This was my first visit. I was very happy with my nails! Several things stood out to Me: my stylist took care of my hands, not just my nails. I havve never had anyone do that! She didn't just file my nails or trim my cuticles once, but several times. I also felt very welcome. My lastest experiences at Four Seasons in Grimes have been extremely poor and the service shown us was so poor, it was made clear to us that we were not welcome. The staff at T2 nails is great! The massage chairs are very comfortable and the space is always clean. The hot stones and hot towels during the deluxe pedicure are my favorite. I always leave T2 feeling pampered and rejuvenated. read more

Today was a really horrible day for me and my husband thought that it would help me if he took me to get my nails done he gave the lady the credit card and the picture and told her to treat me. I was jumped earlier by men and hurt and basically wearing like a baby diaper I was embarrassed I told my husband that I'd rather go home first but we were already in Grimes which is like 2 hours away from where we live. And I was having an excellent great time with the nail tech who put on my nail extensions and the acrylic top when it came time after washing my hands to get my nail design. The lady freaked out and said that she would not be able to do my nails because I did not a picture I have social anxiety so I was scrambling and I just had enough I finally just paid them $55 and walked out with I'll show you with what. I'm now bawling because I didn't even get my design and it probably would have even been so simple to do it seems like they were doing it because it was getting late I did not know that they were closing early Saturdays they close at 6:00 I guess that's why they were treating me this way I will never go back. read more

I love them. After trial and error at many salons, I've found my regular place. My acrylic didn't lift after 4 weeks and I've yet to find a salon that can do that. Til now! The staff is very friendly and they're quick while still doing a perfect job. Will never go anywhere else! read more

At first this place was so welcoming and kind. Here it is necessary to have an appointment, I didn't but the ladies were nice enough to fit us in. We were treated like queens there and overall the service was pretty good. The ladies were a little too pushy in my opinion for wanting my daughters and I to get shellac, which is obviously more expensive. Personally I believe this place was a little overpriced. For me and my 2 daughters to get pedicures it was around $130 !!! Then the worst part... after about 2 weeks my daughter and I discovered fungus growing on part of our toenails. I have been going to T2 for over 3 years now. I've always gotten shellac but they convinced me to do dip and tip once and I'll never go back. I walk out in love with my nails every time and the ladies are so sweet and make sure you feel right at home. Their prices are fair compared to other places and every service is 100% worth it. Their facility is always super clean and have done a great job putting customers safety and health first during covid. Overall, absolutely LOVE T2 and would recommend it to anyone. read more

I was in town for a wedding and drove half an hour to T2 to get my nails done when I realized I forgot my wallet at the hotel. They let me call my husband and do credit card over the phone so that I didn't have to drive all the way back to the hotel. Super nice. My gel polish french manicure cost about ten bucks more I pay at home in Wisconsin though, so it seems a little pricey to me or I'd give them five stars. read more

Came in late on a Sunday and they were very accommodating even though we didn't have a appointment. The owner gave us a break, cuz we were first timers and they weren't that busy. Appointments are necessary here. This is my new favorite treat to myself. I just love how your feet and calves feel afterwards. You start with a hot tub bath just for your feet. After soaking for ten minutes your toes are cleaned and trimmed. What comes next is my favorite part. Your feet and calves are scrubbed and messaged. Along with the messaging chair you sit in you can't help but feel fully relaxed. At T2 they really treat you like a king! The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable at her profession. I have a feeling if you become a regular here she'll remember your name. She was smiling the whole time I was there and her attitude was infectious. When I was done I was given a phone number for texting about appointments, this is awesome as I prefer to text. Why more business's don't do this is beyond me. With five stars you can guess I'll be going back!!! read more

This place started off awesome until you disagree with the work they have done. I went in to get a shellac nail manicure with color changing finger nail polish the lady did applied the first coat and the finger nail polish was fine on the first two fingers but as she went on I noticed she did not dip the brush back into the polish so as she kept going the color was obviously fading and was not as vibrant on the other nails as the first two nails. I thought then the second coat would help but no she did the same exact thing, maybe trying to save on money on polish who knows either way you do not do this to a paying customer. Now I have nail polish that looks very bad. The nail polish on one hand is more vibrant than the other and the polish starts to fade on my fingers from right to left so one finger looks completely painted while the others look very half ass you can literally see my nails through the polish on my left hand which was the last hand she did. When I asked her if there was a possibility if she could put on another coat of polish she lashed out on me in front of other customers making me very uncomfortable saying shes been doing this for 8 years and it was my fault because I picked a mood changing polish which I know is not true I get this polish all the time same color and this has never happened. It was simply because she did not dip the brush back into the polish after painting. This was the WORST experience I have had getting my nails done. I'm a good customer very respectful and I was treated like complete shit and worthless. She only offered to change the color if I paid a extra 15 dollars. Of course I refused why would I pay extra for something that is not my fault. I'm paying for a service I want done and I expect it to be done correctly as anyone else would. This is a EXTREMELY bad business and HORRIBLE people with TERRIBLE attitudes and they have no respect for their customers or willing to make things right with a unhappy customer. I find it absurd how something as simple as applying another coat of nail polish would have made me happy but they refused to do that. I will NEVER go back! I only gave them one star because I had to otherwise they would have gotten ZERO stars from me. I am very disappointed with this "nail shop" and the employees. read more
