Home of the once viral LABUBUs...I'm actually loving everything else but the Labubus here. The staff here was ready for any questions or purchases to help assist you. I had to ask if everything was in stock and they said YES! I'm like wow what lovely words to hear to my consumerism heart lol I definitely had to take home the Skullpanda My Little Pony series. I just bought the whole box hoping for a SECRET Pony. The price is the same as the website but minus the shipping and I got a freebie surprise Labubu for March Madness. I also but a creepy carnival Hirono series for my daughter and she loved it. I feel like this store is the new found Sanrio. Just a play on cute characters that make a person feel warm and fuzzy like a little kid in a candy store again.

While at the mall, we stopped by Pop Mart just to look around. It was my first time in there. It wasn't too busy. The staff were super friendly. We asked some questions about the Labubu's. Apparently they are hard to get. They had so many cute things there. A lot of blind box items. While we were looking around my friend noticed them stocking the Labubu's behind the register. I asked if I could purchase one. She had to ask her manager. She said yes. So I bought my first Labubu for $27.99. I thought the price wasn't so bad. It was fun shopping in there and I appreciated how helpful the staff were.

Just came by to see what they had in stock. Came out with a Coca Cola labubu. They got rid of the minis that you could fill containers with. The male cashier with the long ish hair was really nice. A great addition to the team.

I was there today (10/26/25) and they had a wide selection of Labubus behind the counter! They had Exciting Macaron, Checkmate, Coca Cola, and Big into Energy! I got a Wacky Mart figurine and a Coca Cola Labubu for myself. My friend wanted the Exciting Macaron and I told her they had them so she wanted me to get one for her. Apparently now Pop Mart is stocking these in their stores the employee said. Because the other times, they never had any. There are lots of people but the line goes by fast. I prefer this location over the San Francisco one. That's when more crowded and they didn't have any Labubu dollls in stock the last time I went there.

Just like most kids, my daughter and niece are obsessed with Labubu's and mystery boxes in general! The Pop Mart in our area is not open yet, so we had to visit yesterday while checking out the Westfield Valley Fair Mall. It is definitely a busy and popular store! They had so many Labubu's - big and small - on display, but we're sold out of the regular Labubu's unfortunately. You can find them at other stores in the mall though! So many mystery boxes from Deadpool to Spiderman to Harry Potter to even Zootopia! I also really liked all of the large statues of the characters and that they display all of the mystery box options in clear cases so you can see what is available. We didn't end up buying anything since they were out of Labubu's, but we still had fun looking at everything else they had to offer. The pricing seemed to be a lot cheaper than a couple of other places we visited which was awesome and staff were friendly and walking around helping people. I will definitely be back next time we are in the area! Check them out!

Got some blind boxes with a friend! Popmart is a very popular store at the mall to get that sudden serotonin boost for a blind box to gamble on what you want versus don't want. The store has been upgraded with ACs so it's better than sweat and heat. Though, it's still disorganized and packed. It's hard to get through as it's a small interior and could easily occupy a larger space at the mall. They have many blind boxes from popular lines like Hironos, Skull Panda, and so much more. It's a wide selection that can give you a new hobby to collect. The blind boxes we got were around $20 so somewhat on the steeper side... A bigger space would do so much for the customers and the staff.

This store is crazy packed! Hee

If you pre-order something, apparently there's a separate line!! When you first get there, go to the register and ask where the separate pre-order line is. I heard it moves. Lol I stood in line for literally 25 minutes then got to the front of the line with a pre-ordered item I was picking up for my friend and found out I was in the wrong line! Turns out the lady behind me did the exact same thing also! I was highly irritated because There was no formal sign stating where I was actually supposed to stand for an online pick up. I figured I would go to a register and they would look it up behind the counter. Boy was I wrong! Lol. The lady behind the register was very apologetic, but then I had to stand in the real online. Pick up line for another 15 minutes! I could not believe how chaotic this particular store is at the same time how many different items they had so I guess I was entertained with watching all the kids as well as some adults. Pick up different characters and stand in line. Goodness! 45 minutes later, I was on my way Thank goodness. The first two hours of parking is free! Lol.

I don't think there's ever a day I don't pass by this place whenever I'm at valley fair, it's a total must if I say so myself. I mainly come to check out and see if they have the labubus, I'm so glad I was finally able to spot some because it's super rare when they have any. Anyway this place is fairly small, it's hard to walk around when there's so many people specially if you have a stroller. Nonetheless I'll still go in, but at least service is quick so even if there is a long line the line goes by quick.

This was our first time visiting this location (at Valley Fair Mall). We were expecting to see a long line to get in but surprisingly there was no wait at all. We took our time looking at everything through out the store. We ended up with a Lil Peach Riot:Loading! Series-Keychain (Frankie). Overall this was a nice store. A lot bigger than our local location.

