I have always hated my natural brows because they were missing the "tails" and overall just had a horrible shape. I told Nadia I wanted something natural, and to be as close as possible in color to my natural brows. I didn't have to say much, she already knew what would work for my face. I had debating on microblading for years and finally decided it was time, boy was this the best birthday gift to myself that I could ever have done. Worth every penny. I really like how they take the time to map out the brows first to make sure everything looks even and shaped perfectly. They also offer other services besides brows, which is a plus. What makes this situation frustrating is the strict enforcement of the company's cancellation policy, which charges customers a 50% fee when canceling less than 24hrs in advance. It is only fair that the same level of accountability be upheld on both sides. Customers are expected to respect the policy, and in return, the business should demonstrate the same consideration and reliability. Not be compensated with a $5 discount. When if I had canceled the appointment would have been charged $30. Experiencing this issue more than once concerns me about their consistency and professionalism. I hope improvements are made to better manage scheduling or compensation.
