I've been eyeing collections on PopMart's website ever since I was targeted by one of their ads on social. I've never been to a store location -- I actually did not even know they existed until I saw this at the mall and I knew I wanted to stop by. It was really packed the day I was there, but it did not stop me from entering and shopping. I ended up finding the collection I knew about and had asked the employee after waiting in the long line to checkout, if they had sold the complete set -- which they did have in the back. It was exactly what I was looking for and was so happy that they had it. There are a lot of other fun collections on display where you can get single blind boxes -- I did get a few others and am excited to see what's inside. Some of these are gifts! I do not typically buy a lot of these types of things, but I would imagine they are priced fairly for the market value. I want to collect all of the Nyota Series and the Snoopy & Woodstock BFFs. It was slightly difficult to shop with it being so crowded, but I knew what I was looking for. The time will pass quickly while in line and I found out there is point program where you earn points per purchase which can be used towards member things. Luckily, I was able to set one up for the purchase I had made that day at the counter. read more

La Bubu's exploded in the last year or so and so have demands from everyone, not just kids for 1 or more. I was very excited to learn about the Pop Mart store at valley Fair. I generally dislike going to the mall (parking, crowds etc.) but decided to go pick up a La Bubu. Imagine my shock when I get there and find out that you cannot get them in the store but have to purchase them only on the app. the place was super crowded and you had to push past people to get to the counter. The store is tiny. This seems to change as well, you just have to keep showing up at the store to check to see they have them in stock. I have not been successful trying to call the store. It is close to impossible to purchase them on the app. The app is terrible to navigate and you have to spend a lot of time to search for an item and availability and add it to the cart. You will then be notified when it will be available to purchase. The items sell out within seconds of the time they become available. After weeks of trying, I deleted the app. I was at CVS recently and was talking to the pharmacist who told me that the store at Valley Fair did have them in stock. I went to check it out 2 days later and they did have plenty of regular, mini and larger La Bubu's in stock. I now have 2 of the regular La Bubus and I am waiting for them to go up in value. read more

Home of the once viral LABUBUs...I'm actually loving everything else but the Labubus here. The staff here was ready for any questions or purchases to help assist you. I had to ask if everything was in stock and they said YES! I'm like wow what lovely words to hear to my consumerism heart lol I definitely had to take home the Skullpanda My Little Pony series. I just bought the whole box hoping for a SECRET Pony. The price is the same as the website but minus the shipping and I got a freebie surprise Labubu for March Madness. I also but a creepy carnival Hirono series for my daughter and she loved it. I feel like this store is the new found Sanrio. While at the mall, we stopped by Pop Mart just to look around. It was my first time in there. It wasn't too busy. The staff were super friendly. We asked some questions about the Labubu's. Apparently they are hard to get. They had so many cute things there. A lot of blind box items. While we were looking around my friend noticed them stocking the Labubu's behind the register. I asked if I could purchase one. She had to ask her manager. She said yes. So I bought my first Labubu for $27.99. I thought the price wasn't so bad. I was there today (10/26/25) and they had a wide selection of Labubus behind the counter! They had Exciting Macaron, Checkmate, Coca Cola, and Big into Energy! I got a Wacky Mart figurine and a Coca Cola Labubu for myself. My friend wanted the Exciting Macaron and I told her they had them so she wanted me to get one for her. Apparently now Pop Mart is stocking these in their stores the employee said. Because the other times, they never had any. There are lots of people but the line goes by fast. I prefer this location over the San Francisco one. That's when more crowded and they didn't have any Labubu dollls in stock the last time I went there. read more

Just like most kids, my daughter and niece are obsessed with Labubu's and mystery boxes in general! The Pop Mart in our area is not open yet, so we had to visit yesterday while checking out the Westfield Valley Fair Mall. It is definitely a busy and popular store! They had so many Labubu's - big and small - on display, but we're sold out of the regular Labubu's unfortunately. You can find them at other stores in the mall though! So many mystery boxes from Deadpool to Spiderman to Harry Potter to even Zootopia! I also really liked all of the large statues of the characters and that they display all of the mystery box options in clear cases so you can see what is available. We didn't end up buying anything since they were out of Labubu's, but we still had fun looking at everything else they had to offer. The pricing seemed to be a lot cheaper than a couple of other places we visited which was awesome and staff were friendly and walking around helping people. I will definitely be back next time we are in the area! Check them out! read more

Got some blind boxes with a friend! Popmart is a very popular store at the mall to get that sudden serotonin boost for a blind box to gamble on what you want versus don't want. The store has been upgraded with ACs so it's better than sweat and heat. Though, it's still disorganized and packed. It's hard to get through as it's a small interior and could easily occupy a larger space at the mall. They have many blind boxes from popular lines like Hironos, Skull Panda, and so much more. It's a wide selection that can give you a new hobby to collect. The blind boxes we got were around $20 so somewhat on the steeper side... A bigger space would do so much for the customers and the staff. read more

