Cat's eyes are my favorite manicure and I'm trying all the different shades. Currently I'm wearing an iridescent shade of pink that changes colors when I move my hand. I went in without an appointment and they got me right in for a pedicure. My nail tech Pone was so amazing and knowledgeable! She educated me on my cuticles and shaped my nails to the perfect square without me even asking! Pricing was comparable to other salons I've tried. For a gel pedicure I paid around $50. The salon is chic, very clean and bright and had plenty of space for everyone. I *know* I was hard to work on that day but the quality of work was still incredible despite the added challenge of extra tension and movement. We had a wedding to go to and I was thrilled with my nails the whole weekend! I literally slammed my right hand in the car door the following day and none of the smashed nails fell off until after a week and a half of growth and additional stress on the damaged hand only- my left hand is grown out af but still in immaculate shape. The wedding was the last weekend of April. That's chaos-tested and approved nail craftsmanship! We both got mani-pedis with dip manicure. I did an update for the pedicure for the extra filing of my feet. Disclaimer.... My feet are still smooth a month later! I've never had dip nails done before but my nails have only grown out, with no chipping, cracking, or breaking. The husband and wife owners worked on us and kept us entertained when great conversation the whole time. I came in with my mother to get a prevacation manicure and full set. I had made the appointment a…read morecouple weeks prior and when I came in it was obvious that they had not been actually prepared for my appointment. Mom and I were advised to wait, which we did - about 15 minutes for her and then 20-25 minutes for me. My mom had come in with her own nail polish color but the manicurist seemed to not want to use it and so she talked my mom into getting shellac. Mom picked a color, which apparently they did not have. Instead of telling her this they decided to combine two of the nail polishes to create something "similar". Mom wasn't very happy with it, but because she didnt want to ruin my experience didnt make a big deal of it at the time. The shellac was done poorly, and within a couple days was chipping and then by the end of the week it just peeled completely off. She would have been better off with the OPI nail polish she brought in. We could not go back to get it fixed as we were already out of town for vacation. I got a full set done and I'll be honest I really liked how they looked. I came in with a couple of different pictures which i showed to them and after a bit of repeated explaining they came out looking like how I hoped. Unfortunately the polish started chipping off them as well, within a couple of days. It is also worth stating that even though they had a check in offer for 10% off any service, I was told that they "didnt do yelp" and was treated to quite the story about them having yelp mark them as closed as retaliation for something or other. They ended up giving me the 10% off, but I'll be honest it wasn't worth the hassle that it caused. I may come back if I want a very detailed design, as they seem to do a lot of them and well. I don't think I'll come back if I want just want regular nails done though as they seem to not last long and they are pricey. ------- Follow up after the business owners response to the original review (that is before the line) below: 1) This is not a hospital - it's a nail salon. I don't expect to wait 20+ minutes for an appointment I booked 2 weeks ahead of time. 2) I go to a manicurist to get a manicure done, not to buy nail polish. It does not effect your bottom line to use my nail polish. In fact it helps you because you aren't using up your product. 3) It has not been a couple of months since my appointment. My appointment was Wednesday December 8th and I returned home on December 18th from my vacation. Then there was Christmas and the New Years holidays. I do not need to post reviews immediately for them to be valid. 4) You didn't take it off Yelp at the time of my appointment. That is why I knew of it's existence obviously. I do acknowledge that not everything revolves around me, however I am the customer, who is dissatisfied with the service I received. Instead of attacking and mocking me, send me a message privately on this platform like a good business owner and take your pride out of the equation. I do not use Facebook, so I will not be contacting you there. I have downgraded my review from 3 stars to 1. Do not go here.

So I almost didn't come here because of a review from 2 months again that says they were not…read moresanitary. But that is not true or at least they were clean enough for a 40 week pregnant women. I read another review that said they were not kind and that could not have been any further from my experience. They were overly sweet and helped me get my shoes off and on. Did my chair massage for me asked about water temp. Made conversation with me during the pedicure but not to the point I felt annoyed. They went out of there way to help another client when she was not doing well with there lotion. I was also able to walk in. Mind you this was all for a good price. I got there Deluxe pedicure that included, hot paraffin wax, hot stone massage, hot towel wrap and nail care I even asked for a design and I paid $53. That's unheard of. I will for sure be back.
