Other than that I really didn't have any complaints. Maybe they should consider offering something like a $15 unlimited drink option especially on hot days like today. When we arrived and walked into the lobby with our dog, Coopie, we were immediately yelled at by multiple staff members saying she couldn't be there unless she was a service dog. She is, but the way it was handled was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. We've stayed at many hotels over the years--both before and after she became a service dog--and have never experienced anything like this. The hotel itself is very basic and outdated. The room felt poorly maintained, with visible stains on the bedding, and the floors and bathroom did not feel clean. Cleanliness overall was a big issue. Customer service was also disappointing. The front desk staff came across as rude and unwelcoming. Even simple requests, like asking for extra towels or clean sheets, were met with attitude, which is not what you expect from a hotel. The overall experience, especially as dog owners, felt very negative. If you just need a place to sleep, it may work, but it's not worth it if you value cleanliness, service, or a genuinely dog-friendly environment. We'll be returning to our usual hotels on the island that are much more welcoming--even if they cost more.

The park has plenty of other activities too, mostly for kids, so you could easily spend several hours here (and probably lots of money).
