My family visited here because we had an hour before our movie started. It's walking distance from the movie theater in Pooler near the Publix. It's a relaxed atmosphere. There is a dining area, a large bar area with high top tables and a bar that is double sided with one side that would be near the outdoors if the place opens up the garage door like doors. There is also a good size patio. It was a beautiful evening so we opted for the outside patio. Since it's outside, people are allowed to smoke so it's great for smokers. We aren't smokers and we didn't think the smell was really bad. But if a lot of people were smoking you probably wouldn't be comfortable. They have a really great list of beers on draft and bottle. They were out of quite a few on the list but I did find something I liked. We will definitely go back. read more

Went there for the Thursday night NFL game. Server was great and food was decent but the bar thinned out. There were maybe 10 people left and the manager came out and turned off all the tvs without saying anthing (even though our server said they would close at the end of the game). When I asked what was up the manager was not polite and said closing time you need to leave. My response was are you going to give me the check or is this one on you. I really used to love going here but the last 3 times we have been here it has been absolute crap. The way you are greeted coming in the door, you don't feel welcomed. The staff seems too interested in hanging out and talking than doing their job. The restroom is always disgusting! I tolerated all that because I liked the food, but now the food sucks. The wings come out with barely any sauce on them. Fried wings skin should be crispy but it's not and then the boneless wings come out with barely any sauce and are over cooked and dry. You cannot even tell you have different flavors, all of it looks the same. My fiancé and I visited Wild Wings and really just wasn't wowed.. The restaurant is following the safety guidelines so there are tables that aren't being used. Once we were paged to sit down we were given a menu to look at, and to decide what we would like to drink.. We did have to wait for a bit just to get our drinks ordered, which wouldn't be a huge deal if they were busy.. but it was a not so busy Tuesday night.. We ordered an appetizer which was the spinach dip and it wasn't bad at all.. but the chips that they served to us, some were stale while others were nice and crispy. After waiting for a good while we needed refills on our drinks and it was a little tough to find our waitress and finally just flagged someone down. Our food arrived and everything was well prepared. I ordered the Philly while my fiancé ordered the wings. The Philly was packed down with great tasting meat and the bun wasn't hard. But for the wings, really was average joe. This was my first time coming to a wild wings restaurant and honestly it's probably not going to be my first pick to come back and visit.. But if you're ok with waiting and catching up with friends you haven't seen in a while (because of covid) this would be an ideal place for you since you may wait a bit for service and food. I'm a big fan of Wild Wing Cafe. This was the first time at this location. The atmosphere is similar to the other locations I've been to. This one did have a stage for live local bands, which was cool. I came in with my wife and two kids for lunch after a movie. There was a mishap with our appetizer (I don't want to get into the exact problem, let's just say there was a kitchen mistake). The reason I don't want to highlight it is because mistakes happen, it's how the management handles it is what I think is important. And they handled our situation wonderfully. We were visited by not one, but two different managers and we were taken care of. In addition to the wonderful managers, our server was really personable and friendly. Convenient location if you are staying in the hotels nearby. We stopped by late Sunday afternoon for drinks and a quick bite. I don't drink beer but I was told it tasted really good. I ordered a veggie burger and it was just a regular burger nothing special but I enjoyed it. I asked for tater tots and received fries so they replaced them. Someone ordered wings mild sauce and lemon pepper but received regular non flavored wings so we had to ask for them to bring dipping sauces instead of waiting for them the remake the wings. Update: Went here last night. Ordered honey lime sriracha and raging Cajun. Big difference from the last several times I've come and ordered the same things. The raging Cajun was listed as one of the most mild flavors, yet it was as spicy as the medium levels. The honey lime sriracha wings are usually really good, but this time it was like they used the bare minimum amount of sauce to coat the wings and they were pretty dry. I would come back again to see if things get better but this was disappointing! The sriracha and old yeller sauces were really good. I ordered 12 boneless wings which were a decent size. Way better than anything I've had at Buffalo Wild Wings. Their bleu cheese dipping sauce is great too. We sat in the patio area, and I wouldn't suggest that. A group of 2-3 adults and the bartender were so obnoxiously loud, yelling and laughing, and the patio area makes all the noise echo. read more

