We ordered drink refills when our appetizer arrived. Thirty minutes later, our food came, but we still hadn't received the drinks. We finished our entire meal and were getting ready to leave before the refills finally arrived. To make matters worse, we were told there wasn't a manager available to speak with. It's been a while since I've been to Buffalo wild wings and now I remember why. So I have no complaints about the service or even the atmosphere. It's a sports bar so that's not the issue. But the actual wings honestly just aren't good. They pretty much fry wings and then drown them in sauce for flavor. It really isn't the restaurants problem it's the chains problem. A basic chicken wing should have some type of seasoning on it and then the sauce to enhance the flavor, buffalo wild wings just hasn't mastered that simple fact of their core product so needless to say it was probably the first time in the last time, I'll be there unless something changes from corporate. read more

Let's qualify me before I make my statement. 11 years in the restaurant business working from the bottom up in Fast Food (QSR), family dining, and fine dining. Nothing surprises me. I was a former Corporate trainer for a Family Dining chain much like BWWs. I only go out to restaurants these days with a purpose. This time to watch my favorite team. After being placed at a table it took 15 minutes for the server to give me attention only after the manager asked if I was being helped. I usually give leniency to rookies. So I let it slide for a bit. I watched the Manager play expeditor rather than watching the front end floor. Big no no. The other manager was focused on ordering or inventory if the forms I saw were any indication. The customers on the table beside called the manager over complaining that her burger was saturated in grease and asked for a new one. Her fries were the same. The manager took the time to go back and cook her another himself much to the husband's delight. I saw 3 tables empty and left for another 15 minutes trashed with plates and other items while several staff walked right past them on the way to the backend. Any one of them should have grabbed something on their way back. The server then focused on the couple who came in after me to get their orders. The gentlemen in front of me wanted an iced water to go. Mind you all of this is happening while I'm waiting to any attention before the manager asked me. Once she "noticed" me, I place a simple order, chicken strips, chicken dip, iced tea with lemon. What I got was, tea no lemon. I gave up trying to get her attention for the lemon and drank it. The dip was touch since it clearly was left under the melter too long and crusted over half the dip. The chicken strips were hot, the fries were greasy and cold. So not the best experience. If they had been busy I could have overlooked it some. The place was at 1/3rd occupancy. There was no big rush, no in the weeds. No real reason I could see for the type of service. Now I know management has to place orders and the supplies have to be had. I can also appreciate the effort to get ahead so you don't have to work over after the shift ends. But, you have to focus on the needs of your customers first and foremost. Suggestions: Train your bussers to visit the floor more often. Teach your team that they never return to the backend empty handed if tables need to be cleared. I never once heard the cooks echoing order up. Unfortunately this causes cold food. Understanding the front end floor flow by management would provide better awareness of both the customer and the staff. Inventory can wait for gaps in waves especially if you're short staffed. This Buffalo Wild Wings in Pooler is truly inconsistent in their inconsistent and poor service.... I don't like to leave bad reviews, but every visit at this location, I truly have some type of negative experience. The wait times are so long when dining in and picking up. I've waited an additional 30+ minutes to pick up food AFTER the pick up time. The service is not considerate and I often see already understaffed associates just chatting for minutes and minutes in the corner, while we wait at a table to have a server simply greet us. (This happened multiple times). I love BWW, but this location is just not good. I don't want to have to always walk up to the server to ask for silverware, plates, or a new ranch bcs the one they gave me was a quarter-way filled and they don't visit our table. As someone who worked as a server before, the team just needs a little boost of motivation in someway so that customers can receive better service. We enjoyed our dinner experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. We were seated quickly in a booth and we were extremely happy that they had the Olympics playing on the big screen. Our waitress was kind and attentive! We decided to go with the wings! I got 10 hot boneless wings with potato wedges and celery and carrot sticks. Everything was delicious! Bryan who took care of us was fantastic. But when I was told, that a chain restaurant like this, didn't do a green tea shot and it would be 12 dollars to make one that to me is ridiculous! I like Bw3s and have eaten at many of them throughout the USA. However, this one is terrible. I have never in my life experienced such slow service especially when the restaurant wasn't even busy. The bartender was incredibly slow in everything she did. Just walking around she was slow. 15 minutes to get a beer at the bar, 25 minutes to actually order a few wings. Completely pathetic place. Service: I placed an order over the phone since the app was not working (my first clue) which was said back to me but somehow was messed up. I ordered 2 orders of 6pc traditional mild Buffalo wings with potato wedges one plain and one with with Chipotle BBQ rub on wedges. Food: 6 wings were dry other 6 wings had sauce poured on them in the container and the wedges well they took the top off the Chipotle rub and poured that in the box with the wedges. B-dubs is generally a good place to get wings but with a great server (Kayla) we had the best time. At first I was a little put off by the music being a bit loud but it seemed to suit the atmosphere. We saw employees cleaning everything including each page of every menu. That's outstanding and fairly necessary at this particular time. Kayla was very helpful and brought our food out quickly. She didn't mind having a conversation with us and never rushed our orders. We ordered two appetizers, cheese curds and fried pickles. Both were cooked perfectly. We ordered large sized wings. My boyfriend's order was incorrect so Kayla offered to bring him out 10 more wings that were the correct flavor. The wings were a bit dry but still very good. If I could give zero stars, I would. I've given this location several chances, and it gets no better. They are so SLOW on takeout orders!! The people working at the takeout counter are barely warm bodies with no personality or customer service skills at all. They'll never go check on your order. They only say, "It's not ready yet" and then go on about their standing around and texting. My order for 20 wings and sauce was finally ready 30 minutes after the time they said it would be ready and after I went and talked to the manager. The guy next to me waited 45 minutes for 10 wings. On 2/13/25 I was at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Pooler, seated at the Bar, when initially there was no one else at the Bar. The Bar filled up and everyone else got there food except us. I asked the Bartender, she said she had spoken to the Manager about it, several times. We ordered at 7:29pm and finally after everyone else was served at 8:10pm we received out food. We asked for 10 Medium Fingers and 10 Hot Fingers, they all came out HOT. They gave us a FREE appetizer Chips and a bowl of Salsa, free at most restaurants, and we didn't want it anyhow. No Manager came to speak to us. Worst Service Ever. One of the places I absolutely used to love. It has gone down hill in the last 2 years, the service is always awful now where before it used to be great. The food quality has gone down as well. Before we were finished waiting 55 minutes for the 20 minute quoted wait time, my husband almost asphyxiated on the rank bathroom air, and my 11 year had asked if it's possible to Give zero stars. When I called and spoke to an employee on the phone, Nancy, I definitely sensed a quickness to get me off of the phone and not an effort to hear what the issue was. Well, it's a BDubs, when you've been to one, you've been to them all... ...This particular BDubs, located in Pooler, GA, is right off I-95 and is relatively easy to get in and out, as far as the parking is concerned. The BDubs itself is one of the bigger ones I've been too and it was sparsely visited by patrons on this late Friday afternoon. The pandemic-induced reduced menu had quite a few offerings, which I found surprising, most of what they offer was available. The meals were hot and fresh, the drinks were cold, and the service was functional if not overly friendly. The meals themselves were good, if not a little bit on the greasy side, but no big deal - it should be expected. The service, though not being outwardly friendly was still good. It's just that there wasn't anything special to mention - again, just another BDubs. I would recommend if you're not feeling adventurous and just want to get a decent meal, served without fuss or muss, and you're in the area - this is the place to go to. read more
