So I almost didn't come here because of a review from 2 months again that says they were not sanitary. But that is not true or at least they were clean enough for a 40 week pregnant women. I read another review that said they were not kind and that could not have been any further from my experience. They were overly sweet and helped me get my shoes off and on. Did my chair massage for me asked about water temp. Made conversation with me during the pedicure but not to the point I felt annoyed. They went out of there way to help another client when she was not doing well with there lotion. I was also able to walk in. Mind you this was all for a good price. I got there Deluxe pedicure that included, hot paraffin wax, hot stone massage, hot towel wrap and nail care I even asked for a design and I paid $53. That's unheard of. We (a friend and I) came in on a Saturday morning at 9:30 am when they opened. We were quickly greeted and asked what services we desired. We said pedicures. The standard process happened after that. Pick a color and go to your chair. I'm not a quick color picker and the guy kept reminding us which chairs we were to go to. Then my friend decided to get a gel pedi and he seemed in such a rush and told her to pick her color in the chair. I felt rushed to get to the chair. They were busy for 9:30 in the morning. Four of us getting pedis and a handful getting manis. But I don't appreciate being rushed. The lady doing my nails was kind and thorough. She gave me a sheet with options on it and wasn't pushy to get me to do more. She did a nice job trimming everything up and massaging my feet and calves. I appreciated her bringing the stones out and letting them sit a bit before using them. I've been to other places where they've been so hot. The temperature of these was just right. Once done with the pedi I went and sat at the drying table. She came over and gave me a massage. It was a nice shoulder/neck massage. I was really liking this place until the near end. My friend was asked if she was ready to pay and pulled out her card to do so. The lady ran the card and when my friend was about to write the tip on, she asked for a cash tip. Then lingered until she gave it to her. And she signed her receipt. Then my lady came and asked if I was ready to pay and I said yes. She asked if I had cash and I said no (I lied) and pulled out my credit card. She then stood there and stared at my receipt as I added the tip and signed. She's lucky I still tipped her. I realize asking for cash tips is common practice at nail salons but, I also know they are doing it so there's no record and they don't have to report the income. So shady! I also think it's super tacky to stand and watch someone write a tip. My pedicure does look nice and the massage was good. But I just can't get over the ending of my time there. read more

I met a friend here on Saturday for pedicures. I had previously been to this salon about a year ago for pedicures and thought that it was worth another shot. We arrived a few minutes before the salon was scheduled to be opened, but noticed that others were going in, so we did too. Several pedicures and manicures were already seated. We chose our colors and went to our chairs. I asked for a gel pedicure which seemed to throw them off and I think I had to confirm about 5 times whether I really wanted gel or not. Yep, still do. We did notice that the rush of customers seemed to come right around the opening time, but about 30-45 minutes later it had slowed down a bit (though all employees were busy working, just fewer people coming in the door right then). My friend was handed a sheet that described the different types of pedicures. I was asked, "You want the basic pedicure?" Okay. My pedicure overall was very nice. At the end, I got a fairly long foot and leg massage which was nice. Once my pedicure was done, they had me sit in a chair so that I could get a shoulder massage. It was pretty quick, but a nice touch. Then they asked me if I was ready to pay. On my last visit, we paid at the counter on our way out the door, but they were quite busy by this time, so I understand them wanting to close out our transactions. When she brought back my scanned credit card I had one number already written on the tip line when she asked me to pay the tip in cash instead. I had stuck some cash in my pocket just in case but didn't expect that bold of a request. She also stood over my should (very much inside my bubble) watching everything I was doing when it came to pulling out a tip and signing the credit card receipt. Awkward. After I paid, I saw the paper on the drying table that listed out the reasons why cash is better than credit. That's fine, but I wish they would let the customer feel comfortable paying in whichever form of payment they preferred. it left a bad taste at the end of a nice visit. Since I didn't experience that type of pressure at my initial visit, I'm not sure what to expect if I were to return. read more

Called first was told acrylic fill was $20. Went in and male told me it would be $25 because my nails were long? Watched him fill my nails but not apply to length. Then he didn't put oil on my cuticles before I was asked to wash my hands. I didn't need polish because I have glitter tips already. He didnt filed them straight. Another woman came in with longer nails and he said nothing to her and he hurried doing mine.I asked why do I pay more for a long nail fill if you don't put acrylic on length? He said the extra was for cutting and filing? Isn't that included in the $20??? I paid him $20 and no tip. I mean why would you get tips to have short nails??? Let me start by saying this was my first visit to get a pedicure. The little lady wanted to do something nice. I loved it and since I have no reference, these girls did great!! I'm going back for just the foot rub alone!!! You start with a mini hot tub just for your feet. Water jets massaging your toes. I can't tell you how good that feels, you need to go yourself. After your feet soften up you get them thoroughly cleaned with this pummus soap. Then a royal nail trimming. Here comes the good part. My calves and feet enjoyed a 10 minute massage. I had been a customer for years at this nail salon going monthly for pedicures. We often made a reservation and many times had to wait. This tume it was a very special occasion and I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for 4 mani/ pedis for my daughter's wedding weekend. I stopped in the week of to add another mani/pedi. I stopped in the day of to confirm the 5 appointments. We arrived for our reservation to find the salon busy and they made us wait. 10-15 minutes later they sat the 5 of us together. I am the one paying and the mother of the bride and they start on everyone but me. They finally started on my pedicure when the other 4 gals were finishing up with their pedis. They were so busy and so far behind I never received my manicure in fact guests that arrived after our group received their manicures and pedicures and were leaving before my pedicure was complete. Sadly I had to go to an alternate salon the next day to get my nails done for my daughter's wedding. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. This was a very important occasion and after confirming the reservation multiple times our reservation meant nothing!! read more