Note, I'm typing this review while still sitting at the table in the restaurant. We stopped at this WWC while visiting family and I was hopeful we'd have a good experience based on others we've eaten at in the past. Our server was super awesome and very honest about menu options. The wait wasn't terrible from the time we ordered until the food came out, but that's when the wheels fell off (when the food arrived). My wife and I looked at each other and immediately said that the wings were the smallest we'd ever seen. That was only the tip of the iceberg, as when I bit into the first wing it was completely burnt and there was NO meat on the bone - ZERO, ZILCH, NADA...just burnt skin and a bone. I immediately called the server over and informed her of my experience and she apologized. She also mentioned if we wanted more wings, they'd probably come out the same way (remember my previous statement about her honesty). My wife and I both returned our meal and refused to order anything else. In addition, my niece sent her wings back because they had no flavor. The server returned with the "new" plate of wings and it was no better, but just had puddles of "butter" (grease) in the bottom of the plate. If I was the manager of this location and and knew this was the food I was serving paying customers, I would just lock the doors and turn the lights off. read more

I don't normally complain but my experience was really terrible for this place. Food wasn't not bad and I actually really liked boneless chicken. (but it could have been my desperate with hunger.) We were waiting for the whole 3 HOURS straight just to get food delivery (through Eat24) of poor tiny little pieces of food in the containers. They definitely looked like 3 years old kid meals. Something really wrong here but since the food was ok, I would consider ordering from them again if they consider to improve this 2 main things: 1. Adjust amount of food they sell to match the price that we pay. This was totally ripped off. Atmosphere - Basically a large open space filled with booths and tables on one side and the other has the bar with high tops. They had a stage with a listing next to it who would be playing. Food Drink - Back Forty's Truck Stop Honey Brown Ale. Dinner - My daughter and I split an order of 18 wings. A wing is basically a $1 a piece and the pieces are below average in size. Every half dozen of wings you can have a flavor so we went with three different ones; Hot, Jalapeno Cheddar, and Honey Mustard. Favorite was the classic Hot, they nailed. The Jalapeno Cheddar was best when it was really hot. As it cooled you could taste that powder cheese taste, like when you poorly made Kraft Mac & Cheese. Honey Mustard was good but not to my taste. Also had a side of tater tots which probably poured from a bag from the freezer into the fryer. Service - Our waitress was friendly. Future - Maybe but only for the Hot flavored wings. read more

If they keep it that dirty where customers can see I can only imagine how nasty the kitchen is. Every now and again I get Wild Wing Café cravings and there's only one cure. I never been to this one before but after seeing a movie nearby, we came in for an early dinner. Our server was nice, he was little more talkative than I usually like, but I like that he was making an effort to make us comfortable. We ordered wings and dip folks Ten minutes after placing our order we were told they were out of buffalo chicken dip. It was 10:45 on a Saturday. Not crowded. I counted approximately 25 people. Yes it took that long I had time to count the customers. Several groups came in after us and received their orders. When the Food arrived it was lukewarm and came out about 11:30 . Voiced my concern to a manager. When I mentioned that other tables got their order before us and the arrived well after we did her reason was because they ordered wings.. really ...so did we. I added pretzel bites and she said that is what held up the order. The pretzels were lukewarm at best . Very apparent that they had been sitting while the wings cooked . Should have read the reviews. We love this place. Although at times it can be a wait to get a table, it's always worth it. The chicken wings are almost as good as the ones my wife makes. Our latest visit was this past Saturday about 5:30, though it was busy (The Bulldogs were playing) we got a table right away. We have always enjoyed our servers at Wild Wings, but Lauren was over the top. She was quick to greet us with menus, took our drink order, she was the friendliest most personable server we have had. For us, dining out is more than just about the food. The service we get can make or break the whole experience. Lauren is what every server should strive to be like. When dining out, we always pay in cash and when warranted always tip very generously. Lauren even came back to the table to ask if we meant to leave the tip we did, and was very appreciative when we said yes. Lauren we appreciate you. read more

The chicken quesadilla as a starter is great! The balance of flavor is good because there is meat, vegetables, and cheese within and none dominate. Sometimes in a quesadilla there is an emphasis on the cheese but this one was great. The wings were delicious. I appreciated that the flavor was not overdone. Again, balance was the key. There was a good balance between the taste of the chicken, fried skin, and the flavor on the wing. I ordered the Lemon Pepper and Ragin' Cajun flavor and they were awesome!