There were still a lot of people, but it felt like a new batch of products had arrived, including the latest Marvel hero series and classic Disney characters, even though the most popular ones were still from the Labubu series. The whole store was extremely hot. However, at least there was no need to wait in line during the weekday. 人還是不少,但感覺像是進貨了一批新品,有最新的漫威英雄系列,也有經典的迪士尼人物,雖然最火紅的還是拉布布系列。整家店都熱鬧非凡。不過,至少工作日不用排隊了。

I love the characters being shown at Pop Mart at the WestfieldValley Fair Mall. But, due to the immense popularity of the Labubus, you can't even buy some of them in the store - you have to buy them on-line and pick them up at the store. They're definitely not cheap collectibles (figures and miscellaneous items) but the store itself is fun to see, especially with all of their toys on display in plastic containers.

    Labubu craze
    Tom S.

Labubu, Disney Frozen Olaf plushies, Beanie Babies, Cabbage Patch Kids, I've participated in a decent number of these crazes throughout the years. At the time of this review, this is one of the only two Pop Mart brick and mortar locations in the Bay Area. You might see more, but they are most likely just vending machines. Labubu has been popping off somewhat recently. It seems like all the energy of rushing to the stores for Black Friday transferred over to this instead. I've seen videos of people lining up 4am-5am to try and get Labubu. It's always sold out. The app has implemented some software sweepstakes to get the highly sought after ones. This location is nice, one of the better and nicer ones, I've seen the on at South Coast Plaza and honestly it looked like any ordinary anime blind box store that wasn't significantly Pop Mart. It is relatively small but nice to visit.

    Michelle L.

I get it, they probably get asked the same questions over and over... sorry I am late to the Labubu game! They don't restock in store anymore. You have to follow them on IG, set an alert and when they drop online you can order for in store pick up. I was bummed I couldn't get them in the store but be patient, I told myself. They have a huge selection plenty to choose from. I would recommend checking online first before heading to the store. Chances are, if they are sold out online, they are probably sold out in store. The value is reasonable considering they could be collectible items. All of the items I have purchased from here are well made and cute! It's a crazy trend but hey why not!

When I first walked in, the box was clearly marked at $359.99. I went to the counter, and to be fair, the employee was helpful and gave me a reasonable offer of $365 in store credit, which I agreed to. No issues there. But when we walked over to grab the hobby box, the price had suddenly jumped to $510.99. That's a huge difference, and it happened while I was literally in the store. When I pointed it out, I was told they were "updating prices" and that they could only honor the original price if I had taken a picture of it. That's not how you run a business. Changing prices during store hours--especially while a customer is actively making a purchase--is unprofessional and unfair. Expecting customers to take pictures of price tags just in case they change minutes later is ridiculous. I understand prices fluctuate, especially in collectibles, but updates like that should be handled before opening or after closing--not in the middle of a transaction. This experience left a bad impression, and I'd be cautious about doing business here again.

Believe me! I come from the Monterey Bay Area every other Sunday and I enjoy just browsing at times, it's that nice. The shop has a good variety of of gunpla, Figma/sh figuarts, other nick nacks like nippers and stickers, they even carry P-Bandai at times! They have a very vast collection of Hg's all the way from Gundam AGE to the newish GQuuuuuux series, though there's not as Mg's as Hg's their selection is still quite the treat! Their Rg's are spread a bit thin at the moment but that's honestly a problem from Bandai as they're not releasing that many Rg's now a days. And lastly of course the Pg's, I don't really remember which specific Pg's I saw but I know I saw at least 2 of them in their which is very nice . Their pricing is very nice as it stays close to the original Japanese price and if not it's maybe no more than a dollar increase. The staff there are also very nice and I love to have brief conversations with the (I believe is) owner of the shop about what's new or when they get a new shipment. I asked the owner and he mentioned Tatsu hobby as it wasn't far away. First off, this place is kind of hard to find as it is in a completely nondescript industrial complex and far back from the street. There is no way you would just be driving around and come across this place, you have to be searching for it. Also the layout of the store is weird. You first enter into a small room with a couple of display cases, (nothing you can buy I think), with a small desk and a cash register to the right. There was a small man sitting there having a conversation with a person so I wasn't quite sure what to do. My first thought was, "This is it?" But then I noticed there is another room through a open door in the back, so I proceeded through. This is where the kits actually are. The main room is pretty cramped with a few shelves of kits and a table that 3 people were sitting eating at and having nerdy discussions. I wanted to ask a question but I wasn't sure if they worked there or not. I didn't really see that there was really any sort of organization to the store other than the Gundams pretty much seem to be along the rear of the room and other types of kits are near the front. My biggest gripe is that none of the boxes have a price sticker on them. You have to ask the guy up front. Lame. And the couple of kits I asked about were priced higher than other places I normally buy from like Newtype. I'll just stick with Newtype in Union City from now on. Unfortunately they are only open M-F but they do ship and I usually get my orders in a day or two. I wouldn't bother going to Tatsu again.
