointment. To date, I have never had to wait for a service. The staff pays attention to details and in my experience have yet to cut any corners or charge unexpected add on charges. Therefore, you can go in feeling confident in what you can expect. I personally like that this nail salon is located in a safe and well lighted side of town that includes a classy clientele.
First time here ever. Clean. Friendly. Kim did my pedicure. I thought she did a great job. Nice work on my Cuticles and I have A LOT of Cuticles. She cleaned them up very nicely. I'm VERY particular about my calluses on the heel and ball of my feet and Cuticles. I can say that I will certainly return here for her pedicure services. Jenny did my dip Powder. I GIVE HER 5 STARS. I think she has one of THE most kind, funny and welcoming personalities ever in ANY nail spa I have visited to date. She did an incredible job on my Cuticles... And as I've stated before... I have A LOT of skin. Great job! Will definitely we will definitely be seeing you soon
Do not get a manicure or pedicure at Posh Nails & Spa. I could have done a better job myself. I should have done so and saved the $50 + $7 tip. I did not look at my toes closely until I returned home and then requested to either have the pedicure fixed/redone or receive a refund. I did not receive a reply to either of the emails that I sent. I was going out of town for an important event and had to redo my nails and toenails myself before leaving. Worst customer service. Actually NO customer service. They apparently don't care about their customers. I will never go back there. Would not even give one star if I could.
I have gotten three pedicures here, and my mom has gotten dip nails by a lady here. A tad pricey, however, it is in uptown, so, it's understandable. Not as expensive as the other shops that are within only a mile of it! The basic pedi I received was very very basic and was strictly nail work, not so much a relax/massage type of pedi. My moms nails looked super professional and she loved them, however, the technician that did her nails cut her twice and was a bit rough with her hand. I am one of the pickiest people when it comes to nail shops but I can 10% say I love their pedicures. If you're not huge on waiting and in a rush, the basic pedi is perfect. However, if you have a few minutes to spare the next pedi up is only $5 more and 100% worth it. I always like to see price points and some shops don't provide pricing on their site so I made sure to upload pics of their prices!
Cindy and Becky were very nice and accommodating! I've been here a few times and have been pleased with my nails and service!
I honestly love it here, they always take care of me. I appreciate how easy it is to schedule an appointment, my nails always turn out how I want, and the location is perfect!
Just came here and got the best pedicure of my life. I got the pearl pedicure which was nice, they do the standard pedicure, but they add an exfoliating gel with a hot towel and rub your legs down. They then soak your feet in this hot wax that soothes your feet and makes them smooth. They rub your legs down with lotion and then give you a 15 minute calf/foot massage. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The place was also very clean! Words can't describe what was done so i attached a photo, but definitely come here and get the pearl pedicure.
First time here and will most definitely be coming back. Tina and Crystal were so attentive, detailed, and provided great customer service. Tina suggested a color towards what I was looking for and my nails came out exactly how I wanted them! Couldn't be happier. Update: 06/17/19 Can we just talk about the longevity of these nails!? Never have I EVER had nails last this long! Yes I'm in desperate need of a refill but I usually refill when a nail or two fall off. But this!? Wow.
I love Posh nails and refuse to go anywhere else! They always do such a great job and my nails last so long!! No chipping or breaking only have to come back when they've grown out 6+ weeks!!! I love all the girls they are equally talented, but Tami is new and did an amazing job!!! Best service and super friendly you won't be disappointed

Second time here, first time was ok they damage my nails but I decided to give it a second chance, Andy took care of me he had a bad attitude and was a little rude didn't feel comfortable. I paid $100 for my nails I think the service wasn't good the nails are ok but he kept pinching me with his nails. I don't really do this but it's just not ok the experience I had. read more

When you go here, you absolutely MUST request Jaycee!! I called 35 minutes before the closed on a Thursday evening, stating I was 5 minutes away, and asked if there was any way they had time for an acrylic set (they close at 7:30pm). I was told they could see me, and was seated immediately upon arrival. I haven't gotten a manicure at a salon in probably 2 years, so when they asked if I wanted acrylic or dip, I told them I didn't know the difference, but pulled up a photo of what I wanted them to look like. She decided dip would be best for me. Jaycee offered me a beverage and then got to work. Her attention to detail was impeccable; checking every nail at each step to make sure the shape, length, thickness, and color were perfect. I thought I had picked a classic and simple design, an almond-shaped, thin, French tip, but soon realized that it's much more difficult to achieve than I expected. Still, she did not rush a single part of the process, even as other coworkers were leaving. She even explained to me the layering process and which colors she would layer to achieve the most natural look. We finished around 8:30pm (an hour after they closed). My total for the tips, shape, and design was only $60, and they have a rewards program that you can sign up for with your phone number. I work as a Marketing Coordinator for a local facial spa, and am frequently filming for social media and hosting events, so making sure my nails look "picture perfect" is of utmost importance. Truly, Jaycee is an angel and I cannot wait to go back and see her!! I honestly feel as though I could sit in that chair and tell her to do whatever she wanted and trust they would turn out fantastic read more

This nail salon is so cute and efficient. The staff are very professional and quick (but not in a rushing way). I've had my nails done here twice since moving to Houston this month and i think I've found my "regular" Ps. The also offer water or wine . I love a nice glass of wine during a pedicure- it's the cherry on top to my "me time" read more

