She really liked all the ball tunnels and it was easy enough to keep her from getting frustrated. This was her all-time favorite course. For three people, that added up quickly, and the quality just didn't match the price. The staff was fine--nothing exceptional--but not unfriendly either. We didn't try any food during our visit, so I can't speak to that. Overall: Fun Zone has potential, but it feels stuck in the past. When we arrived and walked into the lobby with our dog, Coopie, we were immediately yelled at by multiple staff members saying she couldn't be there unless she was a service dog. She is, but the way it was handled was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. We've stayed at many hotels over the years--both before and after she became a service dog--and have never experienced anything like this. The hotel itself is very basic and outdated. The room felt poorly maintained, with visible stains on the bedding, and the floors and bathroom did not feel clean. Cleanliness overall was a big issue. Customer service was also disappointing. The front desk staff came across as rude and unwelcoming. Even simple requests, like asking for extra towels or clean sheets, were met with attitude, which is not what you expect from a hotel. The overall experience, especially as dog owners, felt very negative. If you just need a place to sleep, it may work, but it's not worth it if you value cleanliness, service, or a genuinely dog-friendly environment. We'll be returning to our usual hotels on the island that are much more welcoming--even if they cost more.

The park has plenty of other activities too, mostly for kids, so you could easily spend several hours here (and probably lots of money).

We sat at a table in the middle where one game was on three TVs and our game was on just one, so only part of the table could see it. On top of that, the line at the bar often blocked the corner TVs, making visibility even worse. The food, however, was solid. The chicken nachos, wood-fired pizza, and pretzel with beer cheese were favorites. The salads were disappointing--too many croutons, not enough dressing or protein, and they felt hastily put together, so I wouldn't recommend them. The bartending staff was excellent, but the food ordering area in the back seemed overwhelmed, and staff appeared unfamiliar with the computer system. On the positive side, the outdoor area near the fire pits is fantastic, especially on colder evenings or during big games. The fire pit staff was attentive and consistently made sure everything was running smoothly. If you plan to go, sit outside. The indoor layout has poor sightlines and TV placement, which really takes away from the experience.
