Roach on wall while my family and I were eating
    James C.

3 years ago, I had a terrible experience, but the present is the present and sometimes you have to give a business the benefit of the doubt. Went back to patronize wild wing Cafe again, This time with my whole family. Order mushrooms for the appetizer, pretty good. The server left a lot to be desired. Drinks weren't topped off and had to wait almost 25 minutes for a refill. For the main course, I ordered 25 wings with tots. The wings were fine, but the tots are cold. Worse part, me and my family witness a roach climbing next to our table. I let my server know, who tells the manager, who never comes to the table, but decides to take 30% off the total bill. Crazy to think that a pest coming from your establishment warranted me to still pay for the meal. I understand why other wild wing cafes have closed down. I'd never ever patronize another one.

    All so and no go

I am in town single , trying to get to bar , couples and groups at bar holding seats for people that are not in the restaurant and there are empty tables for groups. I even see phones in spots blocking seating . I find two seats on the back side of the bar sit down wait for ten minutes and the 3 bar tenders walk back and forth and stop and pour drinks for customers at the taps where I was sitting . I Never got a menu service or beer. Honestly, I can't say what the food was like but I won't go back because the service was none existent. I wish places like this would just post a sign so that we don't have to waste time with the bull crap. It's just chicken at then of the day.

Ordered Hot Shots and received burned up pieces of hollowed out charcoal. No worries the bartender said they looked good.

Half eaten mushroom swiss impossible burger

Regular run of the mill sports bar.. if you've been to 1 you've been to them all. They are all situated the same. But I will say the waiter was inviting and very forth coming if he didn't know the answer and I appreciate that.. I ordered the impossible burger with the Swiss mushroom set up.. it was so good I thought it was beef, I also got some broccoli and it too was seasoned pretty well. I will say that I was pleasantly surprised...

General Chicken (front), Flaming Parmesan (all the rest)

This is our FAVORITE wing place! - Loads of wing flavors - Descent beer selection on tap - Stage with live music on weekends - Many TVs to watch sports - Outdoor patio seating TIP: order your wings EXTRA CRISPY which means they are baked longer in the oven. All wings are baked and fried. You can also order extra hard which is fried extra long, which makes meat extra tough in our opinion. FAVORITE FLAVORS: - Flaming Parmesan: just a little spicy and lots of cheese. - General: think General Tso chicken. - Medium: Good 'ole traditional buffalo sauce

It was pretty fair, and the service was slow during lunch hours so be aware of your time. Friendly people and the food was solid.

I stopped by for lunch and was greeted with a helpful person behind the register. I haven't had good Korean friend chicken since living in New England, so this was a great treat. The prices are higher than other places that specialize in chicken in this area, but it's full of flavor. Also love the pickled radish, but didn't like that I had to order that as a side. I'm used to that coming with the chicken as a palate cleanser, esp. if you have two savory flavors - my favorite combo here was the garlic spicy and red hot spicy. I came in on a weekday around 2 and it's was pretty empty, but I did some work while waiting for my food. Definitely going back!

I tried the garlic honey fried wings and they were really delicious. They definitely have a little bit of a kick when you first bite them, but as you continue eating them, the heat kinda slows down. At first, the price point can also seem a little pricey, but overall I think it was really worth it. I was able to have a 10 piece between myself and my spouse for two nights of dinner. I also didn't realize that they serve things like beer and wine and had available seating, so I'll definitely be back to try to dine in instead of taking out. I still had no issues with the takeout option, as my food was still piping hot by the time I got it home. They also have really cute decor inside.

This is a small spot in a strip mall with a couple of tables so this is mostly a takeout operation. But the young lady that waited on me was very helpful, explaining a lot of of the menu, what was fresh and what the days deals were. Definitely plan on making this one of my go to spots.

I was a former Corporate trainer for a Family Dining chain much like BWWs. I only go out to restaurants these days with a purpose. This time to watch my favorite team. After being placed at a table it took 15 minutes for the server to give me attention only after the manager asked if I was being helped. I usually give leniency to rookies. So I let it slide for a bit. I watched the Manager play expeditor rather than watching the front end floor. Big no no. The other manager was focused on ordering or inventory if the forms I saw were any indication. The customers on the table beside called the manager over complaining that her burger was saturated in grease and asked for a new one. Her fries were the same. The manager took the time to go back and cook her another himself much to the husband's delight. I saw 3 tables empty and left for another 15 minutes trashed with plates and other items while several staff walked right past them on the way to the backend. Any one of them should have grabbed something on their way back. The server then focused on the couple who came in after me to get their orders. The gentlemen in front of me wanted an iced water to go. Mind you all of this is happening while I'm waiting to any attention before the manager asked me. Once she "noticed" me, I place a simple order, chicken strips, chicken dip, iced tea with lemon. What I got was, tea no lemon. I gave up trying to get her attention for the lemon and drank it. The dip was touch since it clearly was left under the melter too long and crusted over half the dip. The chicken strips were hot, the fries were greasy and cold. So not the best experience. If they had been busy I could have overlooked it some. The place was at 1/3rd occupancy. There was no big rush, no in the weeds. No real reason I could see for the type of service. Now I know management has to place orders and the supplies have to be had. I can also appreciate the effort to get ahead so you don't have to work over after the shift ends. But, you have to focus on the needs of your customers first and foremost. Suggestions: Train your bussers to visit the floor more often. Teach your team that they never return to the backend empty handed if tables need to be cleared. I never once heard the cooks echoing order up. Unfortunately this causes cold food. Understanding the front end floor flow by management would provide better awareness of both the customer and the staff. Inventory can wait for gaps in waves especially if you're short staffed. I hope this helps.
