Tram Nguyen is hands down the best in the business! I've been going to a large strip mall salon in Johnston for 7 years and when I wasn't happy with a recent experience I started looking elsewhere. Tram has 5-star reviews and she has earned them. Her newly named and located business, Natural Skin Care Spa at 2650 100th Street in Urbandale, is easy to find, super clean, small and quiet. Price for a regular pedicure and a gel manicure is $75 and it was worth it. My feet were such a mess from sub par pedicures she spent two hours on my feet alone. Manicure took about 45 minutes She pays attention to detail while carrying on friendly conversations. What a pleasure to find her and be able to make a reservation on her website, pay with credit card and add the tip to it (many salons only accept cash tips), and walk out with absolutely perfect nails. And I mean PERFECT! Tram did say she is going to incorporate her business's former name of Perfect Nails into the name of her new location. I am going to try to add a couple photos, something I have never done on Yelp previously. This woman is by far the sweetest person you'll ever meet who takes her 20+ years of experience and makes her customers feel like a million bucks. Wonderful wonderful manicure and pedicure! Tram has her own little suite so it is very low key and relaxing. The pedicure especially was very relaxing. The massage chair reclines while she paints your toes and massages your legs. She also uses hot stones - I've never had any sort of hot stone massage before and it was wonderful. I find it hysterical that their prices are so high, $55 to do a dip, but doesn't include removing your old dip, which you have to pay to get done somewhere else. Not sure how hard or how time intensive they seem to think it is to soak off dip powder with acetone, but why would I pay $70 to get my nails done, including having the dipper moved elsewhere, just to deal with snotty crab like this?
