Upon entering my friend and I were greeted by all three people behind the counter. It was around 5. I was grabbing food for myself to go. The employee who took my order was in process of being trained. Her manager was incredibly supportive of her. She watched her and helped when needed. But did not hover. She let her learn by doing. And told her that she did a great job after she took my order. It was wonderful to see such great care and interactions between manager and staff. When I respond as to why would I be calling the restaurant, I never received a reply back. I then placed a call to the restaurant to see what the issue as to why I needed to call them and I was informed that they could not fix my order and wouldn't be able to address it until Monday. But they would contact the owner and call me back. I received a call back from the restaurant who informed me the order was double checked and sent out on time that it would be on Pooler Takeout who is not returning their call.
