This review is based solely off of vibes. Moodright's is comprised of two related, but different…read moreconcepts. There is a pool hall/bar/game room with bowling (set up your own pins). Basic beer and drinks. This is NOT a cocktail bar. You might get a gin and tonic or Negroni or something, but nothing fancy. TON of pool tables. Very lively spot, but not overly crowded. Then next door there is what could be described as a tavern. The menu says, "Over Yonder." It has a stage for entertainment, booths, a bar, and they serve food, including tenders, burgers, wings, tacos, fries, burritos, etc. All of the staff were super down to earth and welcoming. All sorts of people here, mostly younger though. Definitely a 70s type of place that makes you feel like you're in another time. I didn't try the food because I wasn't hungry, but everything looked really good! Might stop by for a snack the next time it's late and I'm tipsy. It's just a couple hundred feet away from lone wolf, another popular lounge, and about 3-4/10 of a mile from the main drag of the Starland District and Water Witch Tiki, so you could make a bar crawl night of it.

Great place for a drink, has a bit of a dive bar vibe and tends to draw a younger crowd…read more Cheeseburger was good, but not great (something about the beef - maybe it was too lean?). Really liked the homemade fries and sauces. The homemade chicken tenders are massive, which I liked, but a friend thought the ratio was too meaty. Had fun playing pinball and shooting darts. Would recommend.

They offer food, drinks, and even cocktails, but we cant report on this, as we only did games. The manager and staff were super helpful and very nice! We all had a wonderful time !!

My family has visited the Stars and Strikes location multiple times, and overall the arcade itself…read morehas usually been enjoyable for my children. However, during our most recent visit, I was informed that minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the arcade. While I understand businesses having supervision policies, the enforcement and explanation caught me off guard because this had never previously been addressed during earlier visits. As a single mother of two boys with different personalities and interests, it can be difficult to physically stand beside both children at every moment while also handling things like food, restrooms, or other normal parenting responsibilities. My children have never caused disruptions or behavioral issues during our visits. What made the experience frustrating was the lack of clarity surrounding the policy. I had to specifically search online afterward just to locate a single line mentioning the rule, and there does not appear to be much explanation regarding how the policy works in practical situations for families. I believe clearer communication and more consistent enforcement would help avoid confusion for parents visiting with children.

The prices also seem old and dated. The drinks are decent, but they advertise specialty drinks and then they don't have alot of the items for the drinks. The food is always very good. This restaurant needs some oversight. Tonight, my husband ordered pizza and wings through Grubhub…read more The designated delivery time has passed on the app, yet the order still shows as delivered. My husband tried calling "Premier Bowl & Bistro," but no one ever answered the phone. He called the delivery driver, who said he had waited 15 minutes, and "Premier Bowl & Bistro" told him they had never received the order. My husband kept calling the restaurant, but no one answered. My husband decided to go to the restaurant to see what was going on. Mine, you he had the receipt showing the order was paid for. My husband showed his receipt and asked for his order to be made. The sales and marketing manager, "Brittany Rivera, told my husband she had to ask her boss. Brittany then called her manager, who refused to speak with my husband. My husband was told they would NOT make his order because they do not use Grubhub, nor did they receive the order. My husband then showed Brittany their website, which stated that orders could be delivered through Grubhub, Uber Eats, or DoorDash. Brittany informed my husband that was old. My husband informed that the website should be updated, and he had used that website before. Brittany Rivera was rude and unprofessional, and Ericka Harmon, the Senior Operations Partner, refused to speak with him despite his request for her assistance. Ericka then made rude comments that my husband could hear, and she and Brittany had a conversation among themselves. My husband asked for their names, to which Brittany threw two business cards at him, one with her name and the other with Erick's name. We have spent plenty of money at this restaurant in the past, and the customer service has never been like this. The two managers are rude, disrespectful, and unpleasant to deal with. My husband will be taking the complaint to upper management. Do yourself a favor and spend your money where customer service is a priority, because Premier Bowl & Bistro is not the place to spend your hard-earned money. Dr. Alexander McCloud
