If you're looking for something fun to do with the family look no further Fun Zone is definitely the place to go! I bought the Platinum Pass and it came with unlimited go-karts and mini golf for 3 hours which was a really good deal and made for a great time. This place honestly would have been a 5/5 but they definitely nickel and dime you on everything. I was especially shocked when I found out there were no drink refills. Other than that I really didn't have any complaints. Maybe they should consider offering something like a $15 unlimited drink option especially on hot days like today. Overall I still had a great time and I'll definitely be back but next time I'm bringing my own water source lol. read more

Fun Zone - Savannah, GA (closer to 2.5) This place is old and outdated, with a lot of room for improvement. The good: outside you'll find go-karts, one small carnival ride, and mini golf. The go-karts were a lot of fun, and I appreciated that staff emphasized safety and made sure everyone was being careful. Inside, there are arcade games, but most are very old and in need of updating. Parking is plentiful, which is a plus. The not-so-good: the cost felt high for what you get. We paid $35.99 per person for unlimited bumper cars, which came with 36 arcade credits. For three people, that added up quickly, and the quality just didn't match the price. The staff was fine--nothing exceptional--but not unfriendly either. We didn't try any food during our visit, so I can't speak to that. Overall: Fun Zone has potential, but it feels stuck in the past. The go-karts are enjoyable, but the rest of the experience is underwhelming. With some investment and updates, this place could be much better. read more

This place was good when it first opened, now it's trashed. The prizes are cheap, (we expected that, it's an arcade) but what we didn't expect is to find out more than half the machines and games were not working. They don't tell you that when you arrive. Many of the working machines had cracked plastic and impact damage, that's gone unrepaired for years. The arcade is a dump, don't waste your time and money. Maybe the go karts are good (we didn't do them). Planning to do Dave & Busters from now on. read more

We arrived a little before 8pm for a round a mini golf. They offer two courses and the price is the same to play both courses which is a great value. The course is nice and I would think timing is everything. It was a beautiful night and the sun was setting so the temperature was ideal and we had a great breeze. The person who checked us in was really friendly. Thanks for memories fun zone! We will be back ! read more

We had so much fun with our group. We did the go carts, mini golf and played in the arcade. We got displaced from the storm in Florida. The owner and his family definitely went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and happy. The funnel cakes were amazing and Shay was very nice when helping us. Thank you to everyone that made it special read more

I stop back a couple weeks ago just for a funnel cake. Which was fresh and good. The service was great as well

The Fun Zone was a bit disappointing. Two regular go kart tracks are OK but it takes so long between groups. You stand in line waiting while the driving sessions are as short as 5 or 6 minutes then it takes 8-10 minutes to switch drivers between sessions. We waited through two to four cycles to get our opportunity to drive. You can wait 30 minutes or more before you get your 5 minutes behind the wheel. In the 3 hours allotted in our 3 hour tickets, we did each track once and only one side of the golf course. We did pay extra to get drive on the "banked" oval track. What a joke! Yes the carts are faster and larger but the track is extreamly uneven. There is a large dip as you go through the banking on one end. The cars beat you to death bouncing up and down. No one really goes on this track and it sits dormant most of the time. We had no ideas as this was our first time at the venue. We had to wait 15 or 20 minutes for a staff member to come to the banked track and then only four of the six carts worked so one of the people in our group could not go with us. DON'T pay extra for the banked track! We didn't have any time to play in the arcade. As far as the concessions, the prices were ridiculously high. They price things like you are at Disney World. The carts are not balanced and some are quicker than others. If you have a quick one, you pass everyone and if you have a slow one, you are just a spectator. The worst part is there was a group of older boys who apparently are frequent guests. They know which carts are quicker and were intentionally bumping other karts. One of them kept pushing our 9 year old granddaughter. My wife reported it to the staff and they didn't do anything. Our guess is the staff knows these boys and may even be friends. This place needs adult supervisors. read more

Awesome Mini-Golf and awesome staff working here! 10/10 would go again! It greatly reminds me of the mini-golf back at home, and it manages to be even more fun! read more

