The salon over is very clean and calming environment. The pedicure service is amazing from Rhonda. I totally recommend her at all cost. Whatever pedicure service you choose she makes sure to have you enjoy and relax throughout the service provided by her. You do not have to worry about any miscommunication about desired color or nail art since she is an overall perfectionist . Shaping on toes is amazing and crisp. Prepping before nail art is amazing, talks through any additional ways how she can improve your nail beds healthy and talk's throughout to clarify what is being done. Very friendly and down to earth. If I could give this place 0 stars then I would. I came here for a simple pedicure. The guy who did my toes was doing great up until he started using a sugar scrub. This kid was rubbing my legs for 10 minutes with sugar while talking to his coworker and watching videos on her phone. My legs were RAW from being scrubbed so much. Then he applied lotion on my legs which irritated them more. I spoke up and mentioned that this was NOT OKAY?! Then the salon people mentioned that my skin was breaking out because I waxed my legs....which I didn't because my legs were hairy as hell so for them to assume it was my fault was ridiculous. They expected me to pay for full price, yet it was their lack of paying attention to their customer that caused the problem in the first place. Never again will I go here. I know Pop Nails just opened, but I need to share my experience. To begin, I am currently typing this review one week after getting my gel mani/pedi and I don't have any nail polish on. A couple days in, one nail chipped. I went in and they did fix the nail free of charge, but the very next day multiple other nails chipped too. So, I just gave up and let them chip off. And now a week later, I don't even have my nails done. I feel like a gel mani should last longer than a week, especially because it cost way more than it should have (in my opinion). I don't remember the exact cost, but total for my mani/pedi and my niece's mani/pedi was about $140 (and that's including the discount they are running right now for their opening). I was not communicated these prices before I got to the register, and I feel like that final cost was just way too much for what we got. Also, as you can see in the last photo, my niece's big toes have two different sticker designs on them. She was very excited to get a design on her toes and she chose the same design for both, and then she told me disappointedly after we left that they were different. The sticker designs cost extra, so I feel like that's even more of a reason the sticker design should at least be the same. Overall, my niece and I had a great day out getting our nails done, but I was disappointed in the price, how long my mani lasted, and my niece's toes. I will admit that the other people in the shop at the same time who got acrylic manis looked like they were beautiful (so I am sure the manicurists are great), but I wouldn't recommend them for a little fun day out with you and your kid(s) or for affordable gel manis/pedis. read more

Nails were okay asked for coffin and stiletto and the guy gave me square and oval,still came out nice so I didn't say anything. My sister got French tips and came out good. Lady doing her nails had a runny nose and instead of grabbing a tissue she cleaned her nose with her shirt right there and didn't washed them or used gloves which was kinda nasty. I've had a couple of inconsistencies and they don't want to admit they are wrong. I broke a nail and went in for repair. The person a man put a bigger tip then the original one and could really tell, didn't look good. When I went back I asked for The girl that put the original set . She just filed it down and said it was fine . She was frustrated didn't even apologize or fix it with a smaller tip. Even my husband that doesn't know anything about nails could even notice. Sad that I'm writing this ... BUT people need to know what their treatment /RETALIATION will be like if you speak up about something you didn't like . I've been going to Amy for months , even when she worked at Lovely Nails in Modesto , so it's safe to say I really liked how she did my nails . When she moved to this shop I was shocked/excited for her to be back doing my nails. After a few times into doing my nails at this shop, she brought up a very uncomfortable & awkward conversation asking me if I would accept a large amount of money to marry her family member in Vietnam to bring him out here to live .. at first I thought she was kidding until every time I would come in she would ask "did you think about it?" " you never know, things may work out for you guys" "he's cute" & I'm just like uhhhhh .. I'm too nice & hate confrontation so I would just laugh it off but that made me super uncomfortable to sit there for over an hour in silence trying to avoid talking about that when I'm just trying to get my nails done . Then these last couple visits she's been hot/cold with her attitude after that conversation . You don't know what attitude to expect when you're coming in to your appointment. She gets mad that you want to get a fill cause it's less money but then she gets mad that you want to get a full set cause it's more time ??? Like what ? I get the same thing every time & it's just French tip . My last visit was NOT pleasant & was the done deal for me . I wanted a new set but she was running late & I was her first appointment of the day . I could tell her morning wasn't off to a great start so I just asked for a fill since it's quicker for her & so she wasn't rushing for her next appointment . Again ... she wasn't happy even though I was trying to be nice . But whatever I just sat there. at the end of the service (I always get French tip) there were black holes all over the white & I asked her what those were & she said it's because you got a fill & not a new set .. I was thinking in my head like here we gooooo . I asked her if she could please fill them because it didn't look good & immediately she grabbed my hand & pulled it & filed off the clear coat all mad ... I said you don't have to get that mad , I'm just asking if you could fix the holes & she stayed quiet the entire time .. she obviously knew it looked trashy so why try to send me off if you know I'm going to bring it up ? It was so noticeable I couldn't NOT speak up . I scheduled a new set for today & she sends me a text saying she doesn't want to do my nails anymore so I called the owner Billie (who is her brother/owner) & talked to him about the issues & was trying to figure out what happened. First thing he said was she said she doesnt want to do them because Im "picky" .. Just the LAST time out of the hundred times Shes done them I spoke up . I never complain. He didn't apologize for the unprofessionalism of her harassing me every visit about marrying her family members , totally took her story saying I'm picky over the real truth & just ended the conversation saying they couldn't do my nails anymore lol . Why ? Because In reality I said no to marrying your cousin in Vietnam to bring him out ??? Lol okayyyy GOODBYE . Weird people & horrible customer service here BEWARE . Oh & they raise their prices with who they want . If they like you you're good until you're not good , then prices go up lol . Save yourself the trouble & invest in another nail company who appreciates loyalty .. apparently being a loyal customer doesn't mean anything these days . Good luck .. read more

I went in to Pop Nails with my best friend for her birthday and I got a simple set. I asked for coffin shape and a simple line design in blue. During the shaping I asked if she can cut up my cuticles and clean up my nails. During this process she nicked my middle finger and it was bleeding. After this it was done I was not really pleased with the design at all but of course I was too shy to say anything because I was afraid of backlash. During my friends pedicure when she spoke up about wanting an adjustment on her design the tech kept challenging her and pushing back. The next day the same finger that she had nicked on my hand was infected. When I called the salon to ask for a refund they said that I had already came with cuts on my fingers and it was my fault because I asked her to cut my cuticles( how does that make sense). This establishment is very unprofessional and not clean, please take precaution read more

Does great job. However, they Treat you nice at first but a couple visits later they don't care for you anymore. Watches football while doing your nails, you call in for 3 days straight for an appointment and they're busy to take you. I recommend this place for a couple of visits only. This guy with blonde hair did my wife nails, but was very rude and didn't compile with what she wanted. He was saying no to everything she wanted saying she didn't know what she talking about. Also instead of the shape she wanted he pick and choose for himself. I didn't like that and wish I was there to speak to the guy due to wasting our $65. He didn't put the glitter at the end and after he finished the polished was a mess on fingertips. Never again taking my wife her ever again and not recommending anyone to go here!!! read more
