I've tried to like this place. My first time here it was great servicr; after that first visit, the quality of my pedicure was questionable and the friendliness of the staff was subpar. I thought I'd give them another try so I made an appointment for today. I received a confirmation for the time I requested. When I walked in, they pretended like I didn't have an appointment, then said my appointment was for an earlier time (as if it was my fault they couldn't get me in). After I showed them I had a reservation confirmation text from their check-in platform for the time I had arrived, they just kind of shrugged it off and we're not able to get me in. Beautiful nail salon with all the fancy services you could want for your nails. Located right off of Highway 141 next to a busy intersection. This shop has all the customers in the neighborhood coming out here! Visited on Sunday, Father's Day and it was pleasantly busy. Upon entering there are two doors to enter. Checking in was professional and timely. Waiting area is very inviting. The size of the salon isn't like other nail salons in the metro. There were 20 pedicure spas and maybe 14 nail tables. They offer alcohol during your service if you desire and have an area that looks just like a bar. They were busy but we were able to receive quality time in our spas. 20 minute wait so we soaked in warm water for awhile with chair back massages. 40 min long nail service. Many options for pedicures! My husband and I received the Mother of Pearl spa and Tropical Dream spa. Spent $110.xx for two pedicures before tax & gratuity. This included the $15 cost for shellac for my toenails. There is an added $5 cost for French design toe nails. Their prices fall online with everywhere else. I appreciated how I was allowed to ask questions about prices and Ricki was sweet in explaining it. Customer service was nice and we met two sweet young girls. Ricki did my spa and Tian did my husband's spa. This is a family owned business. Overall I enjoyed the spa service and the care Ricki took with me. I appreciated her candor. I look forward to coming back and getting nails and another pedicure done. I highly recommend coming out here to Posh to experience a little fancy mani pedi upgrade! read more

i have tried so hard to like this place but after my most recent experience i just can't. All of my friends come here and their nails are stunning but mine always end up looking bad. I asked for a green thin french tip dip set with chrome powder. Now i know they can't always be perfect but they should at least be exceptional. So let's start with the first thing I dislike about my experiences. My nail techs are always in a bad mood. I understand it's a tough job but still. Second was that she did a gel set and not dip, which i didn't care until the shape of my nails was crooked. Then came the big star; the french tip. Probably the worst i've ever had done. Then she didn't even do the chrome powder! this happens almost every time i come here. Maybe i'm too picky but i really don't recommend this place. read more

It was the worst. I went in with my girlfriend and the service was terrible. Took 1 hour to shape the nail and it wasn't correct. Took another 45 minutes to finish. Asked for daisy's (a white 5 pettle lower with a yellow center) ened up getting a 4 pettle that looked what a "+" sigh with pink in the middle! This was the most comfortable pedicure that I've ever had. Peyton was my nail technician and she was fantastic! She chit chatted during the whole process and was very precise with what she was doing. I just went to get my nails done for a bachelorette party I have this weekend, they got me in quick. However, I quickly found that the lady doing my nails was a little "off". She was dozing off while filing my nails, she repeated steps that she had already done, resulting in uneven dip on my nails. She forgot to cut the finger nails on my other hand before she started on the other. At one point, she was filing my actual finger and not my nail. When I confronted her about it hurting she said that she got hurt and went to the doctor, and they gave her medicine and that's why she was sleepy. I said "oh I am sorry" and she proceeded. Once finished I noticed that my nails were different colors even though she used the same dip but I think she forgot a step, resulting in the difference in coloring. At this point I just wanted to be done. When checking out she did apologize but also said her boss recognized it and told her to go home but she refused... it was a bizarre experience and one that will make me look for another place to get my nails done. read more
