For the first two years of having our pool, we used a local pool service we thought did a good job. However, every spring, we had green algae develop on the plaster and a black ring of algae along the water line. We just thought it was common to have that occur throughout the spring months. However, after the second year, not only did we have our typical algae, the service company was lacking in their response to the issue and were not consistently showing up weekly. We decided to inquire on our options and found Poseidon. Not only have we not had the algae issue recur each spring, they are always willing to help troubleshoot any issues I have on a moments notice. Great service, always helpful, and we're so very glad we made the switch. (Austin is our Tech and has to be one of the most knowledgeable and friendliest guys out there servicing pools!!). read more

Jesse w/Poseidon Pool Service is great! Since he's been servicing our pool, it's stayed clear and ready to use. I always appreciate getting emails from Jesse once the service is complete so I know exactly what he did. We have several dogs and a granddaughter that always want to be in the pool, so it's important to us to know that the pool is safe to use. He takes the time to tell us how long to wait to swim to ensure our loved ones are kept safe. He also gives me tips and answers all questions with no hesitation. Friendly, knowledgeable and shows up when scheduled... Great all around service!! Thanks Jesse ~ Randy/Donna - Roseville read more
