So I scheduled an appointment with this person. It was a pretty terrible experience. My feet were in worse shape than when I came in. The sides of my feet were not rough before I came in and when I left they were super rough. The massage on my feet and legs was painful and I was saying ouch and they just smiled and kept doing it until I pulled away. The polish job was good but the total experience was just not good nor relaxing...which is too bad because the place is beautiful. I also had an eyebrow waxing and it was perfect!

There were no other people working and also absolutely no music or anything. The woman doing my nails had no idea where anything was. It was pretty dirty for a nail salon too. She burned my nails a few times with the nail drill. The worst part was she used a previously opened lotion package (looks like to go sauce from Culver's for ranch) and used it on my hands. Not only did it smell awful but it was like a cottage cheese consistency. Will not be going back.