If you pre-order something, apparently there's a separate line!! When you first get there, go to the register and ask where the separate pre-order line is. I heard it moves. Lol I stood in line for literally 25 minutes then got to the front of the line with a pre-ordered item I was picking up for my friend and found out I was in the wrong line! Turns out the lady behind me did the exact same thing also! I was highly irritated because There was no formal sign stating where I was actually supposed to stand for an online pick up. I figured I would go to a register and they would look it up behind the counter. Boy was I wrong! Lol. The lady behind the register was very apologetic, but then I had to stand in the real online. Pick up line for another 15 minutes! I could not believe how chaotic this particular store is at the same time how many different items they had so I guess I was entertained with watching all the kids as well as some adults. I love the characters being shown at Pop Mart at the WestfieldValley Fair Mall. But, due to the immense popularity of the Labubus, you can't even buy some of them in the store - you have to buy them on-line and pick them up at the store. Labubu, Disney Frozen Olaf plushies, Beanie Babies, Cabbage Patch Kids, I've participated in a decent number of these crazes throughout the years. At the time of this review, this is one of the only two Pop Mart brick and mortar locations in the Bay Area. You might see more, but they are most likely just vending machines. Labubu has been popping off somewhat recently. It seems like all the energy of rushing to the stores for Black Friday transferred over to this instead. I've seen videos of people lining up 4am-5am to try and get Labubu. It's always sold out. The app has implemented some software sweepstakes to get the highly sought after ones. This location is nice, one of the better and nicer ones, I've seen the on at South Coast Plaza and honestly it looked like any ordinary anime blind box store that wasn't significantly Pop Mart. You have to follow them on IG, set an alert and when they drop online you can order for in store pick up. I was bummed I couldn't get them in the store but be patient, I told myself. They have a huge selection plenty to choose from. I would recommend checking online first before heading to the store. Chances are, if they are sold out online, they are probably sold out in store. Really not a fan of this Pop Mart location because everything is always sold out. The availability of products is poor and if you're coming here for a specific product it's unlikely they'll carry it. I understand not stocking labubus and crybabys, or really any vinyl plush pendant, due to the craze. But trust me when I tell you the selection is barren. Additionally the space is inappropriately small for the demand. You would think that this location is just a pop up considering how tiny it is. The store cannot accommodate lines, and it's impossible to get around and browse without constantly rubbing against others. So gross when it's hot, especially with the lack of ventilation. There's literally no reason to shop here over ordering online which is an awful alternative as is with how poorly run the Pop Mart site is. The only positive to this location is the employees are nice especially considering what they have to put up with. I can't say ANYTHING else kind about this Pop Mart location though. read more

What an amazing experience I had in Santa Clara Pop Mart. All the staff I met were very friendly and helpful. One staff member, Edgar, was very outgoing and passionate about his job and the collectibles that Pop Mart sells. Although I had a great experience with the staff, it was very crowded inside and hard to move around however it is understandable as it is moving into holiday season. It's a little on the pricey side but it's pretty cool. I will return again and I look forward to seeing the great staff again. read more

I never really heard of Pop Mart, but at the mall, I saw everyone with a small Pop Mart baggy. I was so curious, and when I finally found the store, it was incredible. They have just about everything for everyone. It is fun to open a box and be surprised at what you got. I bought a Harry Potter one, but they also have Marvel, Disney princess, Spongebob, and other anime's and cartoons that we grew up on. $16 per box, and there is a section where you can make a jar of mini pops. read more

This place is honestly a madhouse. Came here on a Friday afternoon and the place was absolutely packed! So many customers grabbing multiple blind boxes for themselves, for their kids. It was chaotic to say the least! But I get the hype around collecting. I'm new to the Labubu game. I think they are so cute and a great addition to your bag or whatever. But honestly, after seeing the craziness in store and the hoops you have to jump through to get one, I just don't feel like it's worth the effort. Or maybe I'm just lazy, who knows. But if you're into collecting more than just Labubus, they do have other really cute and popular blind box collectibles in store. So far, I've only started collecting the Cry Baby Powderpuff Girls figures, and I'm not sure if I'll pick up anything else in the future. But it is a fun concept/hobby, so on a less busy day, I wouldn't be opposed to visiting again! Otherwise, I'm gonna leave the shopping to the hardcore collectors. read more

I really like the Pop Mart store at Valley Fair. I am able to stay connected to their inventory restocks because they stay active on Instagram. The only thing I wish is that they would update their inventory in the app for in store pickup purchases, like the Stonestown location does. Otherwise it's still always fun to just admire their latest and greatest creations. read more

