Almost deafening, wear ear protection. SO many different games, it was like an arcade times a boardwalk times a entertainment complex. It also has a large restaurant and bar area and an extensive menu. We each had a $5 side salad, well worth it. Mine had candied pecans, apple slices and crumbled blue cheese in a bed of lettuce with a raspberry vinaigrette. His was a garden salad, with lettuce, tomatoes and croutons, not as exciting, but still a large serving for only $5. I had the chicken fingers with fries, with just above a thimblefull of coleslaw. He had the grilled chicken burger. They were out of bacon (how does a restaurant run out of bacon?), but they comped the $2 bacon would cost if added. Both were pronounced very tasty. I was ravenous and still had some ti take home. I was impressed with their menu, which went on & on for many pages, Flatbreads, burgers, sandwiches, Flatbread,, wings, ribs, appetizers, I honestly can't remember it all. We absolutely adore Dave & Busters. The ambiance is always fantastic. However, my recent visit to this particular location was a complete letdown. The food was decent, but the real issue was the app that allows you to add money to your digital card. Unfortunately, it crashed, and when I approached the desk for assistance, I encountered the worst customer experience I've ever had. The attendant's name was Jaylen. When I asked for help, he rudely instructed me to use the app. I explained that the app was malfunctioning, but he responded with an attitude and clearly didn't want to be there. read more

Here for a play date with the kids and honestly, it did the job. It is exactly what you expect--loud, lively, and full of games to keep everyone entertained. The kids had a blast running around and burning through their play cards, which is really the main goal anyway. Service at the bar was definitely on the slower side, which was a bit frustrating, but I will say the manager stepped in and made it right by giving us extra play cards for the wait. That kind of recovery goes a long way. Food was decent for an arcade--nothing mind-blowing, but solid enough to keep everyone fed without complaints. After a few visits, I feel a bit more prepared to write this review. The arcade is fun for all ages! The kids especially enjoy it and it is nearly impossible to get them to leave, in a good way. Download the app to manage your account and multiple cards. You also have the option to exchange tickets for "free" play time. However, if you are planning on eating there be prepared. Make a reservation. If you arrive during peak times, be prepared to wait 1-2hrs for a table. TVs and projection screens are all around showing live games and matches. My experience with the food and service has been mediocre. Food temperatures vary, prices are a bit high for the quality, and attentiveness of the waitstaff has needed much improvement. Cool addition to the outlets. We've been here a few times since they opened, and weekends are SLAMMED! The food is typical to general chain establishments, nothing too fancy, but they're great finder food options. Love the variety of drinks too ranging from alcoholic to kid friendly treats. As always with these places, it's hard to rack of points for a cool prize unless you pay an arm and a leg, but it's a great undercover math activity for little ones! All I can say is--Chloe, Chloe, CHLOE!! From the moment we sat down, her customer service went above and beyond. She greeted us with the sweetest smile and the most genuinely kind energy. (Also, her skin is flawless--I probably should've asked for her skincare routine! lol) While I was placing my order, Chloe paused for a moment to double-check whether I meant to order the sliders or the quesadilla, since the menu had a photo of the quesadilla next to the slider description, which was a little confusing. I'm so glad she did, because it turned out I wanted what was in the picture. I love that she caught that and took the time to clarify! Another unexpected highlight? Chloe's mom works there too--and I immediately saw where she got that beautiful skin and kind spirit from! Her mom was just as sweet, and after meeting them both, I felt compelled to speak to the manager. To my surprise, the general manager himself came out to chat, and he was just as awesome. I told him how amazing Chloe was, and he wholeheartedly agreed--saying the same glowing things about her mom, too. It speaks volumes when a GM knows and appreciates the incredible people on his team. We had a BLAST! We ended up eating at the restaurant first and then went to play the games. The food was pretty much like bar food so I had two appetizers for my main meal and I was definitely full afterwards. We were able to buy the game tickets with the waiter which was really convenient. They had a verity of game for all ages. It was surprising how many kids were running around at 9:00 pm and it was a little bit crazy but other than that it was a bast! Our server was helpful and present, which made our dining experience wonderful. I am a Dave and Buster's fan! I mean who does not love food, alcohol, games, huge TVs, and more in one space. It gives options for all. The Dave and Buster's Pooler is attached to the Tanger Outlets. This makes it slightly smaller than usual. But the design is as bold and colorful as any other D and B that you know and love. We lucked up on Saturday evening and were seated right away. Our server was training someone and let us know. The only way we learn is by someone training us. It was nice to see that D and B recognized that. When looking over the drink menu I noticed at the top of the beers it said: ask your server about our local beer selection. I was happy to see this option and promptly asked our server. She looked confused and asked me if I was talking about IPAs. I told her I was asking about the local selection again. She repeated the IPA. This is when I pointed to the menu where it was printed clearly. She looked at it, looked a bit confused, and said she would ask the bar. She returned and informed me they had no local beers. Due to her first reaction I'm guessing that they do not carry them. But that is only an assumption on my part. They should take that off the menu if so. I ordered a Heineken. My husband ordered a blackberry margarita. It did not come with my beer. I was half way through my beer. We had to ask our server where his margarita was. She had not been back on us to check. Eventually his margarita made it to us right before food. It was more juice than anything else. I ordered a bunless bacon burger no cheese with fries. My husband ordered the chicken sandwich with fries. My burger arrived without any of the sauces that the burger is supposed to come with. Both of our fries were not hot. Eventually we got the attention of our server's trainee she got one of the sauces for me. But by then everything had gotten cold. Now I will say as soon as our food hit