This place is ran by a group of teenagers who have zero people skills and are extremely rude. When we purchased a game pass at the counter the employee asked how much we wanted on our cards then proceeded to stand with her hand out and elbow on the counter. I told her that, that was extremely rude and she proceeded to stare at me with her hand out waiting for payment. Do not let the pictures on their website fool you. This place is very small and extremely outdated. They have quite a few newer games but majority of them were down or not plugged in at all. read more

Disorganized. Overpriced. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Kids had a good time but unnecessary stress read more

This place is the best! I had an amazing time with my friends. The employees are very fun and helpful, especially the twins. They were responsible and made sure everyone had fun, while also staying safe. read more

Came on a whim with the kids and had a blast. Games are way over priced and the food is expensive. That minecraft game should be 2 credits not four and the claw machines were 16 credits. That's ridiculous. Your should turn your high track that cost an extra ticket into another mini cart for the kids. Can even get up to half speed. Still had fun, but your not gonna get repeat business with these prices. read more

We always have a great time here. The kids in staff are always helpful and extremely nice. If it's too hot out we'll load up the arcade card and play games read more

Fun Zone appears to be a work in progress, and I think Pooler needs a place like this for families to visit, so I'm giving it five stars despite the fact that it still could be improved. It was obvious that most of the investment money on Fun Zone was put into the go-carts, and from what we could see it's a nice track with lots of people having a great time. The arcade has a lot of games and a nice snack bar, and is a great place to hang out when the weather outside is hot or rainy. Or both... this is Georgia... We played miniature golf. It was fun, and some imagination was put into the design so you could get 36 holes into a small place. I'd like to see it improved with some more challenging features (think of the windmills and such that other miniature courses have), but even as it is all the customers we saw, and ourselves included, were having a great time. I very much recommend Fun Zone and plan to go back next time we're in the area. read more

Updated fun and games. Management is willing to help you and work with you. My son calls this his inside park. Take your kids here for fun

Great for the kids to burn their energy all day for a great price and the diversity on the activities they offer.

The place is terrible. Half the things don't even work, there is NO food. We were told there is no cheese, no chili, no chips, and because of that there too many people order pizza so they aren't serving that today. On a Friday evening. And we are told this AFTER spending $60 on game cards that we now can't use because half the games are broken and there is no food to feed the kids. DEFINITELY would not recommend for a birthday, or any day for that matter read more

We had a wonderful time last night with all four kids and didn't have one complaint. The staff so courteous and the man at the go carts was so kind !!! Thank you read more

Small tracks. Super small tracks. In Maryland (where it is loads more expensive for everything... but I guess not Karting)... the track is literally 4x bigger than this one... and 4x less expensive. But fun that you can do mini golfing here. read more

It was fun until they over sold the park! They were understaffed and slow to switch riders! Bought a 3 hr pass and rode 4 times!

This place sucks and is not worthy of a review. There was a negative vibe amongst the workers who seemed more like Nazis at a concentration camp. I was treated very poorly like by the employees and fellow guests. Also, the Go-Karts do not reach very high speed which makes for a very boring time on top of all the rules. I never see myself coming here again. Don't waste your time and money on this place because it is anti-fun and very expensive. STAY AWAY!!! P.S. I found a very interesting aroma arise from the arcade, which from my point of view, seemed very unsanitary. There is also a young worker here who constantly thumps rules at you, so stay woke. read more

This really is a great place for the whole family. There are a few different go-Cart tracks including one kids can do by themselves. They also have mini golf and kids under 6 are free with a paid adult. There is a free playground. They also have a snack bar and an arcade but we are always busy having fun outside that we never take advantage of them. They have a free party room for birthday parties. This place is so much fun! My friends and family even threw me a surprise birthday party here and I loved every minute. read more

Good family fun for an hour or so but not too much longer. There really isn't a whole lot to do, which is surprising. They have Mini golf and go carts but when you observe the carts, they're super slow. We left before playing mini golf because things were getting a little boring. Again it's great to kill an hour or so with the kids but overall not really many options here. read more

