Biscuits, chicken and fries. Not such an aesthetic picture as family had eaten - but good!!
Jessica B.

Did takeout, the family meal combo of 8 pieces. We were able to choose 2 drinks (both milk tea - paying for the difference), two sauces, and two sides, in which we got fries and fried rice. The combo also came with biscuits! We also ordered 2 side chicken sandwiches. The chicken is awesome. Nothing else need to be said, my family and I liked it. I'm pretty sure it's an Asian take of fried chicken if you've ever tried that. Chicken sandwiches were just as delicious, and the fries were my favorite kind. Fried rice is salty, if you're someone who's used to shoyu fried rice. Biscuits were not dry, and soft. We'll definitely be back to try the rest of the sides, which they have an abundance of, covering the needs for picky eaters alike. There's just a bunch of sides to choose from - I'm eyeing those skewers!! Service is quick and sweet, given that we came in during lunch hour. Still, be wary of the times and know that it may take some time as we seen multiple families come through on a Saturday. Minimal seating as it is a smaller place so be weary of that as well, and if you choose takeout, just know that the food was just as good as dining in. It was a 20 minute drive back home and no need for reheating, it was fresh still. PS. Please treat food and customer service workers with courtesy and respect. Had an a-hole customer say to the cashier, "you guys just opened, how is this (idk what he was referring to) already broken?" Along with not wanting to pay extra for a tea product when he bought a soda product, THEN complain that said tea product shouldn't cost extra?? If you've eaten out before, you should know that those prices are different. Stop eating out if all you're gonna do is complain, stay home and cook.

The food was good, I wasn't sure what to expect but I was pleasantly impressed. The spice of the chicken is wonderful. It is nice to have a new chicken in town. The service is great, did not have to wait long for our order, and it came out hot and fresh. The ambiance is nice, it's a nice restaurant, not real big inside but good for two and a small group. I recommend this restaurant if in the Pooler Ga area and looking for something good and different. Enjoy.

Served black chicken. I'm not used to that and it was undercooked, very pink and bloody on the inside. Cashier was friendly.

Maybe because it's newly opened. A bit greasy for me. They may get more menu items since it's fried food.

I stopped by for lunch and was greeted with a helpful person behind the register. I haven't had good Korean friend chicken since living in New England, so this was a great treat. The prices are higher than other places that specialize in chicken in this area, but it's full of flavor. Also love the pickled radish, but didn't like that I had to order that as a side. I'm used to that coming with the chicken as a palate cleanser, esp. if you have two savory flavors - my favorite combo here was the garlic spicy and red hot spicy. I came in on a weekday around 2 and it's was pretty empty, but I did some work while waiting for my food. Definitely going back!

I tried the garlic honey fried wings and they were really delicious. They definitely have a little bit of a kick when you first bite them, but as you continue eating them, the heat kinda slows down. At first, the price point can also seem a little pricey, but overall I think it was really worth it. I was able to have a 10 piece between myself and my spouse for two nights of dinner. I also didn't realize that they serve things like beer and wine and had available seating, so I'll definitely be back to try to dine in instead of taking out. I still had no issues with the takeout option, as my food was still piping hot by the time I got it home. They also have really cute decor inside.

I was billed for it anyways on my to go order. Texture of wings is good. Fried well. I also got the shrimp appetizer. The breading on the shrimp was soggy and not tasty. I wouldn't go back. I'm going to save the rest of the wings for tomorrow and hope they taste better. They give lots of celery. Blue cheese is bland.

The young lady by name of Delaney was nothing but short, cold, impersonal and not very informative of the restaurant and menu. It was our first time. We came on a Wednesday, which happened to be a great day to come. It's $1 wing day on Wednesday. Great value for your $$. We ordered a few diffrent flavors which included Korean, Garlic parm, and BBQ. All were very good. They are served with celery and carrots. Your choice of Ranch or Blue cheese. We made the mistake by ordering cocktails. They were more like a shot. Very small glasses. They have a good variety and selection of beers on draft. I would recommend going for a beer, plus it taste better with the wings. Lastly, the ambeionce. It was very casual, like a sports bar restaurant vibe. Big screen TV's, a bar that wrapped around, and a nice size outdoor patio. I would come back on a Wed. during happy hour. In hopes that we would getting better service. Wild Wing Cafe could have been a 5 had Miss Delaney provided the service we pay for.

Let's qualify me before I make my statement. 11 years in…read morethe restaurant business working from the bottom up in Fast Food (QSR), family dining, and fine dining. Nothing surprises me. I was a former Corporate trainer for a Family Dining chain much like BWWs. I only go out to restaurants these days with a purpose. This time to watch my favorite team. After being placed at a table it took 15 minutes for the server to give me attention only after the manager asked if I was being helped. I usually give leniency to rookies. So I let it slide for a bit. I watched the Manager play expeditor rather than watching the front end floor. Big no no. The other manager was focused on ordering or inventory if the forms I saw were any indication. The customers on the table beside called the manager over complaining that her burger was saturated in grease and asked for a new one. Her fries were the same. The manager took the time to go back and cook her another himself much to the husband's delight. I saw 3 tables empty and left for another 15 minutes trashed with plates and other items while several staff walked right past them on the way to the backend. Any one of them should have grabbed something on their way back. The server then focused on the couple who came in after me to get their orders. The gentlemen in front of me wanted an iced water to go. Mind you all of this is happening while I'm waiting to any attention before the manager asked me. Once she "noticed" me, I place a simple order, chicken strips, chicken dip, iced tea with lemon. What I got was, tea no lemon. I gave up trying to get her attention for the lemon and drank it. The dip was touch since it clearly was left under the melter too long and crusted over half the dip. The chicken strips were hot, the fries were greasy and cold. So not the best experience. If they had been busy I could have overlooked it some. The place was at 1/3rd occupancy. There was no big rush, no in the weeds. No real reason I could see for the type of service. Now I know management has to place orders and the supplies have to be had. I can also appreciate the effort to get ahead so you don't have to work over after the shift ends. But, you have to focus on the needs of your customers first and foremost. Suggestions: Train your bussers to visit the floor more often. Teach your team that they never return to the backend empty handed if tables need to be cleared. I never once heard the cooks echoing order up. Unfortunately this causes cold food. Understanding the front end floor flow by management would provide better awareness of both the customer and the staff. Inventory can wait for gaps in waves especially if you're short staffed. I hope this helps.
