Thomas and Charla were very helpful (and PATIENT!) as we went through this process together. This was my first pool, much less my first pool remodel and I was very nervous and asked a lot of questions. They were so good about everything and helped me at every step. The cost was very affordable and the work was done efficiently and cleanly. The pool is still looking wonderful today and I could not be happier. So sorry Thomas and Carla I am late posting this! We used infinity pools on a referral from a friend. They re-plastered our pool and hot tub in January 2014, very fair price, very professional, we are very happy! About a month ago I noticed 2 spots in the deep end where the plaster had cracked and peeled. Not only did Thomas offer to drain the pool, fix the plaster spots, and pay the costs associated with the water company, he personally took time out of his busy day to check the entire pool to see if there were any more spots on the plaster that were defective, there was, and again fixed at no charge. We are thrilled we chose infinity pools in the first place and even more so now that they stand behind their work! Great company, great owners! read more

The Infinity pool team did an amazing Repair and restoration for us. Our pool tiles were beyond cleaning , and the crew used a compressor to bring back the original look of the tile and the grout, removing all the discoloration .. Our pool light developed an electrical short that no one could figure out. A section of our flagstone had to be removed , the cover up, and replacement stone and grout was undetectable after the repair. Thomas and his team rewired our pool light, and we are back to night swims :). The light repair, tile restoration, and clean up were professional and easy to deal with. Ah the joys of home pools, this is our first one and while demoing our deck we noticed wet soil around the pool. We had a company come out and pressure test the system and do the dye tests, they basically documented a crack that I pointed out to them prior to the visit (review to come later). When we received the report we knew that we had to get a second opinion. I asked a co-worker who owns a pool, and my wife checked Yelp, both recommended Infinity pools so I setup an appointment. Thomas came out and took one look at the pool and started going over things we may encounter when we drain the pool, like how to prioritize the worst ones (they still leak, but from the ground INTO the pool) and the fact that we were missing a dedicated return line among other things. We drained the pool and much to our dismay we found a massive 12' crack that was completely missed by the first company, oh and this one leaked into the pool for days. Once the crack dried up the crew came out and stitched the crack with massive steel staples, then did the finished work of matching the PebbleTec as best they could since our was quite a few years old and faded. They also cleaned up after themselves without being told to, which you would think would be a no-brainer, but a lot of contractors these days are so sloppy. Fast forward a few weeks and my neighbor is having Thomas down to do his pool (based on my experience), AND I'm having Thomas back to do some things that were on hold due to a couple of concrete slabs not being there anymore giving him full access to the pool. read more

Condescending and what a rip off!!!! I sent around emails to a few vendors and asked for fee estimates. This is the only place that gave me a hard time that the house is not under my name yet. The sales rep said she will charge me $150 just to do an estimate because she is not sure how likely it is that I will actually do the project. How dare she says that! Doubting if your customer is serious and insulting a potential customer? All other vendors gave me their estimates and didn't make a ridiculous statement like this. Talking to this company was like talking to a brick wall. The person did not even understand what I was asking and insisted whatever she wanted. read more

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Infinity Pools. Thomas and Carla treated us so personally and professionally that it made an obviously stressful experience much easier to deal with. Infinity provided us with various options (and pricing), and didn't pressure us at all. Even when the project's scope expanded (which these projects tend to do--in this case we discovered a leak and insufficient electrical power generally) Thomas was supportive and helpful, and worked well with our electrician to make sure everything we needed was done. Of course gutting a 9-foot deep 1950s pool, relining it with minipebble (Tahoe Blue) and new tile, and installing solar heating and a new pump and skimmer is going to be an expensive project, but we never felt that Infinity Pools' pricing was out of line. All their subcontractors were professional, polite, and worked quickly and cleanly. The main thing, of course, is that we're thrilled with the end result! My parents wanted to redo their pool because they were looking into selling their home and thought the value of it increase if they redid the pool. I asked around for referrals but eventually decided to go to Yelp for suggestions. I called around a few places including Infinity Pools. Thomas answered and was very friendly and accommodating. Hard to add much to all of the other reviews. After almost 30 years we finally decided to have the pool re-plastered and upgrade our equipment. First, asked 4 companies to come out and make a bid - 2 never even bothered to respond, and the other 2 were close on cost but 1 presented themselves in a professional manner, showed a great deal of knowledge and assumed all of the responsibilities for subcontractors should they not be able to utilize their own employees for all of the functions. The other bidder required that I make my own arrangements for one of the required steps which would have turned me into a general contractor. Thomas accepted full responsibility for the job and the schedule coordination for all of the tasks. Every step was done efficiently and professionally! We have just started the pool up and everything was done in the time frame proposed, without any additional charges (other than changes that we requested) and the end product was a beautiful pool that everyone in the family loves and I am sure it will give us at least another 30 years of enjoyment. As an aside, I mentioned to Thomas that I had a problem with the gas line on our existing Fire PIt and it was resolved with new connections, new flex pipe and new burner within days. While many jobs that we have done around the house have a successful conclusion, it was an honest to God pleasure to not only get a fantastic product, but actually enjoy doing business with Thomas and Charla and all of their sub-contractors. I doubt that I could even dream up an ending as good as this one was! I will recommend Infinity Pools to anyone that requires work on their existing pool or construction of something new. I had roots coming through my spa tiles so I called Infinity Pools and Charla said Thomas could stop by that evening to give me a quote. He said it was a simple fix (it looked very complicated to me) and he sent his crew out a few days later. They not only fixed the tiles that were coming off the spa wall, they cleaned the tiles and my pool is back to 100% I can't thank them enough for their wonderful customer relations, expertise and professionalism. We hired Infintiy Pools to repair our blocked and leaking spa lines and install a new heater and blower system. The work was done well and at a very fair price. The concrete work performed to replace the parts that were demolished to reach the lines was done very well and matched the older parts of the pool deck. Getting Thomas on the phone might be tough because he is out in the field working, but his trusted partner Charla has always been able to respond quickly and work with Thomas to get you the answers you need. Thomas and his guys sure brightened up my backyard spa. The spa is original to the home from 1978, and was just was old looking. I was very happy with the work done by Infinity Pools. I am a repeat customer, about two years ago I used them to do a repaint job on my artificial rock work around my pool. It turned out great and the price was very reasonable compared to some of the other quotes I received. When it came time to do a replaster of my pool I called Thomas and again the price was reasonable. Everything was done when he said it would be and the job was completed on time. Charla was a big help from the office in setting things up and communicating. I even got to meet Charla when Thomas came out to restart the pool after everything was complete. Infinity just completed a 20K remodel of my 23 year old pool with new poured in place bullnose coping, tile, two water features, and pebble plaster. All the finishes are beautifully executed and the completed job looks fantastic.
