    Chicken burger with fries

There was only one waiter working so it took a long time before she came over so that we could order. There was a QR code on the table, but the waiter has to activate the QR code before we can even order using it. Then it also took a while before the food came. The chicken in my chicken sandwich was undercooked. The chicken wings were crispy and were not juicy and did not have substance. It was weird having raw scallions on top of quesadillas. You also have to buy water if you need it since that was not free.

This is the only place you can sit and eat in the airport. It has a golf theme bar feel. I read the complaints about the service, and it's not my experience. I've been here plenty of times and it's the service that comes from ordering via a QR code. It's not rude just lacking personality. The food is ok. Better than a Burger King. I have found the servers engage and check in on me once they receive the order. It's pricey. 50 dollars for fish and chips and a mimosa.

    Chicken quesadilla. It was OK.

Very poor experience. We stopped here because it was a place to sit down. Our waitress was rude... The iced tea taste like they have not cleaned the container. Like a really old and gross. My daughter asked for a Coke instead and the lady rolled her eyes. The place itself wasn't dirty... Just was a awkward experience.

Turkey BLT with fries and a glass of iced tea. Ridiculously expensive.

Meh. This restaurant isn't good. This eatery is at the far end of the terminal. You have to place your order through a QR code. There is no real service here... the wait staff brings your order to you and vanishes, never to return. The food is just ok, but the prices are exorbitant for what you get. For instance, my order was a Turkey BLT and a glass of Iced Tea. The bill came to $28.51 (including tip.). My advice is to try to eat somewhere before you get to the airport.

The Savannah airport is very limited and apparently that's why this place can get away serving the worst food around. I don't like to post bad reviews but this was maybe the worst restaurant I've ever tried to eat at. The staff was fine but since there is a QR code to order from, they weren't busy. I ordered a simple hamburger with avocado and bacon (both are an added cost) plus fries. I also ordered sweet tea to drink. The tea was terrible. The burger came out cold and looked like the worst school lunch soy burger ever. Then I looked under the bun and saw there was no avocado or bacon! At the same time, a woman at the bar was complaining that she didn't get avocado either. We found out, even though the avocado and bacon added plus are on the menu and the QR code lets you order them, the restaurant does not carry them. The burger was inedible. Fries were cold. The silverware that was left for me was cheap and mismatched. The wait staff refunded only the avocado either so disappointed but I should have taken heed by everyone else before me! The only thing that was worth the one star was the outdoor view from my chair.

It's fine. There aren't many sit down restaurants in this small, quiet airport but this one is sufficient. The menu is limited to a few sandwiches and some apps. The drink menu is more expansive. Service was friendly and attentive.

8-30-24 5:00 pm Came here for a quick drink before our flight on Southwest. We sat at a table and ordered drinks I had a Cosmopolitan. The Menu is on QR code not a favored method but the waitress was kind enough to let us know what they had. So I got an order of wings hubby said he wasn't hungry. Of course once they came he devoured them and wanted another order. Unfortunately we were out of time and had to run so next time. The atmosphere was pleasant and it had an open and airy feel. Definitely will go here again on our next trip out of this airport. Conveniently located near the gates.

A nice change from the normal big chain airport restaurants. Friendly & quick service, good came out quickly and was good. Prices as expected in an airport, higher than the street but could've been more. The ranch was not good, tasted like it had been sitting out awhile. Didn't have any small to-go containers or foil to wrap food so wrapped half a sandwich in napkins and a to-go bag.

Let's qualify me before I make my statement. 11 years in…read morethe restaurant business working from the bottom up in Fast Food (QSR), family dining, and fine dining. Nothing surprises me. I was a former Corporate trainer for a Family Dining chain much like BWWs. I only go out to restaurants these days with a purpose. This time to watch my favorite team. After being placed at a table it took 15 minutes for the server to give me attention only after the manager asked if I was being helped. I usually give leniency to rookies. So I let it slide for a bit. I watched the Manager play expeditor rather than watching the front end floor. Big no no. The other manager was focused on ordering or inventory if the forms I saw were any indication. The customers on the table beside called the manager over complaining that her burger was saturated in grease and asked for a new one. Her fries were the same. The manager took the time to go back and cook her another himself much to the husband's delight. I saw 3 tables empty and left for another 15 minutes trashed with plates and other items while several staff walked right past them on the way to the backend. Any one of them should have grabbed something on their way back. The server then focused on the couple who came in after me to get their orders. The gentlemen in front of me wanted an iced water to go. Mind you all of this is happening while I'm waiting to any attention before the manager asked me. Once she "noticed" me, I place a simple order, chicken strips, chicken dip, iced tea with lemon. What I got was, tea no lemon. I gave up trying to get her attention for the lemon and drank it. The dip was touch since it clearly was left under the melter too long and crusted over half the dip. The chicken strips were hot, the fries were greasy and cold. So not the best experience. If they had been busy I could have overlooked it some. The place was at 1/3rd occupancy. There was no big rush, no in the weeds. No real reason I could see for the type of service. Now I know management has to place orders and the supplies have to be had. I can also appreciate the effort to get ahead so you don't have to work over after the shift ends. But, you have to focus on the needs of your customers first and foremost. Suggestions: Train your bussers to visit the floor more often. Teach your team that they never return to the backend empty handed if tables need to be cleared. I never once heard the cooks echoing order up. Unfortunately this causes cold food. Understanding the front end floor flow by management would provide better awareness of both the customer and the staff. Inventory can wait for gaps in waves especially if you're short staffed. I hope this helps.
