    Fraud...they did not ship my product as well. I made multiple call but no one answered. This is ridiculous

    Was looking for a multi region DVD player and this place had it + the price was VERY reasonable. The salesperson was very helpful.

    VIP level of service! I, like others, made the mistake of dropping my iPhone without a case…read moreprotector. The back glass shattered into several pieces, so it had to be replaced. Apple quoted over $350 and required me to go to a local store, schedule an appointment, and wait for the repair. I could not interface with anyone at Apple, but had to click through multiple links. Meanwhile, I called New Era, and they messaged me back immediately, saying they would look into my request. They offered me a time that worked for MY schedule (within their working hours) and quoted $100 less than Apple. In addition, they offer pickup and drop-off! The owner messaged me himself and came to pick up my phone so I could keep my work-from-home meeting. Within an hour, I was at the store picking up my phone. Case repaired and no hidden fees, just the agreed-upon price! I would definitely use New Era again, but hopefully not too soon....

My phone was knocked off a table and landed straight on marble screen side down. There was total darkness on the screen as well as in my life. While I am not glued to my phone on social media, like most people, I do it a lot for making reservations, Yelp check-ins, emails and text messages to a few people. I do have a second phone, so all was completely loss, but this was my primary phone. As it was a Friday night, I reached out to a few places on Yelp and New Era was the only place that responded right away. The Doctor and I were scheduled to leave town the following week and I was trying to get the phone repair ASAP to take with me. Juan was very responsive and took care of me right away. The repair looked amazing with the screen working as intended. Unfortunately the damage was not just with the screen, but far more extensive than initally thought. Not sure what happened during that fall, but the phone would not stay connected to network, even though my second phone as well as The Doctor/Queen's were fine. I ended up needing another phone, which was needed as I wanted something smaller for going into my smaller Louis Vuittons. But the work that Juan did was amazing and fast, and the price was just right. I am going to take in my HP for a rehaul, just haven't had the time to do so yet. But I will be taking it as well as some other ones in for additional memory, etc. to improve the performance.

But I am not a tech person so I wanted to make sure it was done correctly. I called the shop and they quoted, get this: $65 for phone and $175 for laptop (then he said oh, it's $125 for laptop). DO NOT USE THESE TYPES OF GREEDY SMALL BUSINESSES. That is outrageous.

I waited about 40 minutes the first time I came in for him to repair a broken I phone screen. During this time, he asked me for my password, which I didn't like. He later told me that he needed it to see if I had updated my IOS system (which I had; he could have asked). Apparently, the replacement screen was damaged (or low quality), and my display was dark. He suggested that he needed to put my old screen back on, and get another screen (maybe better, he said!). He said he'd "take care of me" for the trouble. I went back the next day. I waited 40 minutes again. For my trouble, he gave me a free $3 screen protector. He said if I would have had the protector on in the first place, my screen wouldn't have cracked. I had a $50 apple phone case on, which had worn down around the edges. By the time I drove home, my phone was burning up and was in emergency mode because it was overheated. I called him, and he said he was sorry, but something was wrong, and that I should bring it back. I had to drive back a third time, and leave it with him to repair while I picked my son up from school. When I came back, he told me he had put a screw in in the wrong place, which caused the overheating. I don't get how someone who does this for a living could make that mistake. Regardless, he didn't give me any discount for the repair. He charged me exactly what he quoted me over the phone. To add insult to injury, I dropped my phone a week later, with the phone case and screen protector on, and the screen cracked, so I'm quite sure I didn't get a high quality screen.

Do not go to this place. Go to a legit T-Mobile Store. @T-Mobile this store is giving your company a bad name. 1. Employee does not wear proper ID or name tags and per employee they are not required to give their names. 2. Not informed on how do their job. 3. Rude, liars and disrespectful. I went in to pay my bill using gift card and a lady immediately said you cannot do that, I told her I've done it before and yes you can do that. She did swipe the card and said I have to pay the remaining. I informed her that I just want to pay $100. She went to the back and talk to someone. When she came back she asked for the card again and swiped it twice and she said my card does not go thru, I explained to her it's not going thru because she swiped it already. This employee is very dismissive and stated she cannot help me and my gift card is not valid. I asked for someone who is above her or who can assist me better than her. She said "I'm the only one that you can talk to". The lady at the back heard my voice and came out. Still gave the e same attitude, unhelpful and dismissive. I asked for their names and they refuse to give their names. I called the company that runs this business and the guy that picked up the call said someone will "hopefully" returns my call. I've been a TMobile customer for decades and this franchise / employees gives TMobile BAD name. #T-Mobile @T-Mobile I think you better check this franchise. You're welcome in advance.
