Overall, this Indian buffet was alright, maybe just because I've had Indian food before in Orange County and other places and was able to compare. But then again, as well, it was a buffet, so I'm quite sure the quality is not going to be the same as a sit-down restaurant.
They had some decent dishes that were indeed savory. One of their dishes though, forgot what it was (the mushroom masala?) was extremely spicy!
The naan bread didn't really come out until 20 minutes after it opened (I came around 5 minutes after it opened and it wasn't out). When it did come out, it was not as well-done like how I like it (it was floppy - could have been in the oven longer).
Overall, everything was decent. Great if you're craving Indian food, but don't expect the popular dishes of (chicken tikka masala or like lamb vindaloo, etc.).
The only AMAZING thing was the rice pudding dessert called KHEER! Dear goodness, they should just sell that to go in individual cups because I literally had three full blown bowls of it and hated myself for not starting my meal with it. Their KHEER is actually very balanced in flavor and one of the best I've tasted in awhile. read more