Started our day trying to have a family day with family from out of town and when we arrived we tried to purchase a band for our 2 yr old to ride along with us. Was told she would need a all day band as well which wasnt a big deal and then we was told she couldn't unless she was 3 even though she meets the height requirements and has went on them before with no problems. Then when we placed a review on there Facebook about our poor service and attitude from the sales manager we was verbally attacked by both there VP and there Facebook page, (but after proving them wrong they deleted both comments but not before I took a screenshot of it) and told they are sorry that we wanted to endanger our 2 yr old and that state regulations prohibit them from allowing us to let her ride. After asking what state regulations they was that would of made it so we was endangering our child they posted which regulations they was referring to but upon reading it, they was again wrong and when I proved them wrong they no longer wished to continue the discussion and went silent. And when asked why they wouldn't have it either on their website or posted at their establishment the sales manager said I dont know and their Facebook page refused to respond read more

Was over priced, the young girls running the place were clueless about customer service. Ordered food, and while standing there waiting was asked by the young lady who took my order 3 times if I was ready to order. Half my pretzel was so over cooked you could not bite into it. The putt putt course is in need of minor repairs. Tripped over a few lose bricks while playing. They gave us a toddler putter for my 8 year old grand daughter had to ask for a longer putter. We were rained out so we did ask for a rain check, that I doubt I will use. read more

We came here with our 2 year old 2 times, she's tall enough to ride with an adult and it's never been a problem. Upon returning with family for a 3rd time we were told she can't ride until she is 3, nothing is posted on the website, on the grounds or on Facebook of this "change". When I asked for a manager I was greeted by a very rude young lady that told me the policy isn't new and they don't know why it isn't posted anywhere. Asked for someone above her and was told no. No explication. No nothing. So here we sit with family that paid first doing nothing because they won't refund their 160 dollars. An entire day ruined. read more

This was my boyfriend and I first time going. We enjoy the go karts, but more we enjoyed the inside games (we are 23 it's ok). Some of the games where out of order. I would recommend a adult night. I also recommend more outside games and inside games. Also I recommend sanitary wipes for virtual games. The food was hot. I was definitely go again. They need a adult night with cheaper ticket prices. We paid 8 a piece for one ride on the go karts. read more

Disgusted by this place. Stopped by to ask questions about pricing and hours and experienced the worst service. Instead of answering the associates (3 of them) continued with a conversation about their hair. On top of that the counter was very dirty with dust and stickiness all over it. read more

Employees don't enforce the no bumping rule. Had another family out there that was playing bumper cars and when I notified the staff, they didn't care. They weren't watching the track. Notified the manager on the track and he didn't care. So at this point, I asked for my money back. The head manager was polite and kind. But the staff needs to be better trained. read more

A fun place to go with your friends and family but needs improvement and a new staff. Most, if not all of the employees have unnecessary attitudes with all of the people visiting. The place also needs a good cleanup crew to come in and pick up the place just so it doesn't look as outdated. read more

I'm a little surprised the reviews are so low on here right now. We went yesterday and just played putt putt and had snacks, but had a good time. The go karts and arcade looked okay, just from watching others. The putt putt course was well designed, in my opinion. I did think $7.99/ person was a bit steep just for a round of mini golf compared to what I'm used to, but not awful. Inside, the place was actually pretty clean for this type of place. I'm grossed out by most Chuck E. Cheese and arcade type places, but this looked well maintained, and the bathroom seemed to have been recently cleaned. We ordered two funnel cakes and a pretzel from the snack counter and it took at least 15 minutes to get them, but they were a little busy and our stuff was hot when we got it. I don't really have any complaints, but it would take a little better pricing for me to call it 5 stars. read more

Fun Zone is located around a variety of restaurants and shopping stores. Not far from Savannah and Hilton Head which is a real plus if you're vacationing in those areas. The arcade had decent games, but was small and underwhelming compared to a Dave & Busters. I think it's okay however for kids under age 8. What makes up for the arcade are the go-kart rides. They were a lot of fun. Not too big, not too complex, just right. There are 3 tracks, one of them, the Hi-land track, is exclusively for riders 16 and over. I highly recommend visiting when Fun Zone first opens for the best experience. It is a stop off, not a stay all-day kind of place, especially when it's blazing hot outside. read more