As a newbie to Labubu, the staff at this store was not very helpful and even flat out lied to me just to make a quick buck. I came in just to get an individual Labubu and asked about it while showing a picture of one to the two guys by the door who then pawned me off to the girl at the counter who then told me the only option they have was a box set that costs more than $100. I had a bad feeling and asked her if that's all they have and she says yes and proceeded to be pushy about starting an account with them and was quick to tell me that all sales are final. The whole interaction felt sketchy and looking at the receipt, it strangely says that you can make returns and exchanges as long as you have the receipt but she puts a stamp over to say otherwise which added more to the sketchiness of it. I went back to the store to see if they actually have individual Labubus for $22 and lo and behold, they did. Just the ones that have been opened but they still sell it at the same price as an unopened one, a second addition to the sketchiness. The third one was the bizarre return policy where only defective or duplicates from a box set are allowed to be returned, I still had an unopened box and apparently that's not eligible for a refund. That's the most non-sensical return policy I've ever come across. read more

Cute store! (Located by Lucky Jeans and Aerie stores.) Here on a Sunday afternoon. Still crowded enough where you have a little bit of time to look at the different figures/toys available but the number of bodies keeps you moving. And merchandise displays are surprisingly neat and kept organized despite crowd. No Labubus in stock but can buy them online for pick up here. There's a been a huge influx of blind box or gacha figure popularity. I'm a big fan of these boxes if they're figures from my favorite series (lol Fate), but other than anime series or maybe some cute characters, I'm not really into the big draw, especially since most of these are OC's (original characters/artwork). However, to each their own, and I have no right to comment on the collecting preferences of others as I'm an ita bag and shrine haver as well. But YEAH, there is a big boom for indie/artist OC blind boxes, though there are some from franchises like Minions, Garfield, Spongebob, etc. and with how crowded the store was and also the fact that this is a standalone store, it's drawing in crowds. The shop was packed and I believe there was a deal going on with purchasing multiple boxes. After many months of anticipation, Pop Mart has opened another location on the west coast! Most - if not all - blindboxes go for about $15.99. After tax, it runs for about $18.00. Honestlyyyy really pricey, but you have to admit that these figurines are unique and good quality. Great for gifts! PRO TIP: They do not have bags. So if you're planning to buy a lot of blind boxes... definitely bring a reusable bag to carry your loot. My favorites are the Bobo & Coco collections and the ViviCAT collections. Both were almost sold out when I got there, so they are definitely popular. You can also find fun collabs with well-known brands: League of Legends, Spy X Family, Harry Potter, etc. read more

I've shopped at Popmart online and in the store at Valley Fajr. They sell high quality cute character dolls and figurines. I just went today and bought 6 blind boxes. 3 Crybabies and 3 Polar Monster Babies. The way the boxes are out as a set, one at a time, it's implied that all 6 boxes on display would be different characters. When I got home, that was the case for the Monsters- all were different. I got 2 of the same Crybaby and when looking at the boxes you could tell they had been tampered with and a large gap was open on the side bottom of every crybaby box, so that you could view the card easily and determine which character is in the box. They also sticker your boxes when you buy them so you cannot return anything. It's a little disappointing. Overall my kids really like these, so I'll probably keep ordering them off the website instead of going in the store. read more

So they only reason I put lower stars are because this store is always over crowded and under staffed. These poor workers are dealing with so much. Let alone with how hot it is in the store! I have been there multiple times and I'm not surprised the workers did a strike to fight for their rights! They deserve better and so do the customers. Pop Mart has finally opened in Valley Fair across from Uniqlo. They have a large selection of blind boxes to choose from. Many are around $15-16/box. Some of the completed sets go for $180-$200. They have displays for each brand showing the type of figures you can get. Opening weekend it did get crowded and they did cap off how many people were going into the store. There are specials in store now depending on how much you spend. For a purchase of around $85, I received a Christmas gift bag & a compact mirror. I'll definitely be stopping by every time I'm at the mall. read more

I was in line for the popular labubus. The employees were nice and helpful. The have a variety of items in their store. I was waiting in a line of about 50 people. Buying genuine items here are great knowing there is no hike in prices and scalpers are just waiting to resell off of the benches on the side. I'll come back again but resellers do put a damper on hopes of purchasing some thing I want for myself. There should be regulations. read more

Despite the madness, every employee was super nice and helpful with any questions I had. Huge variety of the cutest vinyls. Harry Potter, Friends, Ultraman, Teletubbies, Molly, Skull Panda, Sweet Bean, Bobo & Coco, MLP, Duckoo, Big Bang Theory, The Monsters and so many more I can't recall off top. My favorite collab was SpongeBob x The Monsters. They missed an opportunity to create a Bay Area themed sports figure Duckoo for the grand opening of Pop Mart's very first Ncal location! SoCal grand openings had some cute regional collab features. Prices are fair for the minis, starting at under $2 for an itty bitty figure at the register and upwards of $1200 for the largest figures on display in the storefront windows. Current promos: Buy 3 Molly blind boxes for a chance to purchase the limited edition Silent Black figurine, this is an exclusive store purchase for the grand opening at Westfield Valley Fair.
