Eventually, Tommy came out himself, acknowledged the problem, and promised to take care of it when his crew was in the area--maybe "in a week or so." Still, nothing was ever set up. Now, over a year has passed and my messages are now completely ignored. The three-year installation warranty turned out to be meaningless, and I feel like I was just strung along. I chose Tommy Bronkowski and EcoTurf because I trusted him, but I'm extremely disappointed by this experience.