our table no less than three people came over and asked us how our food was. The problem is that we had not had a chance to eat it yet. Because they came back, to back, to back. They were also pushing dessert, telling us how good it is and how we should order it. The game area is fun! It has a wide variety for everyone. I enjoyed the soccer and Jurassic Park games. It is small due to the size of the building. If you are looking for pool tables you will not find any. If you have never been to a D and B this will be an exciting and fun experience. But I will say to those who have been to other Dave and Busters this may be not as exciting for you. We took the whole family, 7 of us total, a week ago. We showed up at 6 and waited well over an hour to be seated. We didn't get our food until well after 8. My husband enjoyed his burger but otherwise the wings were cold and the nachos were soggy. Likely been sitting for a while. Our server was sweet and apologetic. Today our 2nd trip our server was the wonderful amazing Trent "Hugs" and he was delightful and very pleasant. He's a keeper. This young man made our lunch hour a good lunch hour. He accommodated us when we didn't prefer seating in a particular area led by the hostess who set us in his area or next to a table he was serving. It was better that Mr. Trent "Hugs" was our server. When our hostess asked the young man who would have been our server about seating he was very unpleasant we understood and we could only see his expression upon her speaking with him. All is well and started well with just a switch of seating arrangement just that fast. What a pleasure and delight to have a team of workers that will care to assist you when and where they are more than able. We had a great time at this Dave & Buster's location! It is a little on the smaller side but it still has a restaurant and a variety of games. We put our names down for the restaurant and went to go play some games. The kiosk gives great instructions on how to purchase a play card. Once we got our card, we decided to play a racing game. Once we were done, our table was ready. We sat down and ordered right away. Our waitress was kind and funny! We ordered the potstickers for an appetizer and they were delicious! I ordered the chicken nachos as my meal and my husband ordered the Philly cheesesteak with fries and both were delicious as well. After we ate, we played more games and had a great time. It was crowded but we were still able to find games to play. We really liked the monopoly game. The bathrooms are clean and staff members were cleaning around the gaming areas as well. I never got to eat the food. I came with my neighbor who wanted me to try their wings. I came in, asked for a booth as I am disabled. Was told that booths were reserved for special parties. I cannot climb up on a stool and most chairs do not allow me to prop my leg. I have never had this problem so I was stunned. The girl at the hostess stand was rude also. I let this go and left. We went at around 11:00 am on Sunday. I knew better than to try and go during a busy time since they haven't been open that long. The inside is decorated like a normal Dave and busters but with Georgia stuff on the walls. Our food was amazing. It came fairly quickly and we had the best server. Ashley was attentive and friendly. The GM visited the table as well to check in on us. While out in the arcade portion all the games were in working order and we didn't have to wait in any lines. There were workers walking around and twice I was asked if I needed help with anything. I was pleasantly surprised with my visit after seeing some reviews. Very Disappointing. When my party of 3 arrived we were told there would be an 2 hour wait. We decided to play games while we wait. I received 3 notifications that my table was ready - when I got to the hostess she said that I wasn't on the waiting list (Confused, huh?) so she called I guess someone that was above her that person told me to give them 15mins. 15mins turned into 45. Shocker is as me & my children was walking out I seen a party of 3 being seated. I would gladly make that 2 hour trip to Jacksonville then to drive 25 minutes up the road. We visited Dave & Busters for my daughter's 16th birthday. We had a great time - the games were great, it was clean, everything seemed to be working order, and the food was really great too! I would have given them 5 stars but the service was AWFUL! We ordered a little bit of everything, several of the flatbread pizzas (and they were amazing!), the burgers were also really good, their fries were hot and crispy on the outside, and we also order boneless wings, and a few other items and everything was great. The kids all loved the games and they had a variety of games from little ticket games to full vr games with a moving module that you sat in while you drove the car. When it came time to leave the waiter was nowhere to be found, and when we finally saw him 15-20 mins later he messed up the bills. We tried to find him and tell him but again, he was nowhere. When he was spotted and asked to fix the tickets he got rude with one person in our party and it took like 3 tries to get it right. This place is terrible. We waited an hour for a table while others were seated ahead of us. No systems in place. The host had no clue what he was doing. The waitress spilled 2 LARGE ICE WATERS on my TODDLER and simply walked off, never apologized. So now my toddler is soaking wet,....we were in shock. Food was cold. Tonight was my first time trying Dave and Busters. I was seated in a very timely manner and was told a server would be with me shortly. The waitress took a very long time to get the order of my party of two. She ended up being a solid waitress thankfully! Whenever my order was brought out by one of the food runners I asked the young man if I could have a cup of ranch. He nicely said "yes" and went on his way. Around 2 minutes later some guy with dark hair and a middle part came out and said "hey you don't ask the food runners for ranch. You need to wait and ask your waitress whenever she gets to you" Then proceeds to sit back there talking to the boy for over 25 minutes doing nothing else (I timed him out of spite). We decided to visit because we were tired of being without power after hurricane Helene and thought lunch and an hour or so playing games was a great way to spend time somewhere with AC. We were expecting standard bar food. How wrong we were. We had cheese sticks as our starter and they were perfect. Fried at the right temperature and the cheese still melted inside when they arrived. I had the chicken fingers with fries and coleslaw. I don't like coleslaw and leave it on my plate most times. Not this coleslaw. It had pineapple in it and fresh cilantro. I ate all of it. The mango honey mustard dipping sauce should be bottled and sold. It was excellent. My partner had the Cajun pasta and said it was delicious.