I drove 30 minutes here from Montrose after Tina from Posh Nails was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad I did make the trek! I literally have not stopped looking at my nails. 1. They are the perfect color, thickness AND shape. 2. The service was impeccable 3. The price was affordable! I plan on keeping Tina as my ONLY nail technician! read more
First visit with Tina: 5 stars I chose her due to Yelp reviews and I was not disappointed. Tina took her time and since it was my first time getting dip nails, she explained the process to me. She was easy to have a conversation with. I also was between 3 colors and she did not rush me to choose. In fact, she gave her recommendation based on my skin tone and I'm very pleased with the color I ended up with. I am writing the review 3 weeks after I got my nails done and I am still pleased with them. Only one has chipped (3 weeks to the day). Pictures include the day of, 2 weeks after, and 3 weeks after. The salon itself is very clean and the service was great. I made reservation, but they do walk ins. Update second visit: went in again and got helped by Helen. Got my dip removed which went well. Then just got a basic manicure to give my nails a break. This part of the experience is 2-3 stars. My cuticles look far worse than when I went in and some of them are extremely painful. Helen cut out way too much skin. I also asked for rounded square nail shape (which was what I already had so they just needed filed down a little) and I got uneven shapes. I went in and explained my issue to the manager and she asked Helen to correct it right away, which I very much appreciated. I'll return for another mani at some point, but will ask for Tina again. read more

This place does not enforce masks, as their sign says. The man in the picture was loudly speaking on his phone about going out to clubs and bars the previous night and not one worker or the manager seemed concerned or cared or told him to please put on his mask he was holding. Clearly this place does not care. read more

I originally heard about Posh Nails (formerly known as CC's Nails) from a friend and decided to give it a try. When I walked in I was greeted immediately, I was very surprised because almost every message chair was filled. The lady at the front politely asked what services I would be getting today and ushered me to a chair promptly and they began working within 2 minutes. The ladies that serviced me (I have forgotten their names but I will update my post when I go back ) were so friendly and caring. These two amazing ladies worked very diligently and with precision. I was amazed with the results and will be going back very soon. I am in love with my nails and received so many compliments! Services: Dip Powder -- $50 Basic Pedicure -- $28 read more

I wanted to love this salon and I did for a bit, but the last time I went in it turned into a disaster. I have never in the many years I've been getting my nails done have I ever had them done so badly. In the span of four days I had to go back and get four nails replaced because they broke. Two of them broke in the middle of my nail because the center of my nail wasn't reinforced with powder. I cannot begin to tell you how painful that was. The last time I went in the woman told me that I said I wanted my nails done with very little powder. This is a lie, my nails are generally pretty long so I definitely need them to be thicker so I don't break them. I have always loved my nails thicker and salons have always told me it looks terrible, but I never care. So I know for a fact I would never ask for my nails to be done thin. To add massive insult to injury, I moved on, went to a new salon to get a refill, they were done nicely and I went on my way. Then my nails started coming off in one piece as though they weren't glued down enough. So my refill that I got was useless and now I had to start all over. And let me tell you how livid I am. I tipped these people generously, I mean 25 to 30% every single time I went in there. I was kind, I enjoyed being there and for them to just do such a sloppy, terrible job is insulting. I want my money back so bad, but I know I won't get it. But I can tell you that I will never step foot in that awful salon ever again. It was just one terrible thing after another. They should honestly be embarrassed about how badly they do nails. I'm also adding another picture because just today, after my fill my nail (their nail) broke on both sides and started bleeding. I'm calling my bank, this is ridiculous. read more

For my nails, I've been coming to Tina for about 4 years now. She has done an amazing job from the very beginning. She always knows exactly what I want and she takes great care of me! Shes so friendly too. For my toes, Helen does amazing pedicures and gives the best massages. My french tips still look great after over 2 weeks! read more

This was my second time going here. I loved my first experience until this time. I asked the ladies doing my nails and toes if by any chance they knew how to do a thin line like French nails but thinner and showed them a picture. Both said yes they did. Once one of the ladies doing my toes was doing the line too thick I told them if they could do it thinner like in the picture I mentioned and the lady got upset. She said that was the thinnest she could do... I told her it was fine just to not worry about it. Besides telling me yes at first then getting upset for me mentioning something the lady doing my nails couldn't do it either but I just left it like that because didn't look that bad. Also I didn't want to be that person complaining about everything when they are doing their best. Now my shellac in my nails is fading away too after the third day. Really upset about this experience. read more

Worst experience ever. Service started out nice as she took my temperature then sat me down at the pedicure station. One couple came in after me for pedicure and immediately was serviced before me and they didn't have an appointment. Was there for an hour and half getting polish change on nails and feet . My gel polish on my hands are the worst I've ever seen!!!! Polish is everywhere! All over my nails and cuticles. Once I finished the receptionist refused to accept my $5 off yelp coupon for no reason. Overall bad experience would NOT recommend! read more

Horrible experience. Came for mani pedi for my best friend's wedding, leaving with bumpy Halloween nails. I asked for chrome the lady couldn't do it. The shape is wrong. So many little bubbles from failed attempts at fixing it. I sat for an hour and a half. Go somewhere else. The manager did not offer a discount or a redo or anything to make it right. $73 dollars read more

How much do they normally charge for getting nail color dip service?
I believe it's $45 or $50
Is this the salon that used to be CC Nails?
Yes. I felt like Posh Nails & Spa salon with the new ownership has been great with customer's caring & services.
