I've been coming to pop on & off for 5 years now since we moved to Tracy. The last time was yesterday when getting takeout from another place in the same strip mall it's located at, right next to In & Out off the freeway, exit Tracy Blvd. Pop has a wide variety of choices in milk teas and blended drinks. They share a store with starbread, you walk in and starbread is on the left, Pop is on the right. I always get the brass monkey with boba & whip cream, it's my go to. Try them out, you'll love the drink.

We were really looking forward to trying this place because of the reviews. The pictures looked great. When we got there, the person behind the counter didn't help answer questions, didn't give ideas or suggestions, and then didn't ask if we wanted boba pearls. The kids were super disappointed (our fault for not asking; was a good teaching experience!) because of no boba pearls. A bit surprising since most boba shops WANT to upsell. I'm really hoping it was a fluke because the other experiences were great.

Little Plaza so parking is shared and can be hard to find parking. It's a cute little shop! When we entered I realized that it was shared with a little bakery to the left called Starbread. Which they had Spanish Rolls, so that was a nice surprise. Tried the Mango-Lychee-Tini topped with strawberry lychee. It was refreshing and delicious! Service was okay, drinks came out pretty quick, customer service was okay. Nothing really nice to say about the lady who helped us, seemed like she didn't want to be there.

Halo halo

I've been craving for some halo halo for a while now and so I decided to give this place a try. When first arriving, parking is a little tight. It is rather busy as many people are constantly coming and going due to the In N Out located right by the shop. Luckily, my partner was able to snag a spot right in front. But leaving was kinda tedious due to this. Our order also took thirty minutes to make and I think the wait was worth it. I was pleasantly surprised by the portion size as halo halo from other places tend to be a little stingy. But this was the exact opposite. I think I would definitely stop by again to try out their other drinks. The lady working the cashier was also really nice and the place was clean. They share part of their shop with a bakery that's called Starbread. So if you're looking for drinks and some snacks, you can hit up two places at once. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and look forward to tasting the rest of their menu.

I got the cereal killer with my daughter . I hate fruity pebbles but this boba drink was so good and probably should have got my own . I drank majority of it haha. Highly recommend

Weirdly separated "black tea" boba drink

Ordered a strawberry mango "black tea" with boba... this is what I received in the attached photo. The drink seemed to be missing the tea and somehow had a milky substance in it. When I asked the cashier if three drink had milk or anything similar in it, he stated "no". I took a sip or two then trashed the drink. Personally wont be back.

Really cute family owned boba shop in Tracy. There is a Starbread Bakery located in conjunction to Pop so guests can purchase double the treats! Our drinks were refreshing and had great tea to toppings ratio. The starbread was an absolute hit for our nieces and nephews because of the sweet and savory delight -- the box of baked goods were gone within minutes. Service was awesome and I appreciated how the cashier (co-owner?) went above and beyond to ensuring we were 100% satisfied with our order before leaving.

So far, really good! We have three boba establishments about five minutes away from our house but we wanted to try other places to see if there are different varieties...OMG!! I feel like I'm back in San Jose! Personally, I don't even know why it took so long for boba to make it to San Joaquin Area. Anyways... Pop is really good. It isn't heavy and the mango boba I get has a great consistency. To be super truthful, the Raspberry Mango Lemon Drop is on the sweet side but great flavors combined! The Horcha-cha is so good!!! Tastes exactly like Horchata. Yummy!! The split cup, I love this. You can try two different ones. So smart!! You have new customers!!

Drink menu. Delicious drinks with clever names!

If you're a boba connoisseur, you'll love this place. The menu really speaks for itself. Espress Yourself (shoutout to my coffee lovers) and Cereal Killer (shoutout to my Fruity Pebbles lovers) are my favorites. If you find yourself in Tracy, check this place out. It's located in the same plaza as In n Out. It does get a little packed so the parking situation can get tricky unless you go during off hours. BONUS: This is also home of Starbread Bakery! Grab some senorita bread while you wait for your drink. Yummmmmm!

Matcha & Oreo ... Butterfly Drink
Evelyn E.

My daughter had a soccer game in Lathrop. And this was the closest boba spot on our way home... This place has an array of unique tea blends. My daughter got a Matcha with Oreo. She says that is an interestingly good flavor. My butterfly drink is pretty to look at. But, it's super sweet! I had to buy water at Starbucks to balance it out. *Currently, I have a sugar rush headache after drinking a third of it. Can't drink anymore!

It started getting very busy. It went from quiet waiting for my food to full on packed restaurant. It was got noisy in a matter of 10 minutes. She handled it well so Kudos to her, she was the only server at the time. Food was quickly handed to me, so it wasn't too much of a wait time. Got home and everything was well in order. Forgot to take pictures of the beverages. The curly fries were really solid. Popcorn chicken was probably my least favorite one, it's not bad, but the seasoning tasted very ginger like. I have to say the best thing was the crepe. It was so delicious, very fresh, the strawberry and bananas were very flavorful. They have other flavors that I will for sure stop by again to try them.

They brought out a pitcher of water to help yourself to refill with water which is always great in my opinion. The order I got was the mixed fruit crepe, which is roughly 8 layers thick, with Nutella filling. The fruits on it starting at the tip is apples, strawberries, kiwis, and finally bananas. I liked the design and taste of the crepe a lot. I do recommend to switch out the Nutella for a lighter filing such as vanilla cream or cream cheese to complement the fruits, but the Nutella was still just as good. Overall, I highly recommend this place, and will revisit again to try out their soups/ramen/rice dishes most definitely.

I usually go early getting there between 10am and 11am, before they run pierces as 5th in line for the section with the fried/grilled chicken, chicken nuggets, Jojo fries, and short rib ends. Love the shirt rib ends, so was waiting to get some. The employee helpungcamwas a laemployee and the customer begoemre me was rude and impatient. This customer wanted the grilled chicken pierces , but had very poor communication skills. He kept asking for the small brown pieces. The latino employee would point to the chicken legs (the small legs made of brown meat). The customer didn't say anything so the employee put the kegs un the co trainer. Then the customer is saying, No the small brown pieces, again. So I'm as confused as the safeway employee. So the employee just starts pointing at different pieces, thighs, wings, breast. The customer keeps saying no to the left the small browner pieces. The customer is obviously getting upset and turns to look at me for back up But dude you're confusing me too. The customers says to me, He doesn't know what im talking about. So I tell him that I don't know what yiyr talking about The customer finally says Whatever just give me the chicken and walks away. I'm next so I say Hi How are you to the customer being courteous. I saw there wasn't much short rib tips left, so I was going to take whatever was in the tray. However the employee says, let me get some fresh ones they just finished cooking. So I received 1 lb of fresh cooked short ribs. Being kind goes a long way. Didn't get the employees name but he is definitely an assist to Safeway Delhi section. He never got angry or frustrated at the annoying customer, .

Also love that they have a Starbucks and the shopping carts have drink holders! I was picking up some appetizer items for Christmas Eve that night and also was looking for some last minute gifts. The store is like a winter wonderland of gift giving ideas- several beautiful displays, especially in the floral area. I ended up buying a lot more than planned. There wasn't a line and the cashier was super friendly. We made small talk but like we were old friends. I put in my phone number to use my rewards account to get the sale prices and I got some good deals. Fun grocery experience!
