I would say the inside is more geared towards older children (at least 10+) and adults. My 6 and 2 year old could have cared less about any of the exhibits. They went through the mirror maze several times, but my 2 year old kept bashing into the mirrors. The outdoor portion was better. There was quite a few things for younger kids to do, to include a water table, painting on plexiglass glass, a dinosaur scavenger hunt, games, building blocks, play structure, etc. They had some tables and chairs set up for crafts, story time, and even let the kids pet a tortoise. While this area was nice, I felt like a lot of these activities could be found or done for free at local parks or a library. It was a nice break from the beach, but I don't think the cost is worth it for me to go back or refer it to friends.
