However, I wasn't asked if I wanted my toenails clipped, which I did want. When I mentioned it, instead of clipping them, they were quickly filed, and it felt very rushed with little attention to detail. When it came time to apply the polish, I asked for white. The application was very messy, with polish getting onto my cuticles, and once my toes came out of the UV lamp, the polish was visibly bumpy. I was told it was due to my toenails, but I explained that my nails are not naturally like that it was the polish. More polish was added, but the issue remained, so I said again that I wasn't happy with how it looked. At that point, the polish was removed and another staff member stepped in, but unfortunately, the service still felt rushed. There were still visible bumps, and I didn't feel like proper care or time was being taken. By then, I just wanted to leave. Overall, I didn't feel heard or understood during the service, and it felt like they were more focused on finishing quickly than providing quality work. This was disappointing, especially since this is a paid service and I expected better attention to detail.

I visited on a Wednesday for a scheduled pedicure appointment with a friend and impressed by the warm welcome and vast polish selection. The salon boasts hundreds of polish colors, neatly organized on the east wall in a gorgeous rainbow array, featuring top brands like DND, OPI and Essie. You're sure to find the perfect shade and shimmer for your fingers or toes! The salon's ambiance is clean, cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing pampering session with friends and features 6 pedicure chairs and 6 nail stations. There are three pedicure options to choose from of which I opted for the "Deluxe Pedicure", priced at $47, though the "Volcano Spa" option was very tempting with the 7 scent varieties available. Holly and Van were our nail technicians; there are 4 total technicians at this salon. My pedicure from Van was impeccable; the best part was the mask with hot towel followed by the warm stone massage. I know I will feel relaxed for days!

Extremely stressful getting in there, the energy is hectic for a place where you're supposed to be able to sit back and relax. Don't get any designs on your nails, they will not turn out well. I set up an appointment with someone that was recommended to me, and when I got there I was helped 20 minutes late, and instantly turned away by the person I scheduled my appointment with. I then had to be moved 2 other times to other desks and was given some random person to do my gel nails. It was highly embarrassing. I also wasn't offered a drink and the whole process seemed rushed like they were just trying to push me out. I will say, my friend that goes here agrees it's stressful, but she does get good service, so it seems it's hit or miss.
