Went to BW's last night for a quick dinner after work and we were seated immediately despite the restaurant being fairly busy. We ordered a platter of nachos and a10 piece boneless with fries for each of my boys and my husband ordered a 30 piece traditional, while I ordered a 20 piece boneless. The food came pretty quickly with the entrees coming first and the nacho platter coming at the middle of the meal. That would be the only complaint I had about the meal, the nachos coming out as far into the meal as they had. As usual everything was delicious and our server was great! I used to come here for years but this last visit was by far the worst. We were told to wait 10-15 minutes and waited for 25. My wife and daughters food came out and the waitress said my food would be out in a minute. My daughters chicken was hard as a rock and extremely dry. My food didn't end up coming until 30 minutes and they even had my order wrong. After getting the receipt my order said "customer did not like taste" which was Faldo they had it wrong. After I paid I got a completely different receipt that only had the card and time on it and when I asked for the original receipt I was told they don't do that and they needed a manager to get it which I ended up waiting an additional 5 minutes. BWW will always be a 3 at best. A chain chicken wing joint with a few other bar food typical options. The wings are not like anything I ever had growing up near Buffalo, none of their flavors are true "Buffalo" but, the Parmesan Garlic flavor is tasty, the bone in wings are usually decent. The boneless wings are garbage. The tap beer selections are usually good, and the prices are somewhat reasonable. Not the best, not the worst. I will say, at this location the table service is tragic. I suggest sitting at the bar. Table service is so bad that if we can't sit at the bar, we leave. read more

We also happened to run into our friends who we went and checked in with only to find out they had a SIMILAR experience with a separate waiter!! I usually like BWW. My go to is always the Buffalo ranch wrap, always. We ordered 2 of them on a weeknight, it was a little bit busy in the takeout area. I ordered online, my order did take a lot longer than the est wait time was showing. When I got home (I live just down the road so not far at all) both wraps and fries were very cold. Like they had been made and were left sitting for quite some time. The tortilla on each wrap was extremely crumbly, like it was stale. There was very little chicken in each one, the one with regular Buffalo sauce was barely sauces at all. Lettuce was old. I hate leaving such a complaining review on a place I normally do like. This was the first time I went to this location. I know we live in a busy area clogged up with tourists and all, but can we please try to not let food quality slide? First time coming to the Buffalo Wild Wings and I was told on the phone it'd be 20 mins for my order will be ready (12 boneless wings and a side ceaser salad) I showed up 8 min after they said it'd be ready. And the worker told Me it should be out soon. 40 mins passed and they finally brought it out. I asked to speak to the manager (lady in beanie) and she gave me a lot of excuses why it took so long not happy with the response I left and went home. Got home and there was no salad dressing in the bag. So I went back to just ask for a refund because I didn't even want to eat it anymore. This is a broken restaurant. Was told 15 min wait but waited an hour. No host, servers coming up to seat tables when they feel like it. The manager leaning on a bar table texting on her phone. I asked how much longer she came up and grabbed some menus in a huff, said this way. Took off slammed the menus down on a table. No kids menus for our two kids. The server was nice and efficient once she came over. The food took forever and was awful. Kids tenders hard and dry along with their fries. Chicken on my wrap and my wife's sandwich hard and dry. Quick summary stick with wings and fries do not order a burger if you are looking to eat here. They have a wing bar from 11-2pm. We stopped here for lunch while on vacation. The hostess was nice and seated us immediately. She gave us a booth because my son is an infant and we needed the extra space. We browsed the menu and then ordered our food. I ordered 12 lemon pepper wings and a side order of sweet potato fries. My husband ordered a cheese curd burger. We received our food and it was hot. My wings and fries were delicious. My husband's burger was terrible. No seasoning at all. I tasted the burger and it tasted more like an unseasoned whopper with shredded lettuce. While we were eating I needed to change the baby. I took him to the restroom and the changing table is located in the bathroom for persons with disabilities. Unfortunately, the hook in the bathroom where you needed to Hang the diaper bag was broken so I had to hang the bag over the door. The second time I went to change the baby I could not there was a person using the stall that contained the changing station and the were have stomach issues. My complaint is there is enough room inside of the bathroom to place a changing station on the outside of the stalls. They really need to place one here. The has to be the filthiest location I have ever been to. The mens bathroom had no soap and the floor was covered in grease and urine to the point you would slide. All the tables around us had food and beverages that had been sitting for hours. I'm not if it was because we were there at 5:20 on a Saturday night but service was pretty slow considering we were sat right away. The waitress kept running away. Literally. I promise we aren't scary people. Our food was all correct and our drinks were refilled so that was appreciated. We tried the nachos which were alright. Two of us got wings and two got burgers. The burgers were decent, as my son put it, "they were perfectly average". The wings were rated a bit higher. For a wing place I wish there were more seasoning options. All the Waitresses passed by me like I was not even there and to make matters worse the place was not that busy. Finally the manager asked me if I was being helped and I explained to him that I was extremely dissatisfied with service.
