I ordered the jumbo shrimp linguine, and the butter sauce was so good I couldn't resist dipping my bread in it. I love a restaurant that serves warm bread and soft butter!! The sourdough bread they bring to the table was soft and really delicious. I had the Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo, which was very good. My friends shared the Short Rib Pappardelle, which was a generous portion for two people. We didn't realize it was prepared right in front of you, so getting to watch it being made was such a special treat! The only small downside was that my friends felt the Short Rib Pappardelle needed a little more flavor. They ended up adding some salt to bring out the taste. I have to give a huge shoutout to our waiter! He overheard us saying happy birthday to our friend, and without us even asking, he brought her a complimentary dessert. Such a thoughtful gesture and definitely made the night extra special. Overall, we had a great time and really appreciated the attentive service and little touches that made our dinner memorable!

Kaitlyn was absolutely exceptional -- warm, attentive, knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. Her timing was perfect, she gave great recommendations, stayed on top of everything without ever hovering, and made the entire visit feel effortless. We've had great experiences every time we've come to Capo, which says a lot about the restaurant as a whole, but Kaitlyn really stood out. She has an awesome personality and the kind of natural hospitality that can completely elevate a meal. Great food and atmosphere will bring you in, but consistently excellent service is what keeps you coming back. Capo has delivered that every time for us, and Kaitlyn was truly outstanding. Easily five stars. We'll absolutely be back, and we'll be asking for Kaitlyn.

You can tell the chef is preparing each dish individually by the way that it tastes. It's a favorite go to for me for a social lunch. It invites quality time and conversation. My friends and I stayed more than 3 hours chatting and not once were we met with hostility. A big plus in my book!

We were specifically looking for somewhere with a great price, good food, and a private room where our family could sit together and spend some time after the service. This place checked all the boxes! The Pollo Al Limone was easily one of my favorites. It's chicken breast with capers, shallots, and a lemon sauce, and the chicken was cooked PERFECTLY--tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The lemon sauce had that perfect balance of tanginess without overpowering the chicken, and the capers added a nice little salty kick. Definitely a dish I'd order again. The Tortellini Di Ricotta E Spinaci Alla Panna was another favorite at the table. The tortellini was filled with ricotta cheese and paired with mushrooms, spinach, and a creamy sauce. Super comforting and rich without being too heavy, and the combination of the mushrooms and spinach worked really well with the cream sauce. This was one of those dishes where everyone kept taking "just one more bite." We also tried the Rigatoni Bolognese, which came with rigatoni and a meat sauce. The only thing I noticed was that there weren't any protein in the dish. It wasn't necessarily a bad thing, just something worth mentioning. The service was honestly amazing. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and accommodating, which made a big difference considering we were there with a large family after a funeral. The staff made us feel comfortable and never rushed us, and the private room was a HUGE plus for our group. The restrooms were also clean, which is always something I pay attention to when reviewing a restaurant. As far as the ambiance goes, the private room itself was pretty simple--there wasn't really any music or entertainment playing--but honestly, that worked perfectly for our situation. We were able to sit together, talk, laugh, reminisce, and spend time with each other without having to compete with loud music or a crowded dining room. We basically set the tone ourselves. Overall, I'm really glad my family discovered this place. What started as a restaurant we chose because of the private room and reasonable pricing turned into a surprisingly great meal with some really delicious dishes. The Pollo Al Limone and Tortellini were definitely the standouts for me, and the friendly service made the entire experience even better. Definitely a place I'd consider coming back to, especially for a family gathering or special occasion where having a private space is important. Sometimes the best restaurant discoveries are the ones you never even knew existed!
